    TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Warning to car buyers: First off, I rarely leave poor reviews, but I will never buy a car from Keffer again and hope you read this and come to the same conclusion. UPDATE: Not only has Keffer failed to reimburse me for the brakes (detailed below), after nearly 60 days they still have not registered my car because they sold it without having the Title secured. THIS IS ILLEGAL and I am now weighing legal options. Keffer does not stand behind their used cars. I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Supra here (not a cheap car). I didn’t haggle them and paid the full price ($48,500) they were asking. I test drove the car and everything seemed normal enough, and the car only had 3,500 miles on it. On the way home, I noticed the car had really squeaky brakes and didn’t want to stop smoothly. I immediately reached out to my sales person who advised me to take it to Toyota. Keep in mind, Keffer included a short warranty on the car at no cost when I bought it. Toyota had to replace the entire brake system. The rotors on the car were badly scored, the pads were glazed, the fluid had been heat cycled aggressively and needed replacing also. All things Keffer should have caught and rectified when they inspected it. This cost me $1,800 and I’ve included pictures of the receipts. Thinking Keffer would do the right thing and reimburse me, I didn’t sweat it too much. Three weeks later and I’ve received no phone calls, been treated poorly via text communication, and basically told it’s my problem. I know there are always risks with used cars, but would caution anyone to use as much scrutiny as possible before buying one from these guys. I wanted to tell my story and let you decide for yourself. I’m giving one star back because the sales guy and the finance guy I worked with were both decent to work with. If someone at Keffer sees this and rectifies the situation, I’ll happily update this review.

    The WORST place to attempt to buy a car. They refused to give us a fair price for our trade in—even told us “good luck” finding anyone who would. Well, we went to their competitor in Monroe and were offered even more than what Kelly Blue Book said! I walked away with a brand new Tucson despite them saying I wouldn’t be able to with the trade-in. Thanks for nothing, rude salespeople! The manager didn’t even introduce himself and treated us like we were stupid! Thanks, BOB MAYBERRY HYUNDAI for being AWESOME PEOPLE!

    I just watched my favorite reviewer on IG and I was appalled by the customer service she received. She was treated like absolute garbage. Shameful so shameful This company isn't the place to buy. I myself am a huge Hyundai fan. I am so glad I know where not to trade in my sonata.

    Service is always slow. When I bought the vehicle it took forever and a day...... I had ta put $$ down when I was told over the phone i didn't have to put none down. I was tired and just wanted it to be over. I felt like I had little option & I basically forced into something cause I had my credit run & been sitting there for hours. I did not like the sales rep Was not a fan of how things went down. It's probably not the best thing for the dude behind the desk at the tower thingy to have his mask halfway off in the middle of a pandemic!!! The mask was like hanging off one his ears. Half on his face.... Don't buy here! Them other 5 star reviews have got to be people there or people they knowing. Cause you don't get good service here. And if they real and 5 star now I bet they be updating that review

    Major commination issues. This dealership is not honest. They are deceitful. Once you leave with a vehicle you are no longer a customer. I was spoken down to by their managers. I asked a simple question, and I was met with a very hostile tone. They are pushy, the want to get the deal done and that's it. Obviously buyer BEWARE! I also follow an IG reviewer and she went live tonight with her experience and it was super similar to mine. So, I had to come back and leave this review. I have to let people know this company is not professional. I do not think I've seen one positive review where the buyer is coming back to do business again. I see a lot of updated reviews that claim after delivery they were met with very rude service. I felt after we took delivery we were treated like we weren't even humans. It's extremely disheartening to know that this company is under the keffer umbrella. This is supposed to be a corporation that prides themselves on professionalism and honesty. Sorry to say that is not the case with their Hyundai store. A new general manager would probably be ideal.

    Horrible service the manager Scott told my wife " You need to talk to people with respect to get respect." He was extremely rude and condescending and made it very clear that they did not care about the customer after they have left the showroom.

    I had an appointment at 9:45 for an oil change and then asked if I could add a tire rotation as well. The customer service rep said of course. 2 hours later I am checking the status of said oil change. I was advised the mechanic/technician was having an issue with getting the plug off but needed 10 more minutes. It was also stated by the customer service rep that these needed to be changed each time and not sure where I had a previous oil change but that was the hold up. Well let’s be clear, oil plugs are not changed with each oil change. Also if there was an issue with removing the oil cap then when was I to be informed? The tire rotation was never done as reflected in the paper work and price. Please be informed that people are aware of what takes place during an oil change and it should never be assumed that a customer is not aware. If you are running behind, please inform the customer with an honest answer instead of lying. It’s really not a good look. I feel that if I had accepted the invite to an alignment it would have been done within an hour. It was also suggested that I needed one but I am not having any issues with my alignment of any sort and barely maneuver the wheel. This overall was not a good experience. Needless to say I left the dealership at 12:20pm for an ordinary oil change and tire rotation that never happened.

    Honestly, I can’t say ENOUGH good things about the sales guy I worked with at Keffer Hyundai Chris Clark!! In fact everybody there was really cool and kind and just all around genuinely helpful! I spoke with Chris Y. and Chad who are some of the managers there as well as Alex who was the finance guy that helped me get a payment I could afford!! But honestly Chris Clark stood out to me the most!!! The second I started talking with him he expressed genuine interest and concern in getting me exactly what I wanted! Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and frustrating. However, I was really touched and impressed with how he made it enjoyable and even fun at times trying to find some thing that would suit me!!! It took him all day to figure things out but his enthusiasm and hospitality never wavered! He didn’t make me feel like all my requests were a burden nor did he try to sell me something that I wouldn’t like just to get a sale!! He was 110% transparent with me every step of the way! If I’m ever in the market for a new car again, I will MOST definitely take my business to Keffer Hyundai again and I’ll recommend them to people, especially Chris C, every chance I get! Thanks Chris and crew for making this stressful situation so much more bearable and fun!!

    I have been a long time customer of Keffer Hyundai. Coming in for maintenance just keeps getting worse and worse. I made an appointment for an oil change because I got a coupon for 59.95 plus tax. Turns out they tacked on junk fees (shop fees) of 6.88. I would have fought it but I had been there for 2.5 hours waiting and was tired and wanting to leave. Before I arrived, they texted me and asked if i wanted to meet with a salesman to discuss selling back my car. I said no. 2 hours into the oil change, I got a call from a salesman asking if I wanted to meet to discuss selling my car. Had to say no twice to get him off the phone. I have a feeling that one of the reasons I was there so long was because they delivered my file to a salesman once my oil change was done. Is maintenance now a sales opportunity?

    Hi. Last week, my wife purchased a new car. Jennifer was her salesperson and she was fantastically amazing. My wife had alot of questions about the entire process and some anxiety about the process. Jennifer stayed with us from 3pm to about 8pm. She discussed everything throughly. She was very honest and real. We appreciated that. She even supported my wife with adding her car to her insurance and looking through her insurance to explain wanting that my wife did not understand. I would say she is a TRUE one-stop shop salesperson in every aspect. She even took time to set up her phone via Bluetooth and got her right with her music. I mean she bought us snacks. Other employees that were there also provided us a sandwich to share and water as well. This dealership takes care of their potential customers in so many ways. If you are looking for a honest and understanding salesperson.. go here and ask for Jennifer. Oh... if there are two Jennifer's, she's the African American woman with the short beautiful low cut and hazel eyes posted in one of the pics. That woman ROCKSSSSS!!!!! Also, thank you Dee for answering the phone when we called to inquire and for placing the right person with us. She was heaven sent. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly.

    My salesman Peter was great! we liked him and the manager Phil was awesome! I came in for a car for my wife and he negotiated as much as he could and got us a good deal on a practically brand new vehicle. the car is very nice! we appreciate that it was a certified pre owned vehicle. we couldn’t have done much better than that. we had a very good experience from the moment we walked in. there are no complaints at all. thank you!

    Out of state reviewer - two vehicles, two different purchases. If we could give 10 stars, we would. We live about 7 hours away. My husband found Keffer six months ago and had a fantastic experience purchasing his Genesis G90. In August of 2022, I ordered a 2023 White Palisade at my local dealer in TN. After many issues, negligence of the staff, and paying them $1000 just to order the vehicle, it was finally delivered with a recall, and they would not sell it to me. This was a devastating blow after wasting an entire year of my life going back and forth with my local dealer. Keffer was quickly able to step up and took care of me without hesitation. They quickly ordered the vehicle, a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy, white on white. I worked with George, and he was a great source of communication throughout this entire process. Upon my arrival, he and the team at Keffer Hyundai already had the vehicle detailed, full tank of gas, and was waiting for us as soon as we walked in the door. If you want the ultimate VIP treatment, you need to come to Keffer. George did a fantastic job illustrating all the amazing features of this vehicle, and the gentleman who did my financing was incredibly exceptional, professional, and efficient. This experience is exactly what people are looking for. This vehicle was a milestone for me, and the warm atmosphere Keffer provided was the cherry on top. They were incredibly respectful with our time and totally conscious that this was MY vehicle, not my husbands. As a woman, this gesture goes a long way. Overall, their vehicles are quality, their customer service is unmatched, and we will continue to work with Keffer going forward. You can't beat it - we traveled twice for two different experiences. It's totally worth it. Thank you, Keffer, and thank you, George, for making my dreams come true!

The process took a little longer to find me a car but they sure did find the exact vehicle I wanted & did everything they could to get me into that exact vehicle!     I live in Michigan and found a truck I wanted. I was very apprehensive about buying over the phone. Marcio was great. He reassured me on the phone about the vehicle. We talked a few times and he even gave me a walk around video of the car. Amazing service here. I was fortunate enough to meet Gabriel Faria who manages the place and they all treated me like family. Make no mistake, I will shop with them again!

    This was my first trip to Keffer Hyundai for service. I moved from Wilmington, NC, in September, 2023. When I arrived yesterday, I was not impressed. A young man came out to my car and asked for my name. I told him my name and appointment time. I never heard from him again. I thought I was to stay by my car as when I arrived a service advisor was checking a woman for service. She stayed in her car. I thought that was what I was to do. After I was ignored I went inside. I met this terrific service advisor, John W. I told him I was new. He was so helpful. He oriented me to the service area including snacks. He gave me the approximate time for the service to finish. He was on target. He is an excellent employee!

    Great experience with my new vehicle purchase. I had been in an Acura for 23 years before this purchase so even considering something else was big for me. I inquired initially online about a Hyundai Palisade and was contacted by Levi. I had gone to another dealership to test drive the car but ended up at Keffer because of the followup and communication I received from the dealership. The process was seamless. I was in and out in right at 3 hours including test drive. Levi was patient and answered all my questions and has continued to follow up with me since the purchase. i drove a rental to the dealership that I left there and he helped coordinate getting it back to the rental car company. Overall great experience.

    My experience with Dee and Trevor was exceptional. They were very thorough with making sure I was fully informed on every aspect of the car buying process. They both demonstrated the highest level of patience and professionalism with every question, concern and hesitation I had. I really felt like they went above and beyond to find me a car that fit my budget and lifestyle. Majority of my car buying process was over the phone and not in person and the calls and emails were prompt and in the time frame they told me to expect it in. Once I arrived to the dealership, Trevor met me outside and escorted me inside and promptly offered me refreshments. The paperwork when buying a car can be long and tedious, however Trevor made it less stressful with such an infectious, lighthearted and pleasant personality while explaining each portion of the ppw. After the process was complete, Trevor took an extra step to help me move my items from my old car to my new one. He made sure to show me my handbook and how to navigate all the new buttons on my car until I thoroughly understood. As your typical millennial I wanted a picture in front of my car, I didn't even get to ask him to hold my phone because he immediately offered to take my picture for me. Dee and Trevor you both were OUTSTANDING and Keffer Hyundai is very lucky to have you both on board. I would 10000% return to buy from you two and would recommend your assistance to anyone looking to purchase a car from honest, caring, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful sales people.     I have never had a car purchase go so smooth. My salesman Christian Midkiff was very knowledgeable and was not only kind enough to test drive the car with me to my mechanic's shop so they could look it over before I purchased the vehicle, but he stayed in contact with me as I mulled over my options on which car I wanted to purchase. There was never a text or phone call with any questions I had, that wasn't responded to almost immediately. I will definitely recommend anyone buying a new car to go to Keffer Hyundai and speak with Christian.     Aggressively priced, this dealer relies on low prices to move cars. They do it well however, and were quick to match or beat competitors pricing. Their staff we worked with seemed nice but relatively new so you may have to do some of the research yourself to come up with an informed decision. Shopping there brought back the reminder that the car business is a business. But if you want the best price on a Hyundai, they were the quickest to the bottom line. Sean was responsive although still learning the product line and Angel was friendly and helpful, willing to stay late with us after any of us wanted to be there.

    I recently purchased 2 vehicles, one for my son and one for myself with trade-ins. Every time I visit Keffer for business or service, it’s always exceptional. The staff treats each other like family and are very helpful and respectful. Andrew Jones was the most recent salesperson I’ve bought from and he was very personable and easy to work with. Also, Peter in finance was very clear explaining everything and very personable as well. Another great experience at Keffer Hyundai. I’ve dealt with Desarai in service for my vehicles and she is extremely personable and it’s obvious she loves her job.

    Nia was very patient, caring, understanding and great to work with as my sales person. I knew what I needed and she helped me get there. Just a couple of miscommunications regarding financing and buttoning up final arrangements. Not anyone’s fault just made process drag out. Overall good experience and would recommend others.

    Trevor and Scott were such a breath of fresh air! My husband and I had been to several dealerships over the past few months and none of them treated us with the respect as Keffer did. Even in the crazy market we now live in, they were honest and upfront about all of the pricing. They worked for us and were fair. We went to several dealerships in Raleigh and locally. Some of them were charging thousands over MSRP and could they could care less about our business. We called Trevor and Scott and drove the 2 hours to work with them. They had all of the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. It was a super smooth process. Alex was very thorough in explaining all of our paperwork as well. Trevor even stayed late to make sure we knew how to use the car and that we were all set for our 2-hour drive back. We will be back to purchase another vehicle for them. I appreciate Keffer and everything their team does!

    After months of looking for the perfect car and being treated poorly at Toyota I came to this place. James Brown greeted me and my husband. After literally 10 seconds he said “I have the car for you”. He answered all of our questions and took us on a test drive. He showed us all the cool bells and whistles. James also made sure we got a good price for our old Corolla and got our recent grad rebate. Alex was amazing as well. He took care of all the financing paperwork and made everything go quick and snappy! He made the boring part of buying a car actually enjoyable. I am very happy with my new car!     My wife and I had a great experience at the Keffer dealership purchasing the new vehicle. Our salesperson Christian was wonderful in showing us different cars, going over the specs and answering all the questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He wasn’t pushy at all. He also helped negotiate the best deal for us. Tyron the finance manager was just as helpful and friendly.     Excellent experience, awesome people. I was in the market for a new car and I decided to go Electric. I went to 4 dealers in total and ended up coming back here and making my purchase. Not only did these guys have the best product they were the most informed, courteous, honest and low pressure (I really should say no pressure). I really hate having to buy a car.     Jefferson Hyundai made it easy to schedule my service appointment on-line. Arrived at the service bay and was greeted with a smile then the service writer greeted me with a smile as well. The service department provided World Class customer service and when my car was ready the World Class service continued until I drove away. A warm, personal touch at each interaction by an outstanding staff at an outstanding dealer!! Thank you Keffer Hyundai!! Why would anyone go anywhere else 😊

    Drove almost 4 hours to look at a Sonata. Keffer Hyundai is a huge dealership. The showroom is very clean. My sales rep let me take it for a spin with no hassle. Everything felt right. My finance guy crunched the numbers and got em where I wanted. Drove the car home. There was an issue was with obtaining my registration and license plate that jammed me up for almost 2 months. Long story short, With patients and persistence on my part they took care of it = Happy customer. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (just make sure you get your registration and license plate ASAP). Thanks Keffer Hyundai

    Great Sales and finance Team. Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout the entire purchase cycle. This was a no pressure environment that made us comfortable taking the time we needed to make sure we were making the right choice. Our salesman, George Athens, always made it a point answer questions quickly and thoroughly.     We purchased a 4Runner through Keffer Hyundai and had the pleasure of working with Andrew Terry there. Despite us being quite an easy sale (we went to the dealership to purchase this specific vehicle), Andrew took the time to walk us through the vehicle twice, pointing out new features or sharing his own experiences with a similar model. The entire process took a little over 3 hours, but Andrew, the sales manager, and the owner all took time to come over and speak with us to pass the minutes a little quicker. We had a much more positive experience here with the sales team than we’ve had at any other dealership in the area and we would absolutely go back to buy another car from them.

    I have never had such a positive, fun experience at a dealership. Coach Pratt (Mr. Pratt) truly looked out and took his time. He was informative and thorough, as well as really put things in perspective. This is my 4th Hyundai and thanks to him, it is my favorite one yet.     We purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited with 5300 miles and in great condition. We traded our 2016 BMW 750i Xdrive, which we were given the market price for a trade utilizing the Cox valuation service. We felt were treated fairly and equitably in this transaction. Even the Owner of the dealership, Gabe jumped in on the negotiations to help strike an agreement with us. We would recommend Keffer Hyundai as a dealer of choice.

    Selena was awesome! Very good customer service skills, polite, professional and she cared about my needs. For example, Selena put in her notes my complimentary wash, wax and detail of my car to be scheduled after Covid that one of the Hyundai representatives gave me pre covid. Thank you, Peter

    I actually did this entire transaction over the phone. I was sent a really nice video so I could see the details of the car. Shopping these days has really changed with not being able to go on site to some places. Follow up was great and they delivered it right to my door

    huge waste of time :( i was without a car for a week and they didn’t even find the problem. i wasn’t compensated for my time or the money i had to spend on ride shares. i was told initially that it would only be a day or two.

    Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 9:30 and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes which is extremely long. The service person was nice but the length of time is always way to long.

    Don't go to the independence location unless you want to spend double the price of any other car shop. They wanted to charge me over $300 to change a serpentine belt for my car, that apparently was going to take an hour and half to replace. Another car shop near by quoted me $130! The service employee Selena was rude when asked for a break down of service that was going to be done to MY car. I contacted Matt the service manager and never heard back from him. I was originally told it was only $139 for the diagnosis test, but after "Shop supplies" and sales taxes it came to $171, I didn't get a single thing fixed and somehow I left with paying this price. Unacceptable, I will never return to this place to get any type of work done on my car. Do not recommend!

    I was without a car for a MONTH! I had my sonata towed here from another garage after having some engine trouble. The previous garage ran a diagnostic test and the results said the engine was recalled. After towing my car to Hyundai the very next day, they said that they would have to run their own test on the vehicle. It took TWO WEEKS for them to even run the test on my car to see what was wrong. After getting the same result from the previous test, I waited another week for approval of coverage. After that, Another week for the car to get fixed, of course, with the "Other Problems" they magically found. I asked the rep was the "other problems" due to the car just sitting in their lot for 3 weeks because I hadn't had any other problems from this car (that I've only had for 6 months). They gave me some BS answer. I constantly had to call for my own updates on my car. I consistently kept asking for a loaner vehicle which they never seemed to have. After 4 WEEKS, I received a loaner vehicle FOR ONE DAY, before my car was finally fixed. My whole experience with the service department here was frustrating and exhausting. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!
