    Don’t get me wrong I have been treated with respect and care from some of the staff members. But I have experienced a few times some conflict with certain receptionist staff members to then coming across a couple of doctors that did not have a care in the world to help me. Dr Jane Henry I do not recommend big time. My regular doctors no longer work at the clinic they work from home so I now have to see other doctors. Iv only had horrible experiences with this doctor. She does not provide any help. She rushes and she does not let you speak or be heard. My last visit was with her and I basically walked out with nothing and wasted $19. This practice has their good days but also have bad days. There is one nurse that has a rude attitude. I think they should find another job they enjoy doing cause every time I speak with this nurse they do not sound like they want to work. Due to the multiple issues iv had over the years from multiple staff members here, I will be leaving and will had in my complaint form. They need to remember that they became doctors, nurses to help people. At least try to do that. Also reception staff I see there is a new receptionist. She is lovely, I hope she stays that way. We all have our ups and down days. I know doctors have been busy due to covid etc. But please take a break and remind yourself what your job roll is. Good luck

I really wanted to complaint ever since but nurses and doctor are nice and good. However The front desk doesn't care at all. They never understand how the patient felt and on the phone doesn't care at all. I have been patiently enough for how many years but now i coudnt take it anymore i have been hang up 3x and when i was angry the reception doesnt care how i felt and my sickness. I think its better for them to get a course a better customer service and how to treated customer well not being RUDE putting down the phone. They told me, its not their problem that I am sick and there are lots of ppl who are sick too and they are dealing with it everyday. This is really BAD. I coudnt take it and i need a better GPS clinic and good values and customer service. there are a lot of times i have a BAD experience of booking and front desk!!! really BAD

    One of the blonde lady’s at reception was rolling her eyes and talking rudely to a family who didn’t speak english as a first language. Please learn that if you are working in health care you need to be patient and kind to others. Looking annoyed, rolling your eyes and talking rudely to people is not how you should be doing your job…. You are the face of the business. Please be kind.

    The receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. I need information for a strict deadline and not only will she not help, but she's unable to give me any information on when it may be done by. She used the classic "its out of my hands" when she could have easily found out from the person giving the information. Useless. Also when I was at the practice, one of the doctors gave me an expired PCR test. If they are doing this, I wonder what other corners they are cutting... Recommend to never use.

    Excellent health care. Doctor Paul is very kind and thoughtful. Reception is very responsive with appointments booked almost immediately. Thank you! Recommended!

    I have been going to this clinic for 15 years. They are professional and personable. They also really try to fit me in if I need to make a last minute booking. I appreciate that the whole team try the best to make things work for us and explain things clearly

    I would highly recommend Dr. Alisa at this hospital. She is extremely kind and provides explanations in a clear and understandable manner. Her level of care and the way she communicates with patients is outstanding.

    The best clinic ever.....receptionist especially Pauline and doctor Paul park doctor Alisa Hersche are the best.nurse likha is awesome 👌.
