visited
this
location
after
a
long
day
at
work.
I
was
seated
immediately
as
I
was
a
one
party
customer
my
order
was
taken
swiftly.
My
first
round
of
food
came
out
and
it
was
very
good.
Here’s
the
problem
when
I
ordered
my
second
round
of
all
you
can
eat
shrimp,
it
took
a
while
it
took
so
long.
It
literally
was
a
half
hour
before
it
came
to
my
table.
Walt’s
fried
shrimp.
I
expressed
my
concern
to
my
waitress
who
took
at
least
15
minutes
to
come
back
and
see
if
I
have
received
my
second
order.
She
advised
me
the
reason
why
I
didn’t
get
my
second
order
is
because
the
kitchen
didn’t
get
the
order
due
to
a
malfunction
in
the
computer.
I’m
a
senior
citizen
and
I
work
hard
for
my
money
just
like
everybody
else
does
but
it’s
gotten
to
the
point
we’re
good
service
is
hard
to
fine.
Even
on
a
night
like
Tuesday
when
you
see
the
restaurant
business
is
steady,
but
not
extremely
busy.
And
the
service
is
poor
from
the
wait
staff
meaning
the
waitress
that
attended
me.
Especially
when
I’m
constantly
seeing
other
peoples
orders,
come
out
of
the
kitchen
on
a
consistent
basis.
Yes,
they
try
to
make
it
right
by
bringing
the
shrimp
to
me
but
I’m
still
very
disappointed
I
wasn’t
even
offered
a
discount
not
that
I
was
looking
for
one,
but
just
an
apology
and
other
than
my
shrimp
finally
come
out
at
6:30
PM
when
I
arrived
at
about
5:10
PM.
Makes
one
not
want
to
visit
red
lobster
again.
Red
lobster
on
Reynolds
Road
in
Toledo
Ohio.
You
have
got
to
do
better.
