You people complaining about bad service!!! Give these people n break. They only started now geez. Everyone is buying there they are busy they also humans they also get tired! To the staff working there well done on keeping cool! The food was amazing and so was the staff. Very friendly

The meat is always on point and served hot. They never disappoint when it comes to service delivery.

Food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. However if you are in a hurry during busy times, they are a bit slow

The staff wasn't clued up with what their outlet offers. They do seem a bit on the slow side. The food is great through... and because the power are being fed through some areas of the town to the surrounding mines; they rarely have load shedding. They do respect the elderly and are willing to help wherever they can. This alone, deserves a 5 star rating, despite their shortcoming.

It's always a pleasure buying at KFC Stilfontein. It's clean, staff is friendly and the drive-through is quick an efficient.

Poor service the intercom isn't working.The window where you pay isn't someone working we placed our order then they said we should wait in the parking lot because of the sensor that can go off of waiting too long.The previous time we wanted ice cream or crashers or even a milkshake they don't have !!!! WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN Ohhh and did I mention we have to wait for 4 snack burgers 30MIN

The staff need training on the menu especially popular specials. Please add salt, no one wants to eat tasteless chips.

The service is great , the stuff is friendly, my only problem is the drive through cares are battling to turn on that drive through.

Staff was friendly, however I did go when it was less busy, and they completely forgot about my order. I had to wait more than an hour in the parking for my food.

On the 2nd of July 2022 about 9 pm we went to kfc stilfontein. We onder 5 boxmasters 4 large mash and gravys and 1 medium pops 10 zinger wings We almost had to wait 30min. We received our food and the lady apologized but when we got home we had no chicken in our boxmasters. She also took our slip soo we could not call them back to give them feedback on the food we received.

I hope this is growing pains... staff shouting and running around, long lines, terrible long waiting time despite ordering AND paying online. Such a bad first experience. It is noisy and there is no proper production line, everyone all over the place. Oh and I did mention the shouting???! Angela only light in the end of the tunnel...
