Very unwelcoming staff. Prices for some of the fish is unreasonably high (almost 50% more than other restaurants) and they only sell by half a kilo, without actually serving half a kilo. The preparation of the fish was okay but absolutely not worth the bad atmosphere and the money

Indeed a must-reserve place. I went for a dinner with a reservation and the house was full, even though it's midweek. Prices are on the high end as other reviews have noted, though seafood tasted indeed fresh. Went for the barnacles for starter and torbut for main. In the end, the taste wasn't the best I've tried in Porto and neither is the ambience.

Best fish I have ever had. What a great way to experience Portugal with local cuisine. Simply a must do.

Cosy small restaurant. Food delicious, with a huge range of wines. Gambas and grouper sampled, with a refreshing rose wine.

Wow. Small put of the way place. Excellent service. Great quality food. Total seating capacity of 32 people. Two waitresses. Friendly manager (owner?). Local bottle of white wine for 20 euros.

My family agreed with the low rated reviewers. Food was average for way over charged price. Service stuffs were over worked which lead to unfriendly service we received. we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for the price.

We went here with a local friend and were blown away by the food quality. It's nothing fancy, but the seafood is superb. It's a small restaurant with a good wine list. Highly recommend booking a table.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a fish soup, that didn’t taste good, but was eatable at least. After the soup we had a fish plate for which we waited around 45 minutes (they told us because it is made fresh). We are passionate fish eaters and therefore we can tell if a fish is fresh or not. That was just disgusting, please see the photos. The fish was probably from two days ago and also tasted like that. Really bad experience there, we left the place immediately telling them that this food is not only not fresh, it is not even eatable. As they knew that what we are saying is also the truth, they didn’t even discussed with us - we paid our soup and our water and went home. Unfortunately, no recommendation from our side.

Please, ask for the fresh fish, which wine and plate that manager recommended! And don't forget the dessert!

The fish and seafood are good. The price is not cheap but reasonable. Could be better if they can clean the shell and inside of sardines before cook.

Excellent sea food and fish experience close to the ocean. The restaurant is small and cozy with super friendly service. If you want experience Portugal and Porto, go there! Thank you to the owners :)

What an excellent seafood restaurant - a local favourite. Ask for those barnacles (percebes in Portuguese ) unique seafood. The mussels were extraordinaire as was the white fish baked in salt, delicious!!
