On the way to the hotel, he provided a lot of useful information. For our return home, he was at the hotel ready for our early morning departure in the same polite and professional way. Top quality service. I booked a return transfer from Porto Airport to the Old Town for 6 people. The driver waited for us after a delayed evening flight and then assisted with our luggage into a new blacked out Mercedes people carrier which had the most comfortable seats! Our driver Alex was exceptionally polite, smartly dressed and gave some tips and information on Porto as we drove from the airport. It 's the details that make a service like this. We also booked a return transfer to Lousada for a wedding and they were on time for all pickups again in a clean smart people carrier. It can be stressful organising transport like this for family and the last thing you want is for a service to be badly organised or not even turn up at all. Thankfully we didn't have to worry, everything went without a hitch. Will certainly be using them again on any future trips to Portugal. Highly recommended.

Booked the Mercedes from Santiago De Compostela, Spain to Porto, Portugal. Car was nice and comfortable. Beautiful drive that flew by. You can elect to have a stop at a different city which is a nice touch if you are interested in seeing a different area for 30 minutes. Driver was nice. Initial confusion regarding the wifi that was stated on the website but the company was very responsive and took care of it. The entire website is based on Portuguese time which is important to note if you are requesting service in Spain and are an hour ahead.

great service. Easy to book, they send a confirmation email and I also received a whatsapp message from the driver just before our pick up. Turned up 5 minutes early in a new people carrier, helped with bags and dropped us at the terminal by our airline check in desk. Excellent experience. One of my pieces of luggage did not arrive with my flight. I had to file a report with lost & found at the airport. My driver, Walter, waited patiently during this time. Walter is a very good conversationalist and we had a nice conversation during the drive to my apartment. The weather was quite bad on this day. Very heavy rain and high winds. There was about a 60 meter distance from the carpark & my apartment building. Walter helped me with my many heavy bags & my dog w/ her carrier. First class service. Ricardo our driver met us at the airport on time, he spoke perfect English , was polite and very helpful. The vehicles were spotlessly clean and comfortable. He also returned us to the airport a few days later again on time even at 4am in the morning! The confirmation texts 24hrs before pick up were also reassuring. Super, Super, Driver and Service. Right on time A very comfortable and exceptionally clean Mercedes Benz for a trip to the airport for only $25 Euros. That is 5 Euros less than it cost us to take a regular taxi on a previous trip. This is the absolute best way to get from the airport to your place of stay and back again for the return. The driver was very safe, the vehicle was exceptional, along with the overall service experience - what more could anyone want? 100% recommended.

He was very informative, giving advice as to places to visit and eat - so we got our first guided tour on our way from the airport to the hotel ;-) And he spoke both English and Spanish (besides Portuguese of course). Our transfer was from the airport to Douro Valley so 1 hour 20 minute drive. Both ways the drivers were very professional, on time and knowledgeable on what to do and gave us a deep insight to the culture and what to do in the valley. 100% recommend. Worth every penny for a peace of mind. Also the car ride was smooth I fell asleep (I dont do that since I get car sick).

We had a super nice experience with Porto Airport Transfers. Last minute we had to arrange the shuttles for a business meeting near Porto. I contacted Philip, he was very quick in answering and arranged everything within that day. We had a business reunion with over 40 people flying from everywhere with different time schedules and a lot of baggage. There was a little confusion about the type of baggage, so we needed bigger cars to pick up the other guests, but that was no problem. Then the day of pick up some times and schedules changed, but it was all okay and the company was very understanding and flexible! The drivers were very nice and helpful. Fantastic service, which I used on two occasions. On one occasion, the driver had to collect us at 2:30 am in order for us to make our flight on time. Having a customer service contact number that was available 24hrs a day was reassuring but was never needed as the driver was always there on time.
