    Ordered this burger tonight, it was not only cold but the patty itself was burnt, hard and dry. The chicken was drier then kfcs chicken breast pieces IYKYK. Never ordering from this place again. Whoever cooked this burger please don't work in the food industry, I don't know how you could cook that and serve it up.

    Terrible service for delivery, pay an extra $1.20 for dipping sauce that never arrives, have received Kings nugget box with nuggets missing and what looks like the burnt food from the bottom of the fryer. Uber eats bags are sealed so we cannot blame the driver. These meals are for my kids which makes it all the more disappointing. Do not recommend.

    Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though. I've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! 😅 it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners! Wait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. 😊 Loo needs an upgrade (or makeover!)

    I had placed an app order and when I did went to pick up the food the staff said the food is picked up all ready and I was like how can someone pick up when I have the proof of the order. But the manager hesitated a couple of times and when asked for a refund they then agreed to make me food again I lost 20 mins of my break for nothing

    Worse burger experience ever and such a rip-off on Large meal combo, even smaller than small portions in other burger places. Never going there ever again!

    decided to stop in at this place on the 09/12 around 4pm. Only two cars, us and one in front, for the first 5 minutes, the worker Amaan on drive-through seemed really unorganized. the staff looked confused, and we waited longer than 10 minutes. the $60 we spent was not worth the money. Meat patties were dry, the drinks were flat, and watery.
