It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but after repeated offences by this establishment, I’m simply left with no choice. Most recently, I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru (after ordering) for a singular McChicken, and when it was finally ready the girl lent out the window and told me that I needed to pay for it. Plot twist = I had paid, and there was barely a customer in sight. This place is horrible! 1/10!! I waited atleast 50minutes just to get my order delivered at my house. I ordered the cheeseburger stack (5 cheeseburgers) and 4 of them had NO PATTIES but just cheese and bun, only one of them had a patty but NO CHEESE, at all. It tasted so bland I would never recommend. I payed the driver 2$ tip and the service is bad, There was no ice in my coke and tasted like watered down bland horribleness. I also specifically said extra ketchup but all the burgers had no sauce. I also didnt request pickles on my mcchicken, pls improve your service at 12am, Ive never spent 50$ on such a wasteful time. disgusting

There are not many customers at 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Staff keep cleaning tables. Salad looks fresh. Not all Mc likes this one. After the last review, I come here regularly on Sunday. The food and service are consistently in high standard comparing to other Mc's.

Unfortunately, our experience at this McDonald's was disappointing. Music was overly loud and raucous, quarter pounders weren't up to standard and the toilets had not had any attention in a while. The best part about our visit was the smiley staff member. We appreciated her!

I was high on LSD when I visited here and realized that all food is just slop that gets into every gap in your body and your teeth and your gums and when you swallow it goes into you! My mate smelt like vomit but that didn't ruin the experience of Mount Wellington MacDonalds™️. God bless

French fries absolutely tasteless.(The only thing I get from Mc Ds) . Did they forget the salt??? 2nd time they've done this. Never going back there. Shouldn't of listened to my instincts the first time they gave me tasteless, raw fries. ADVICE TO THE OWNERS: regularly go under cover and place an order and you'll see for yourself how bad your employees are -I blame you, whoever you are. Also, my cousin told me your employees served him raw meat on his burger one time.

This Mcdonalds is absolutely digusting. I found a fly in my mcflury which was on the top. I scooped out out so you could see. Disgusting!

The big McDonalds in the big Mt Wellington. Great little snack here while in between meetings, the place was so clean and food came out super quickly. Fresh golden chicken nuggets and fries, can’t go wrong with that. Loads of parking outside too. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales

Bathrooms were clean and food hit the spot. Recommend going just before they close since the atmosphere is much better around that time. Service was kind and offered your food with a smile.

I wish Mc Donald’s could make healthier version of food it sells. It’s good for quick bites but I personally feel food itself is not good for health for anyone be it kids or adults. Anyways, I go there for the ice cream which sometimes is less sugary and some days too sweet. A must try blueberry muffin though in the Mc cafe. It’s good for parents to rest for a while kids can play in the play area.

Park was clean and tidy the fillet o fish was dry and the chips were cold. Plus side the Sunday was delivered to my table and was delicious.

Angus Burger nothing like the website picture - one slice of tomato, smattering of onion, small piece of bacon (no cheese as requested). Very disappointed in my first Macca burger experience for years.

Why is the amount of Frozencock I bought for $3 so small? I don't understand. There was a big difference with other places, and the amount of ice cream was too small

Family restaurant right? place to meet up with friends? We had a group of girls who caught up to go roller skating, worked up a hunger so headed on down to the local Macdonald's. Each family ordered kai and the kids had a play on the playground while the parents drank coffee and chilled... probably collectively $400 spent... until... a fine came through the mail as we had ordered several coffees and gone past the hour allowed in the carpark . Hello $65 fine! Potentially another $400 from all our families. 800 bucks for takeaways? Yeah, nah. Don't bring the family, only good for a feed by going through the drive through just pray it is a short queue or you may get ripped off too. BOOOOO!
