Great gym, just under some heavy construction so that is seemingly disruptive and uncomfortable. The entrance gate never functions correctly so you just walk on in. Treadmills are periodically broken ... but over all a good Gym with GREAT classes ... especially pilaties

My favourite gym in Mozambique, good prices which match the quality. The staff is great and help whenever you need them.

Affordable price. Good atmosplehere with interesting classes-Zumba, spinning, boot camp etc. included membership.. Good amount of machines and equipment for weight training.. Clean changing room..Access to basketball and tennis court with extra affordable fees.. Though outdoors tend to be very dusty with poor grip..
