Really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton. Staff was courteous, Room was clean & comfy and it has one of the nicer breakfast layouts & offerings we’ve had at a Hampton. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice with doors opening to patio. Only reason I rated 4 stars was the carpet floor in elevator was pretty disgusting & it was my initial impression of the place. Also conveniently located to interstate and a lot of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Would def stay here again.

The room was clean, updated, perfect for a one-night stay (we have young children, if your kids are older the room will seem small). Pool was nice, our kids loved it. Plenty of options at the continental breakfast. Area around hotel had lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and felt safe.

This is not a newer Hampton, but it was a pretty nice stay for two nights. The room is a bit small compared to newer hotel construction. The "closet" (see my pic) was a narrow space behind a curtain, but there was also metal rack-type drawers in a cabinet to store clothes. The bed was acceptable but not overly comfy; 4th floor was quiet for sleeping. All hotel staff we interacted with or observed were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was good, with fried eggs one day and french toast sticks another (and of course waffle-makers). Plenty of room to spread out in the eating space. Finally, you can't beat the location of this hotel, with restaurants and groceries all around you. Good stay!

Excellent location with excellent staff. The room was very clean and the hotel also seemed very clean. The area was quiet and I enjoyed a very good nights sleep. They had a hot tub, but sadly I didn't get to enjoy it even though I needed it (no swimsuit). Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled 👍 Wonderful!! The June 10 breakfast was excellent!! Turkey sausage links, seasoned potatoes... The building was very clean and all the workers were very polite and attentive. The hot tub was a little too hot for us. But it was clean. We will continue to visit other Hilton hotels.. pray they all meet this hotel high standards!!

Ken and the housekeeping team were so friendly, had to make a sudden trip into town because of a family passing. Ken constantly was such a friendly face to see and would help me with everything I needed. Everytime I walked by housekeeper they would greet me. Breakfast was also delicious and the hot tub and pool were super enjoyable to use. I wasn’t able to meet the night shift but I’m sure they were just as amazing ♥︎. If your looking for a place that is super spacious and friendly this is definitely it. To add to it as well it is surrounded by quite a few different places to eat and shop which is super convenient for easy to get to places

Hotel is great but all we heard in the morning was doors slamming from housekeeping being rude. Then the housekeeper knocked at our door and we assured her we were still occupying our rooms only to have her walk in on us not even an hour later. All this occurred before checkout time at 11am. We shouldn't have been bothered once, much less twice before checkout time. How ridiculous to rush guests out before checkout time and I'm a diamond member. This made it difficult to truly enjoy our stay. Housekeepers should never just walk in your room, especially before checkout time even after being assured we were still in the room. I can't believe she really walked in our room. An apology cannot make up for this! When I stopped at the front desk (still before 11am) to notify them about their rude housekeeper nobody was there to take my complaint. I will be contacting Hilton directly regarding this issue.

Quick response times from staff for every request we had. Breakfast was pretty good, too. The waffles are worth a try. We were able to wash our clothes too for our longer stay pretty cheap. Rooms were clean and quiet (2nd floor). Many good eating choices nearby. Definitely a good place to stop.

Have stayed here multiple times. Good location near I-80, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and they even had almond milk.

My family and I had an awesome stay! We enjoyed the clean and modern room, the fitness room, the pool and complimentary breakfast. It's such a wonderful hotel half way to our destination.

We just spent last night here. This Hampton is like totally new, new decor & design of the rooms is very nice. The beds slept well, had very nice comforters on them. Nice big screen TV. Breakfast was great all the items that Hampton Inn has always delivered on. This dining area was one that was larger and with earth tone decor, (it seems only a few have this) and is really nice. The pool and hot tub area are also top notch. Easy to get to off exit 59. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed 10/16-10/20 with a friend. Great location with plenty of restaurants/grocery options within walking distance. Room was spotless. Beds comfy. Best shower I've EVER had in a hotel. The room had a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. There was also always hot coffee and tea available in the lobby. It was really nice being able to go down in my pj's and have some tea before bed each night. The staff was amazing. The check-in people were informative. The lady that was running the hot breakfast was so sweet! Interactions with housekeeping were friendly. And there was an awesome maintenance guy that showed us how to activate the jacuzzi bubbles. Thank you! We shall be back! :D

Better than I expected. One of the best of the Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The air conditioner, like almost all hotel air conditioners, was noisy though. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selections were similar to other Hampton Inns. I would return if I was in the area.

Excellent! This was a very clean, spacious, and easy-to-check-in hotel. High standards of housekeeping. The hotel were very respectful of my service dog, too - so appreciated. We will be staying here again anytime we are in Toledo!

Had a late check-in. Rodge was wonderful and pleasant. Handicap room was clean, neat and had no funk smell. A/C unit worked wonderfully. Bed was comfortable. Handicap shower was very spacious. Bathroom has full bottles mounted to the walls and there was even a plug in nightlight for the bathroom. Plenty of outlets and usb plugs through the room and lamps.

Not a bad place! A nice big indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. Both the indoor pool and hot tub is saltwater! The outdoor pool was closed for the season I believe but overall a good stay. Breakfast was okay

Showed up late with a uhaul and a dog after a long day. Matt at the front was very kind and helpful and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty solid with good fresh options and good coffee. Only downside is lack of other food options nearby. Close to a gas station though

This place is great. Friendly staff always. Nice large pool, though it's cold and not super heated indoors, there is a built in spa hot tub that's much more warmer and enjoyable. The staff for breakfast is so kind and supportive.

Can't recommend this location. Neighborhood was a bit run down, but didn't feel particularly unsafe. Although generally clean and the breakfast was good the room was terrible. We were weary from a long day of travel and when we got in it had a terrible stench. A/C had the typical musty smell, but the offending odor seemed to be coming from the plumbing/water. Since it was late we thought we'd just tolerate it and move on, but both my wife and I were awoken in the middle of the night to waves of the smell. Since this was a single night stay, we complained upon checkout and they did send up a service technician, but I can't comment if it was resolved.

I had to stay here 3 separate times over a 2 month time frame while traveling. I had my elderly mother with me the first time I stayed there. On my 2nd and 3rd time, the staff remembered me and inquired about my mom! Now that had me IMPRESSED! Rooms are typical of a Hampton Inn, and the continental breakfast was great as usual. If I have to travel through here again, I'll definitely be staying here!

Enjoyed my stay! It was quiet so I was able to get a good night's sleep before my long journey back home. I was happy to see that Wingstop (fave restaurant) was just a walking distance away from the hotel.

Omg. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and they definitely respect your privacy. The amenities we're great. I would recommend this Hotel with 5 Stars.🤗👍❤️ I was in Ohio for a family reunion, traveling from Chicago. I will definitely be back on my own personal time.👍

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean. I loved having an herbal tea option as I can't have caffeine. The pool was huge and the hot tub/whirlpool was fabulous. Staff was friendly. We didn't eat the breakfast the next morning but will on our next visit. Loved that we had a digital key and didn't have to check in at the front desk. It was all done from my phone. Very convenient as the desk was full

The hotel was nice, updated and pretty clean. The room sizes are smaller than average. There was no closet or suitcase rack, only a small area on the back wall that was covered by a curtain. Only 3 small wire rack drawers to put clothes in. Not enough for three of us staying for the weekend. Our room felt damp, towels wouldn’t dry when hanging overnight. Bathroom was clean and no built up grime!

We are on a trip. Booked the room on the phone. That went fine. Checked in past 130 am. I asked for a late check out. They told me it will be 1pm. I said great. Well. The first knowing on our door was at 930 am. Then again 1130 am while I am on a conference call. We also received a front desk call at 1115 am. Asking when I am checking out. I told them they are very rude. I am a late check out at 1pm. I did not like being woke up then interrupted while conducting business. The front desk person at check in failed to verify the room as a late check out. I got very little sleep. Sleeped on one side of bed as the sheets had some nasty stains. Used towels to sleep on. Place looked good outside. Did not have good impression with police showing up while arriving. Front desk was not distracted by that activity. Have no plans to ever return. Worst experience form a Hampton Inn property.

Always a great experience when we come to the Hampton Inn Toledo-South/Maumee. Rooms are location are clean and well-kept. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, plus the breakfast is great. Nice to have warm friendly faces greeting us when we arrive, plus the property is always in great condition!

Best pool/hot tub I've ever experienced at a midrange hotel. The pool was huge, saltwater, and pristine! The hot tub was hot and whirlpooly! Plus the room was clean, the coffee was good, and the breakfast, though somewhat limited, was free and included two fresh waffle options. Very nice Hungarian dinner available nearby. All in all, a great stop on a long drive.

This hotel was clean and upgraded. The rooms were a bit small, it was hard to maneuver three suitcases. Otherwise everything was very nice

I am a diamond member and travel weekly..Clean hotel. Convient location. House-keeping should not be knocking on doors before 9am! Vacuming the hall at 830am. Come on I drove 300 miles yesterday, that's what woke me up!.

Our go to place to stay when traveling through the area. Comfortable rooms. Clean bathrooms. Staff is always friendly. Coffee maker was broken this morning which was a bummer.

THIS HOTEL HAS COCKROACHES! We stayed there over the weekend. Our room was very clean and smelled nice, but on the last day we were there, I saw 2 roaches crawling in the washroom! My husband let the front desk know, but he was only offered a normal "Sorry about that...", and no discount. I had to go through everything and wash everything when we arrived home, just to ensure we didn't bring any. Also, we wanted to pay cash, but they went ahead and charged us not once, but TWICE on our card. The matter is STILL not resolved, and since they told us we could still pay cash, we ended up paying 3 times the price! We're still waiting for the matter to be resolved... It is very disappointing and greatly concerning! Carpets in the hallways were old and dirty, but rooms are renovated and functional, although small. My husband is a Hilton Honors member and has stayed in different Hilton hotels, but this was sub-standard. First time we see roaches in our hotel room and have such trouble with billing. There is no restaurant on site, so no possibility to have dinner at the hotel. Pool was too full of people, so we didn't get to use it. We would not recommend...
