WORST!
HORRIBLE!
TERRIFYING!
EXPERIENCE.
I
booked
a
cab
for
one
day
tour
before
more
than
a
week
and
paid
a
certain
amount
as
told,
but
even
confirming
the
trip
my
driver
wasn’t
decided
till
morning
even
after
multiple
followups.
Due
to
huge
no.
Of
booking
they
sent
us
someother
taxi
which
they
told
me
at
night
as
the
driver
told
us
that
he
wont
drop
us
till
mathura
and
will
leave
mid
way.
I
was
travelling
with
my
family
which
include
my
parents.
The
driver
was
a
horrible
person
he
don’t
have
the
manner
to
talk.
When
we
asked
him
to
stop
at
certain
point
of
mandir’s
he
just
makes
excuses
of
traffic
and
doesnt
listens
to
us.
He
used
some
weird
ways
of
roads
which
his
friend
followed
going
in
front
of
us.When
i
confronted
the
person
(cab
owner
whom
i
booked)
then
the
driver
agress
to
drop
us
mathura
station
after
1-2
hrs
of
rigirous
non-stop
confrontation
with
the
cab
owner
the
driver
just
took
a
around
turn
saying
i
cant
drop
and
was
taking
us
back
to
vrindavan,
which
was
soo
scaring
for
us.
He
wasnt
ready
to
listen.I
told
them
before
booking
that
i
have
train
at
10
pm
soo
my
drop
would
be
at
9pm
at
platform
1
as
i
had
many
bags
and
it
wont
poosible
for
my
parents
to
carry.
But
as
soon
as
we
made
the
payment
he
just
barges
the
second
gear
showing
ok
now
payment
is
done
drop
out
here
itself
at
platform
7.
They
used
were
bad
languages
to
talk
to
us
,
didnt
do
as
promised
,
it
was
a
scary
thing
as
i
was
travelling
with
family,
it
spoilt
my
whole
mood
and
trip
.
The
driver
used
many
abusive
words
and
actions.
Suggested
not
to
ever
take
their
cabs.
