My favourite place to get a five dollar frozen coke and cold big mac. 😁 I love eating there. The trash on the tables is great to eat as an entree!!

One McChicken order took 30 minutes. Plus they said no when I asked for a delivery bag TO DELIVER. I would rate zero stars but can't. Male owner was smug and rude. In a McDonald's... SMH. Horrible place, don't go.

Ordered via drive through. Oddly they had run out of fizzy drinks which was disappointing. So I ended up ordering the peach ice tea. Always make sure the fluid level of the drink is at the top. When I received my drinks, it wasn't fully to the top. I believe the staff use the machine to pour the drink however you don't get the full amount which is not good. Food was good and I was happy they actually added extra mayo to my McChicken burger so I was happy about that. Service from the staff was excellent as the lady was patient and heard my order clearly through the machine. I would recommend going back to this McDonalds.

Came here on a Friday night with my kids and although they were very busy all the staff members were friendly and courteous. A special “Thank You” to Taylah and her team for great food and service.

yes this is right that you shouldn't expect a good meal or high quality service from a McDonald's store! But this one is even worse than other McDonald's that I have seen. I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for 20 minutes to get an awful and cold sandwich, The venue is dirty and messy. I was there for half an hour and no one bothered themselves to wipe the dirty tables. On the upside they have a salon and playground upstairs where you can entertain your little ones.

Honestly my son orders from here often . First delivery was wrong maybe drivers fault after an hour wait for food to be ready . Manager blamed him for grabbing the wrong order ( after an hour waiting ) no surprise . Second delivery food all wrong . Rang and manager said Uber drivers fault first time and second time a mistake . Omg Manager was not apologetic bad experience. Offered me vouchers meanwhile 3 burgers after 2 hours waiting going in the bin. Don’t understand this attitude ! Bad customer service Don’t order or go there they don’t care

I ordered 2xHotcakes via Uber Eats on 18 March 2023. They arrived without syrup and butter. I rang the store to advise them and they offered to send me 2 vouchers for hotcakes to say sorry for ruining my meal. Since then I have followed up with the store once, made several unanswered calls to the shop. Rang and complained to Head Office and followed their lack of action up. On Monday, I called at McDonalds to complain. There is no complaints register to refer to. The duty manager took my name and number to pass on to the Store Manager and I am still waiting to hear from him or her.

I usually enjoy coming to this branch however today my fuse tea tasted watered down with majority of the cup full of ice, and my NYC bagel was barely wrapped in the paper. When we got it from the bag it was half out of its wrapping. Looked like they didn’t even try to wrap it up at all?
