The food and service was absolutely lovely. Our server was friendly and polite. Our food was delicious. Definitely recommend trying the Salmon New Orleans dish.

Side dish portions were small, and food was overpriced for the area. Food was cooked very well. However, you can get more food, done just as well or better at a local restaurant.

The waitress was phenomenal she was very attentive. The food was fresh and perfect temperature. The crab legs did not have much meat on them but tasted good. The salads were fresh also consisted with good greens and fresh vegetables. The coconut shrimp are my favorite and tested great. The dessert was very tasty.

The food here is great when you find something to eat. One thing I will say is if you do not like sea food, I do not recommend this place, but if you do you will love this place!!

It's been awhile since we've been to any Red lobster. We were impressed tonight! Our server was one of the best we've ever had. The new spicy shrimp was so delicious. For $20 unlimited shrimp of your choice you can try them all. The quality was amazing. We eat out often and this was the definitely one of the best experiences in a long time. Shout out to the manager,cook and Mookie our server @ Reynolds Rd.

Great food and service. Esther was our server and provided EXCELLENT service, even though she was covering several tables. We went in for the endless shrimp and we weren't disappointed. The shrimp was delicious, appetizers were perfect and drinks were good. It was exactly the type of experience that you expect when going out. What else can you ask for?

Our server was phenomenal. So friendly and took such good care of us. The food was excellent, and service was quick for a Friday night during prime dining hours in the evening!

I shared a combo with my partner which had a lobster tail and snow crab legs as the main part. Shown in the picture is the biggest of the crab legs out of the bunch. It's typically supposed to be a rough half pound of crab meat but was instead about 1 ounce total combined due to it being a very small crab. I was going to give a 1 star rating due to this. But thanks to a manager discount it is worth a solid 3 stars.

The food was great, Server he was great, and good looking. All tho they brought calamari instead of my shrimp. He apologized, I noticed the manager walking around she didn't really greet anyone. Food: side salad with mango/pineapple vinegar Lump crab cheese fries and dragon shrimp sweet and spicy Atmosphere was quiet and chill for Christmas. The shrimp had good flavor but the texture didn't taste like actually shrimp. All in all haven't been there in years food, service was great. I recommend and would return

I have not been to Red Lobster in years. Had some gift cards and decided to use them. The dining area was much brighter than I remember, which was nice. The food was very good. Though, I do prefer my shrimp in pasta and scampi to be de-tailed. We all took home some leftovers (which still tasted good on the second try). NOW...... our server was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive And went out of her way to take care of us.

Visited the restaurant during their "all you can eat shrimp" offer. It lived up to the advertisement. Non-stop shrimp. I would have liked a bit more variety in preparations. But, overall, it was a good experience. Please open those doors and let some fresh air into the place.

Great dinner after a day at the zoo with the kids. The kids were excited about Mac and Cheese and oranges kids meal. We enjoyed the endless shrimp. Zack was out waiter and he was great and attentive! The food was hot and delicious, no wait time! We will be back if ever in the area.

I visited this location after a long day at work. I was seated immediately as I was a one party customer my order was taken swiftly. My first round of food came out and it was very good. Here’s the problem when I ordered my second round of all you can eat shrimp, it took a while it took so long. It literally was a half hour before it came to my table. Walt’s fried shrimp. I expressed my concern to my waitress who took at least 15 minutes to come back and see if I have received my second order. She advised me the reason why I didn’t get my second order is because the kitchen didn’t get the order due to a malfunction in the computer. I’m a senior citizen and I work hard for my money just like everybody else does but it’s gotten to the point we’re good service is hard to fine. Even on a night like Tuesday when you see the restaurant business is steady, but not extremely busy. And the service is poor from the wait staff meaning the waitress that attended me. Especially when I’m constantly seeing other peoples orders, come out of the kitchen on a consistent basis. Yes, they try to make it right by bringing the shrimp to me but I’m still very disappointed I wasn’t even offered a discount not that I was looking for one, but just an apology and other than my shrimp finally come out at 6:30 PM when I arrived at about 5:10 PM. Makes one not want to visit red lobster again. Red lobster on Reynolds Road in Toledo Ohio. You have got to do better. Signed. Very disappointed. 😔

Stopped here to have a date with my fiance. Ordered a steak and she ordered some seafood. Everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted great! Service was good, the staff were kind and attentive. Overalls, very satisfied with our meals and happy to come back again!

Two of us had the plate with everything. Well liked by both men. The ladies had coconut chicken and grilled Salmon. Grilled Salmon was great nicely seasoned and grilled for me. S side is brussel sprouts which were delicious. I will definitely have those again. I had an adult beverage Golden Sangria if I remember correctly. It was citrus with oranges cut up. Happy to go there. It is pricey $$

On 6-28-22 I had excellent service all the way around. Good Food. The best part about Red Lobster is the reward system on red lobster app. I ended up getting a free appetizer. I advised everybody to get the Red Lobster app it is well worth it. You earn many points at a rapid rate, depending on how much you eat there. For us we dine there a lot.

We called ahead to reserve space for a table of 12. Due to a misunderstanding, we ended up with two round tables with a rectangular table in the middle ---not real pleased as 4 people were perched at the spots that the odd shaped tables came together. The manager was as helpful as she could be. The food was good as usual which is why we come back with large groups.

Food was delicious and our waitress was very nice and attentive. All the food was fresh and hot when it was served. It was truly a GREAT meal and experience from the artichoke dip appetizer to the main course. The prices weren't too bad for the portions. We left feeling very full. We will definitely be back.

After perusing the entire menu I settled for the bacon cheeseburger. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. For example, my daughter ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and it was $23. It is my opinion that pasta should not be expensive. Furthermore, I am not a very big seafood fan if it is not fresh from the sea. The $13 bacon cheeseburger was mediocre. I would much rather have gone to another fast food burger joint and paid a little less for a Better Burger for example, Culver's. Another person in our party ordered the sangria and it tasted like jelly was put into the cup with very little alcohol. Our server was friendly attentive and very nice the atmosphere was typical of a Red Lobster and clean.

I got the Admiral seafood platter. I didn't realize it all would be fried, but it was all excellent, served steaming hot. I tried the lobster too and it is to die for! Also siera mist with cherries in it is a child hood favorite of mine. Just as good as always. It was a bit cold inside, it being right after the seasonal snow storm, and the music was a little rocky a touch loud for casual conversation. But the server was really nice and overall we had a great evening.

Very impressed by the effort of my waitress. She was excellent and served hot food in a timely manner. I was impressed also by staff that cleared and cleaned tables around me. It was a thorough cleaning. It has been a long time since I visited Red Lobster. My impression was restored by this recent visit. Many thanks to the entire staff on the floor and in the kitchen A+++

I ordered grilled salmon and it came back poached, loaded baked potato only the middle of the potato was tender and the rest was hard, coconut shrimp was good but the sauce too sweet along with the sweet coconut, shrimp wontons and sauce was delicious! Strawberry margarita was tasty. Shrimp skewers were two types, mine were steamed but others were grilled which is what I ordered. It seemed as if the restaurant was deciding for me what I should eat instead of what I ordered and it is appreciated but give me what I pay for! I picked at the salmon and potato trying not to complain and got out of there without ordering myself another drink! So make sure your order is correct and cooked as it should be when receiving your meal!
