So, I asked to the sales person , told him the budget and he helped me to select the perfect items. The BEST Shopping Mall in Siliguri surrounded by DARJEELING, SIKKIM ( Gangtok) & Bhuttan. Currently, Shoppers Stop is closed to the consumers since last 2-3 days and expecting them to re-open with New developed scene in next 30-40 days of time as it is renovating itself better than before. Suggestion : You have another Shoppers Stop at M.L ACROPOLIS MALL in Siliguri town which is not more than 30-40min distance away from City Centre Siliguri by Cab/bike.

All branded clothes, shoe’s & cosmetics are available there. Stuff are very helpful & products are found here at a discounted rate. All most all known brands are available here. If u r luck enough then u will get product at discounted rate. But payment air is very long which is a great pain for shoppers.

I went there to buy Loreal foundation and asked for assistance to the girl in Loreal counter.She ignored my request and behaved rudely. If These people dont know how to assist customers then i would not suggest anyone to go there.Customer Care is Zero. I had to come out empty handed because she just ignored me.

We never miss to visit shoppers stop whenever we go to city centre but behavior of Mac sanction female staff I don’t know her name , she really needs to learn how to talk with customer , I noticed her weird dominating character since last time when I bought few products from Mac and this time I wanted to buy few more things but she behaved like we were there to ask products for free , employ like this will spoil the image of store as well as brand name
