Never will I ever again use Debonairs in Orkney. I paid online 19:16 it is already 20:39 and I am still waiting for the Pizza. I called 4 different agents and non of them are able to tell me where my delivery is??

Waited 30 minutes to place an order and 1hr to receive it.The store was very full with no ventilation, just wondering how the staff cope. Orders made telephonically are given first preference!

They are very fast and very delicious and I love them especially the customer care

I waited from 17:15 - 18:14. When I finally called to make follow up on my order the lady who was answering calls was rude and told me that if I'm not happy I can cancel the order. It took the delivery guy to apologize for the delay and explained the shortage of drivers. That lady needs to be trained again because she is bad for the image of debonair Orkney.

Waited an houer for delivery. When they got here they only had the half of the order went back to get the rest after waiting another 30min.VERY DISAPPOINTED. The best of all the pizza base was undercooked and feta only spread on one place

My wife ordered pizza online and paid in full online at 19:16 on 2021/01/26. Still at 21:31 no pizza arrived at the given adress as previous deliveries were made to in the past. I really think this is unacceptable and disappointing never will I make use of Orkney debonairs again. Agents just telling me and my wife that they will phone back in 3minutes or they will put it through to the manager and the manager will respond in 5 minutes since then no feedback was given... I got there and waited 20 minutes before someone appeared to take the order, then she said that the pizza I wanted isn't available and if I want to order anything else the waiting time will be 3 hours, maybe 2 if im lucky. So I will NEVER go back again to any of them. Good luck with your non exciting services.

Great service, delivery sometimes takes time but the drivers are nice, I always get my pizza nice and hot.

Unfortunately google does not want me to rate without giving a star. Placed an order an hour and 10 minutes stating time to be collected is 19:30 when arriving 19:30 to collect it, sorry order has not even been placed yet.

Just ordered a meat supreme and a four seasons pizza from Orkney branch. Fresh, warm and beautifully made. Exactly what Debonairs are famous for. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

My delivery took more than 2 hours which was not good service, however the manager came the next day and apologized because they had high volume or deliveries. I'm grateful for the accountability. Thanks

The cashiers were very welcoming and very helpful when placing my order..my food did not take long and I was very happy with what I received...debonairs Orkney makes one of the best pizzas

I had one of the best services as I was grabbing something to eat. The manager was truly helpful as he informed me about the specials they had and the service was quick as well.

Was helped by 2 ladies, Ntswaki and Maleshwane what a great service I got from the both of them. Exceptional service with exceptional food along side 😁😁😁
