The outlet is located in Kalady town near to the turning from MC road to Nedumbassery Airport. There was a time when the Indian coffee house was a good quality restaurant but now they have failed to keep up with the expectations and growing competition and needs improvement The taste is just average. Prices are reasonable to the service which it provides as well the quality is also good. Another drawback is that they don't accept UPI payment. There is ample parking space in front of the Restaurant. Staffs are well mannered and good.

Located next to St Marys Catholic Church, near Kariyad-Airport-Mattoor road. Parking facility is available in front of the building. Seating area is decent, with a family room separately kept. Staff members also are polite and friendly. Stopped by for a quick breakfast and had the following things - Ghee Roast - A pretty good dosa at quite an affordable price. Found it to be better than most dosas I have had at other Indian Coffee Houses. Sambar and coconut chutney was also good. Vada - Also was decent, though a but oily. Coffee - Strong and raw, the chicory coffee is synomymous across all their outlets Overall, this is a good option for travellers along this route, with good quality food at cheap prices. Total price for my meal - 77 rupees. PS - I highly recommend their fresh vegetable cutlets, only available in the evenings.

An Indian coffee house outlet located in the junction of Mattor near airport road. Good quality food is served here. Table service is excellent. AC dinning hall with a mere price is available here. It has decent parking space.

All Indian Coffee House's in Kerala provide us with Good Quality Food and a similar Pattern of Dishes available in their Menu (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner). I feel that Mattoor Indian Coffee House also provide Tasty Dishes similar to other Indian Coffee House in Kerala. Once I tried Breakfast there during my Munnar Trip and the Uzhunnuvada available there is Very Crispy and Tasty...

Had visited the place during lunch time and the typical rice meals is not available here which is a major drawback of the place, every individuals don't like to eat biriyani, porotta and all especially during lunch there are people's who prefer that but I think majority prefer meals and that too rice meals with curries. So have to concentrate on that to rectify the problems. Have no complaints on the food items.

Had parotta and egg curry and all my family had food poisoning and had to be hospitalised. Please make sure that the food is of good quality so that the customers do not have to suffer.

I've tried the masala dosa and coffee here and both were excellent and cost effective. However it's either parcel or you may stand on tables around the place and eat as there is currently no sitting available due to covid precautions. Generally people order and have the food in their cars as there's a lot of parking space.

Spacious location with parking facility. Dishes are great with homely feeling and taste, usually choosing this spot while i am passing by the location.

ICH the ever reliable consistent food chain. The speed of service here bettered even their usual standards. Seemed just a normal day with good customer footfall. I had ordered veg cutlets, coffee and double omlette. Was pleasantly suprised when it was delivered in almost less than 2 mins. Agreeably it wasnt much that i ordered but in most other places I could have had a wait time of atleast 5 mins.

A good restaurant on the sides of National Highway. Dishes are not costly here. There is ample car parking space available infront of the restaurant. There is not much delay in serving of dishes here. Food served is tasty and hot.

Didn't got indian coffee house traditional feel in dishes also especially tea.

Kaladi Mattoor junction is famous for the ICH. Always a preferred destination. Sometimes, me along with my friends travelled more than 10km only for this Coffee House. And my favourite is Beef Cutlet......

Food quality is ok ok only when compared to their kakkanad civil station outlet. Have good Parking space but food need to improve.

This coffee house was on its peak rush time when we went there for having breakfast. Breakfast was very good and tasty. But the toilets are a no-go. Since the route has sufficient traffic (route towards munnar) you can expect people from far away places coming to dine there. For them, toilets are such a disappointment.

Very pathetic food & service. Ordered ghee roast, vada and tea. There was very very little or no ghee in the so called ghee roast. The food was not served hot. Vada was also not hot nor was there any authentic taste of it. The service was very very poor. Went to have breakfast there, and my whole day has been spoiled by the experience I had from this Indian Coffee House.

A very bad experience for a coffee chain having outlets at every few kilometres. One star only for the service guy who was patient to make some changes otherwise a perfectly avoidable place. Better drink coffee at some roadside outlet thattukadas than here

Went in for breakfast. The restaurant is ideally situated on the Main Road. Plenty of parking space. The place was crowded. However, as soon as we were seated, the orders were taken and food was served very fast. The served food was piping hot, freshly cooked and very tasty. The coffee is excellent, since it is from freshly ground coffee powder, good taste and aroma. The staff are very courteous and serve with a smile. However, the restaurant and particularly the hand wash area and toilets need to be renovated and cleaned periodically. The restaurant too is a bit shabby. Could do with a lit of cleaning.

Indian coffee house is an emotion among Keralites. Food is tasty, service is good too. They need to work on and improve the cleanliness inside the restaurant. Staffs are friendly. Will visit them whenever i can.

We visited Indian coffee house for a stop over lunch before going to the airport. Because of pandemic we could not dine-in so we took parcels and ate in their parking. We ordered Chicken Biryani and parotta beef curry. They had limited options because of pandemic but both the items were delicious. Quantity of Biryani was sufficient for 1 adult.

A normal ICH with adequate parking with traditional ICH coffee and snacks (Covid-19 protocol maintained : no serving inside but few open air tables and chairs for a quick bite for long distance travellers)

Always go there on my way back from and to the airport. Just around the corner before you turn to airport road. Taste wise not bad. Mostly I take the typical masala dosa. We all are very much concerned about food when we travel to other districts/states. I found Indian coffe house as one of the best options to dine in for normal food without any artificial colours or flavours. I came across this branch at Kalady on my way to kozhikode from Thrissur NH. Since i had the craving to have chicken dry fry I was curious to have poratta along with. They provided normal menu unlike other fancy restaurants. But since chicken dry fry was not available I thought of trying kerala poratta with chicken fry. They served the food hot and fresh. And chicken fry was too good with roasted onion capsicum and tomatoes. One portion had three pieces with less bones. Poratta was crispy enough but was different from original Kerala poratta. But it was ok for me. The food tasted like homely one. Service was good. And prices are very reasonable. It is really good to try such options while travelling which will keep your tummy trouble free. Last but not the least they provide huge parking space as well. So those who are looking for a simple dinner give it a try

Worst experience had from an ICH . The staff here is very irresponsible and arrogant. While making the order the waiter didn't had the patience to hear the full order and his attitude was like , we were asking for free food . Food quality was below average , when ordered a Vada , got it soaked in Chutney . There are many other good Restaurants who provides quality food and service . The

Indian coffee house is loosing it's charm, food was ok ok but desired a better ambience and cleanliness. The coffee, which was supposedly be their signature one also was average. I am seeing this trend in all of Indian coffee house, they need to work on the food quality and cleanliness more.

Low ventilation. Place is very hot. Menu is similar to any other branches of Indian Coffee House. Chicken fry I ordered looked and tasted like chicken roast 😋.
