Let’s start with the positives: it was clean, and quiet. The negatives: unfriendly staff in reception, and the spa. If you want to go swimming and be welcomed by moody unhelpful staff stay here…5 euros per person per hour and if you don’t have a swimming cap you need to buy one which is available for the discreet price of 5 euros. Unfortunately we were told this by the unhelpful blonde working at the spa. Thanks for the great customer service. We will certainly avoid in future. Room wise no amenities provided, no cream, shampoo. Just a basic all over gel/shampoo. Oh and before I forget, the warm breakfast options are cold, also avoid. Business spa hotel? Got a lot to learn…. Good luck!

A bit off the beaten track. About 15 minutes to the tram and busses. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast excellent. I was disappointed with the pool however, you need ear defenders on to cope with the noise of the water jets....plus you have to wear a bathing cap and slippers. This was not good value for money. On the whole, pool apart. Not bad.

The Axis hotel is a very modern and nice hotel. They have a own parkinggarage. At the reception you get all the information you need. The room was clean and the airconditioning was working fine. The route to the city center took 22 minutes by car. The way back from the city center to the hotel took 10 minutes by car. The breakfast is very complete and fresh.

The first thing you're going to feel when you get to this hotel is that it's a bit out of the way, but it's not. There are some great restaurants, especially a sushi place called Origin, just a minute or two walk down the road. There's a convenience store right around the corner. The hotel has a great restaurant and a great little bar, and the spa is wonderful. Couple of minute walk to the Metro which is so easy to take. Before you get confused or scared, look on the console to buy a ticket and there is a button that converts everything to English and makes it very easy. We rode the Metro down into the heart of Porto and it only took about 15 minutes. The price on this hotel was incredibly reasonable because it's not right downtown in the heart of Porto, but because of the other amenities around it and the easy accessibility via the Metro, I recommend you save your money by choosing this hotel and then spending it in all the great shops that are down in the heart of Porto.

Awful place, zero respect with the clients, just in business to try to make some money, staff are robots with memorized lines. Stay away from it!

Breakfast food was not great and coffee was too bland. Area is very quiet at night. Too far from the city center/ historical spots. The hotel is more catered for businesses. Staff is amazing

Stayed here for a week whilst on holiday. The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and you are made to feel welcome. The room was great as was the mini-bar and balcony. The only annoying thing we experienced was the cleaner(s) / housekeeping not replacing used towels when they had been taken. This was frustrating especially when we had to contact reception for fresh towels on a near daily basis. Would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful staff and a clean and well maintained hotel. The chef is amazing so don’t go out for dinner. It’s all in one place!

Spent 5 days whilst my wife was in hospital, great service from staff. Location not that great but close to hospital.

Little outskirts of the city center but just 10 minutes walk to metro station. Metro day ticket was only less than 5 EUR. Hotel room was clean and tide, breakfast was good.

I am writing this review as I don’t have any other option. I have made the reservation for 4th June 2023, where the check in time was 15:00hrs. I contacted the hotel in the morning(4th Jun) around 8:30 that I have to cancel my plan to travel to Porto due to some emergency. I requested them to try and refund atleast 50% of the money which I paid them. The girl who replied to me was very rude and told me that he can’t refund any money as I informed the same day due for check in. I just requested them to refund 50% which they didn’t agreed. Shame on you Acis Porto hotel management.

Very nice hotel. But why an hotel that has the word SPA in his name, charge extra 5euro for the SPA, 5euro for a bathrobe and another 5euro for sea ​​cap ????

Really disappointed. I booked this hotel for it's spa. The spa was closed and I didn't get any discount even after asking. Also really far from the city center. Not convenient with public transports. I will not come again.

Whoever wants to stay, think carefully first. Very bad service Paid for porters but no service. You have to carry your bags yourself. The room is small and cramped. Employees do not have a service mind, do not care about anything, send emails to comment. There was no reply at all. The room price is not cheap. I'm going to take a break and think first. It's better to go stay somewhere else.

The rooms where all tidy and has tea and coffee . The breakfast was delicious everything tasted amazing. The staff where really kind and helpful and always has a smile on their face. Overall the hotel was amazing and I would recommend going there it is all 10/10

Friendly staff, good room (could've been more cleaned before we checked in) and food. A shame that the sauna and Turkish bath aren't working due to covid-19 restrictions.

Staff was friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed 😊 they gave us a map of the city and gave us recommendations on what to see. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, the metro station is close by which was very convenient. (About a 12 minute walk, it's by the hospital)

Great hospitality, room was very clean and I took great comfort in this after my exhausting 9-day trip across Europe. Hotel is in an interesting area, interesting in the sense that there's not much going on there. A few places to eat once you get to the main road. But again, cannot stress the hospitality of the staff here. Very kind and welcoming!

Room was clean. Breakfast not great, fruit went bead and sour. Room ok, but water would go hot and cold, underground parking would be 5 euro, although claimed “free”

It is an excellent hotel, out of the city center, close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, excellent beds with 3 pillows to choose from and hard wooden non allergic flooring in the room.

Nice hotel in Porto very close to a bus stop away from the airport.. Takes around 50m trip direct. Other routes include metro that needs a change, and would be difficult to walk around with heavy luggage. Really nice views from high up, with rooms designed with this feature.beds facing the balcony. Breakfast was ok, and varied, but nothing special. Porridge was too runny, and lacking salads. Banana were a bit too ripe to eat. A lot of sweet pastries.

Great stay, so far! The staff is very nice and welcoming! We booked a family room which is absolutely great for us, traveling with two children, it has a lovely balcony with a great view, and the bathroom is very good. We went to the spa, which has a fee of 3€ per person, per hour, but is very nice although small. The use of cap is mandatory. The breakfast has all the necessary items with abundance, we found some of the cakes not so fresh. We totally recommend this hotel!

If this is the kettle that is present in the bedroom, imagine how it would be the kitchen!?
