Even
if
we
had
their
confirmation
that
we
will
have
two
rooms
one
next
to
the
other,we
arrived
and
the
receptionist,
Mariana,
gave
us
2
rooms.I
asked
if
the
rooms
are
one
next
to
the
other
as
they
confirmed
us
per
email
and
she
said,that
they
are.we
went
to
the
rooms
and
they
just
were
on
the
same
floor,not
at
all
one
next
to
eachother.I
went
back
to
the
reception,telling
Mariana
the
problem
,she
was
very
unfriendly
and
unproffesional
and
finally
she
gave
us
towo
rooms
one
next
to
the
other....
just
she
forgot
to
mention
that
they
are
smoking
rooms,without
even
bothering
to
ask
us,
if
we
are
smokers
or
not.as
we
are
no
smokers,
I
called
her
from
the
room
to
ask
for
nonsmoking
rooms
and
she
just
told
me
she
has
no
other
rooms
free...even
if
on
booking
I
veryfied
and
they
are
plenty
of
free
rooms
at
the
hotel.
So
now
I'm
in
my
smoking
room,
it's
so
cold
in
the
room
and
I
have
to
walk
around
without
slippers,because
they
do
not
even
offer
you
slippers
in
a
4star
hotel.
The
worst
hotelchoise
ever!!!!
her,explaining
our
problem
and
she
was
so
unfriendly
and
finally
she
agreed
to
change
tham,after
ai
insisted.
