Salad (mango with onions was strange but good) sandwiches was also good, Portuguese green soup we have tried in the multiple places and every time it had some differences, so cannot judge, it's very simple soup thought. Service is fine. Just maybe it was this exact day menu, but sandwiches is more snacks than a hot dish you would expect as a part of the main dish in the menu.

It was just a casual lunch with pasta, but the price, the ambiance and the care in the food made it memorable forever. So don’t miss out and make the trip.

I love the concept of Mafalda's! They have a different lunch menu each day with a different brunch menu each Saturday (brunch is only served on the weekends). This place is so great! It's inside of the large mercado on the side with all the small restaurants. They just serve whatever they have for the day, so come early before they run out! We got a potato salad, soup, and chicken caesar salad. Everything was so tasty and our waitress was great, though she seemed very stressed. Don't worry Mafalda!
