This place is basically for wedding arrangement. The entry is not what is shown in the picture its behind this fancy front. The only reason we choose this hotel was because it's a 15 min drive to airport and we had an early morning flight. Rooms were bad like really bad. Super dirty bed sheets. Broken cupboard, broken windows even the window in washroom was broken so they hung up a dirty cloth to cover it Wall paint was coming off We just managed to sleep for a single night.

Worst experience ever!.. the manager is not good in behaviour and in character. We had terrible experience and just managed to stay one night any how. On asking for cancellation before 24 hrs. We were not offered refund also for the cancellation. I request girls not to book this place. It's better to stand outside the hotel, than to stay inside the hotel.

Location is good..because it's near the bagdogra airport. One side of the hotel there is dominos pizza, a bar is also available in the ground floor.

Awful experience!! This place is not worth the 3star category! Rooms: Very shabby & dirty Lots of mosquitoes Bad lighting Congested rooms AC doesn't work (& the staff can do nothing abt it) Food: The menu looks decent but they can offer you only 5-10 items & for rest of the items they will say that it's unavailable, tandoor isn't working,chef isn't available,blah blah blah... And for the taste... everything tastes the same!! And I mean it! They make butter chicken with tomato sauce,can u believe it??!!!! And breakfast buffet has only 2 options to choose from(both being indian poori-sabji/paratha/Poha)... ..guys please do not go for food at this place..it's pathetic! Not at all recommended!!!

Did not honor the online booking we made. Rooms are very congested and desperately in need of upgrade and repair. The restaurant staff can be rude at times.

We stayed here thru spicejet as our flight got cancelled in bagdogra. So spicejet got all the passengers stayed here.

Location is good. Otherwise everything is below average. Rooms are below standard, foods are also not so good. Even room services are not upto the mark. The management responds very late in every information /requirement. If you are staying in this hotel, only advantage is it is nearby Bagdogra Airport(Around 10min) and domino's pizza is there. You can also find a bar in ground floor.

Avoid it if you can... Gave 1 star extra only for the location... if you are travelling for onward journey with a night break at siliguri, u may avail this... otherwise shouldn't. Very average room, worse service & worst restaurant services. The staff atitude is very lax. If the owner is reading this... pls look into daily affairs & change the staffs.. for sustaining this business

The room design was not satisfying,food etc. was good ..overall very good except for the ventilation balcony etc ....

A wonderful place for dining out with close ones. Awesome quality food , delicious.. will never be disappointed.

A old looking property situated bang on the Asian Highway near Shibmandir en route to Siliguri. Very average facilities. Service is very poor. There's nothing worth mentioning other than the location. The restaurant at the hotel has very few choices for food which too are overpriced. Not a place worth of the money spent by a traveller.
