The food ok..The McDonald's inside nice and cute. it took me 30mins to get my food. When I got my food , it was very cold. The Manger stands on the middle and makes the everything slow.. STAFF are useless. They don't no what they doing. Even some others were complaining too.. I'm just telling my real experience what happen today.. I'll give tree stars because my food was cold.

Disappointed that Mc cafe seems to have been absorbed in to the whole. We were the only customers at the start and they had the music blasting so loud it was hard to talk. The toilets were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for some time. Would not recommend going there for anything

I had a shocking experience here. The Big Mac my friend ordered was stale and had cold, rubbery patties, while my McSpicy patty was thin, dry, and disgusting. Never come here!

Food was good but cleanliness of restaurant was absolutely terrible. Dead flies, cockroaches on the floors, everything was dusty and didn't look to have been cleaned in weeks. I worked here in 2008-09 and we'd have gotten the boot if the restaurant was ever in this state. I don't blame the staff though, they were friendly and doing all they could. The problem is since '08 McDonald's has made things a lot more complicated (staff making coffee, delivering food to tables, etc) and they don't have the extra staff on to compensate for the time and effort this takes. No wonder they don't have time to keep the place clean. McDonald's management (whoever you are) should acknowledge the intensive workload of their staff and ensure there are enough people on station at all times.

Place is quite grotty. Half the tables had food on them. The floor was gross. Flies everywhere, presumably due to the food on the tables and ground. Place needs a decent clean. Order was announced, but didn't hear. Apparently it sat there for over 5 minutes, but no attempt made to re-announce. Not a very nice representation of a Macca's. I'd be embarrassed as the owner.

I've been to this place a few times. The staff are actually pretty onto it, and the service is pretty quick. They make decent McDonald's standard food so no real complaints there 👍 But I have to dock points a few points cause every time I go there, the Guys bathroom smells like an animal died inside & that's never seemed to have changed. I've started making a habit of holding my breath before I walk in there now 😔 I only hope that the girls' bathroom isn't having same problem...

bought a lot of combo set from this outlet and asking for a bigger bag but the employees couldnt provide and didnt provide any help initiately. bad experience

Didn't realise proper McCafe was no more. Coffee served in takeaway cups. Toilets needed a good clean.

You get what you get! Haven’t had a crook meal yet from this MacDonalds. Staff were friendly and service was fast. This branch is a mission to pull in or out of depending on the time of day due to being a busy road, but good otherwise. As always, good amount of parking.

Cheese burgers are getting smaller by the day and the sundaes have a lot less chocolate sauce. The pattie in the burger looks proceesed and is only about 1 cm thick. Only give you 2 serviettes- very scrudgy about it.🤨 Place seems a bit greasy and dirty and noticed that the staff wernt wearing hair nets or gloves. 😱This is very unhygienic 😕☹️😒 Overall I usually come back for the sundaes and the chips. Can't fault them on the chips. I just think this place needs a complete redo where the shop can always stay clean...

Overall the service was good and food seemed fresh and well made. The restaurant area was tidy but needed a good wipe down when we were there.

Service is always slow here, not sure why though? In all the times I have been here service is always the downfall then the constant noise of beeping cars behind you, or the fact there is new staff who have no idea what they are doing at the drive thru window or maybe dealing with a school kid who has no idea what goes in a happy meal 🤔 I try and avoid this McDonald's, only because of the above. Sorry just being honest.

Not good at all we went in around 7am before heading down the line for some breakfast. We were the only customers there we had waited 17 minutes then approached the counter to ask if our orders were ready, they were but they hadnt called our number so obviously they were all cold and the pancakes were hanging out of the box and the breakfast burger was drenched in bbq sauce so we asked for another burger without sauce it took another 15 minutes for that. So overall bad experience

Staff today, made me the perfect Big Mac. Not too much sauce , I could taste all the fresh ingredients . Hot chips. Drink wasn’t chill, but was understaffed being public holiday. Its a cold day anyway.

Love going here especially with kids. The playground is full on their fave. The food is top notch compared to some other branches and the service is great. Also very clean.
