The new management team is amazing. Susan, the general manager, is a sweetheart. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to help me when I encountered certain stuggles during my stay. I stayed for about 5 months and have seen the effort her team put in to make this hotel a wonderful place to stay. She is such a kind person. The housekeeping staff as well does an amazing job keeping everything clean. This is a fairly new hotel so all of the rooms are updated and have a clean fresh feeling with new microwaves, refrigerators and showers. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

It's nice to have a place with a full kitchen minus the oven that is to cook a meal instead of having to eat out every night. We are here on business and this was an awesome option if you like your home cooked meals.

I was driving threw a snow storm and it was about 11:45pm when I made my reservation online. I was really tired and just needed a place to sleep for about 6 hours before hitting the road again. I arrived at 1pm (1 hour and 15 min) after making the reservation and was told I didn't arrive by check-in time and my reservation was cancelled. I asked them how would I possibly be able to make it in 15 minutes from where I was when I made the reservation and was told I needed to check in by 6pm. You can see the problem I had. They were very rude and told me they had a room but it was twice the price of the one online. I passed and went to Day's Inn and got a room. Horrible experience and they wouldn't refund my reservation.

Best affordable hotel in all of Toledo. It is very clean! I was surprised how nice and spacious the rooms were.

Very attentive staff in all departments. Extremely clean, comfortable rooms. Rooms are like new and staff always follows up with reviews to add more amenities to the property to maximize guest satisfaction. Wonderful hotel for overnight or extended stays. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Negotiable prices for weekly and monthly r rates. A hidden gem. Close to the express way for easy travel in all directions. A variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Amazing hotel even just to get some alone time and take a break.

Arrived 9:30pm for one night and waited at desk for 15, 20 minutes to be checked in. Told system and phones were down (fine, no problem) but that credit card had to be scanned to pay the next day (suspicious but somewhat understandable). Room was tidy and large, but bathmat towel was on the floor in the shower, the soap bar was opened on the counter, and the sink was slightly dirty, hadn't been wiped or rinsed out. Bed seemed clean enough and we were exhausted so didn't request new room, but wouldn't recommend for one night stays.

The girl at the desk is rude disrespectful and doesn't know how to do her job. I made a reservation with Company Lodging Card and because she didn't know how to do it she refused to take my company card at check in. Refused to call the manager and when I called choice hotels lied and said I never had a reservation.

This stop was wonderful. The room had a small, stove, kitchen sink, microwave and two double beds. It was quite comfortable. Tina at the desk was moat kind and helpful. All this for only $90, while everyone else in the area were charging close to and over $200

I work overnight, I checked in and immediately left for work. The next morning when I came in the room, I pulled back the cover and the sheet was dirty. The towels in the bathroom were old and the toilet was dirty. I contacted Expedia because that’s who I booked through, Expedia contacted the front desk on a joint call. The front desk questioned why I was complaining about the sheets at 8am when I checked in the night before? I explained I work overnight, then he stated I needed to wait until the next person came on at 9am. I dozed off waiting (I had just worked 12 hours), I woke up at 1230pm. I was just going to check out early from my 5 night expected stay. The front desk told me I had to check out by 11am and if I left I would still be charged for the day. No one ever offered any solution or apologies. Though it is low cost, there are no amenities to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen has no dishes or supplies. I definitely would not stay here another night, let alone long term.

Beds are very unsturdy and UNCOMFORTABLE!! Pillows are like well like you’re not even using one. You have to purchase coffee makers only had 2 towels in bathroom and when asked for more had to wait few hours. Debri and dirty sheets all over floor outside rooms. Blinds were nice but had broken pieces off so light from outside came in room. A lot too channels on tv. Whole hotel including room spelled like stale cigarettes. Was ok for one night but none of us got a very good nights sleep.

Absolutely disgusting, the front desk has 1 good employee & she is v sweet & will help you! Other than that you are basically wasting your money. No nice employees that care. Walk into my room which is on first floor & the nastiest smell.. almost like chicken ramen smell but in a musty way. The pillows were yellow. Legit went to walmart & bought 2 new pillows just to stay. Also, they give you a dingy clothing basket to put used towels in & you have to take them down yourself to be able to get new ones. Most towels have nasty stains or smell Mold on the showers which i have pictures to PROVE! There are nicer hotels out there that are cheaper and won’t have a growing area of mold in showers. SAVE UR MONEY AND TIME

Clean, Friendly Hotel. Definetly recommend this hotel!!! Affordable. Full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, large laundry facility, 24 security, coffee in lobby in the morning. Manager takes pride in her hotel and her team.

The hotel is comfortable and very clean! You can always feel safe here because there is a locked security door that only guests can open with their keys. The staff is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rooms were renovated and clean, it was really comfortable and quiet stay . It was strange however to have a full kitchen with no cooking set and utensils.

This is a dirty hotel with management and billing issues. My partner was paying a weekly rate, however we had to leave for our home state before our original departure date. Instead of refunding us the remaining balance on our account, they charged us for linen service. Which for 1 we always refused housekeeping service since it was pointless, they never even mopped or swept anyways. And for 2… We would wash our own sheets in the guest laundry area. And they had the nerve to charge me a linen fee instead of refunding my remaining balance. I was so glad I got the receipt printed out for us. There will be a lawsuit pending on this matter. Theft is theft! And we are not the only guests they have done this too so they can’t say it was just a mistake! Would love to see an oversight committee or an auditor truly go over this hotels financial records, could only imagine the crimes being committed. — which this lawsuit may just unveil. Now onto the dirtiness of the hotel ; Walls in all the common areas are gross. Stairwells leading outside the hotel are always filthy. Dirty rug in the elevator almost every day. Sheets and pillow cases are very dingy and stained. We had a garbage bag full of trash set into our room by one of their housekeepers. It wasn’t even our trash it was the room next to us. The top of the cabinets and refrigerator weren’t cleaned in a very long time. I’d be willing to bet months if not longer. Carpets are all stained in the hallways. Walls have dirty hand marks and finger prints all over them. The entire hotel smells terrible most of the time. Enough to give you a headache if you stay in the hallway to long. The housekeepers always smelled like marijuana, especially the shorter blonde lady. Overall this is a 1 star hotel. Terrible management. Unprofessional and rude staff. Dirty, stinky, and a business that is stealing from their guests. I Will be screen shotting and sharing all of this on every local page around the Maumee/Toledo area. Don’t just take my word for it! Read the other guests reviews! If you HAVE TO stay in this area like we did, I would highly suggest going to Candlewood suites which is very close to this hotel, way cleaner, way better management. And Believe me paying that extra little bit on the room rate will be worth missing this place for!

Staff has been considerate and helpful supportive actions that go above and beyond their duties. My stay at the hotel was prompted by an unexpected injury, which has impacted my mobility. The handicap accessible room is well equipped and is a safe environment where I can take care of my daily needs as I heal. The team from : front desk, maintenance housekeeping departments have been helpful as my mobility was impacted by my injury. Although this was an unexpected stay, I would recommend this extended stay hotel.
