It was an absolute highlight of our trip from start to finish. From the reception to the starter, the main course and the desert. The service was super friendly and warm. You feel very comfortable and at home. First class food combined with first class service for a great price. A must for anyone who is in the area. Thank you for this experience. If you want to visit something different in Matosinhos than the usual fish restaurant there is the Cisma right (although there is also tuna served). The menu is pleasantly small, but the dishes are well selected and diversified. Vegetarian is also included. The quality is great. The very friendly service and the tastefully modern interior made us to fully enjoy our dinners here.

Great dishes, with price-quality at a good level. Tried the salmon and duck. Definitely worth a try!

Great food, great service. This was our last stop before the airport, we wanted to have a quick lunch near the beach before flying back home. I can say we got a lot more then what we bargained for... we took the proposals and ate the amazing food we got. Thank you! When we are in Porto again, we will come by.

Very cozy and wonderful food! The main course duck magret with orange risotto is incredible! The best I ever had! On deserts it's average, but good. I strongly recommend it. Two people ~50€ for dinner. For lunch is cheaper.

Good value for money and really delicious food overall. Everyone in our party had different starters, mains and beverages - all around very satisfied. Great atmosphere, just lacking a more exciting view.

A really nice experience, a cozy environment and the food is really nice. The prices are in a range from around 15€ to 25€, for the price the dishes are really flavorfull and presented in a really nice way. If you want a cozy dinner or a relaxing moment with your loved ones, it's a good choice.

Come here at least once a week for their lunch. Great value and service is always great. Food is delicious!

Beautiful food with lovely service, great interior. Last meal in Portugal and it was great decission to eat there. We ate shrimps and salmon both delicious, also the desert pie was amazing. Obrigado ❤️

We had their lunch which was the menu of the day and it was excellent. The menu had four choices and of those choices two were meatless. I chose mushroom, goat cheese, fig with sauce wrapped in phyllo it tasted great. The cost of the complete lunch was very doable. The staff was friendly and professional the atmosphere relaxed. We will go again

Veal tartar is overpacked with capers and mustard, and meat is served pre-marinated- overall its 20eur for pickled salad. In the duck and its side dish there is barely any taste...even after adding salt. And its topped up with unwelcoming staff, who can't show hospitality even in the completely empty restaurant. Do not recommend to no one! P.S. lemonade also sucks.

Excellent place with great value for money. Given their background they are doing an amazing job and put a lot of effort, thought and love into every aspect of their restaurant. I wish them all the best and will be back next time I'm around Porto.

We had an exquisite dinner with mind blowing eclectic mix of ingredients. Tuna tartare, cod, risotto and almond tart cinnamon ice cream will have us going back. Miguel also recommended a great bottle of green wine one of the best we have tasted. We will be recommending and returning at the next opportunity!

We went for lunch and had the only option they had: menu do dia. The place is nice and clean, service is attentive however the food lacks flavour, thought and is too simple for the price tag. May be we were not lucky on the days menu but everything we ordered was a bit heartless. After we finished we were still hungry and disappointed. All the nice reviews and food photos we saw in google business must be from the dinner a la carte service. The Menu do dia, the only option they offer at lunch time is definetely not worth it. They were not successful at offering something nice to eat for a lower price tag. They should stick to a la carte then.

We had our last meal in Porto in this wonderful restaurant and couldn't be happier. The service was amazing and the food just spectacular. The different flavors and textures worked beautifully together. The price/quality ratio is really fair for fresh meat, fish and other ingredients. This isn't your typical Portuguese cuisine, but it doesn't want or needs to be, because they know what they are doing and try to bring something on the table that you probably won't eat at any restaurant. Thanks again for a fantastic dinner. We'll come back if we are ever in Porto again

The food and service was excellent. The owner was our server and you could tell he had attention to the finest details. We got the Tuna Tartar, The Cod and the Salmon. All phenomenal. Best plates we had in Porto.

I literally cannot fault Cisma, everything from the bread basket to the main course and dessert were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, and the owner was one of the nicest men I've ever met. Highly recommended.

Amazing atmosphere, very welcomed staff. The food was delicious, the mushroom risotto was one of the best I’ve ever had. The wines are exclusive as well. Definitely worth a visit for dinner or lunch. Thank you!
