Dr Vivek Patel is very knowledgeable and helpful, I enjoy having him as my GP. Bringing down the score significantly is one of his receptionists however. Neha has been rude and unhelpful on every interaction I have had with her. she has been abrasive and quick to lose her temper regardless of what she is being asked for. Very little effort to actually help me. Please take a moment to consider and be patient with people, rather than rushing them off the phone and telling them that whatever they’re dealing with is not your problem.

Receptionist Nehar is really not welcoming and very rude. Also if you book an appointment you will still have to wait to see doctor and can take upto past 1hr of your booked time.

A big shout out goes to Neha for helping me today to be seen by a doctor. I'm so grateful and appreciative. Unfortunately my family doctors I have been with since I was a child can no longer provide for me and now I am glad Neha and Dr Avani Karl could.

Awesome doctor highly recommend professional and knowledgeable and it’s nothing short of a miracle we came across him after my daughter spent months with a cyst on her eye it was beginning to take a toll on her mentally went to see her GP at the time who had an apathetic approach and we ended up frustrated and leaving to try find another solution we then came across dr Patel after some searches online after initial appt she was booked for small surgery a day later with him and she’s healing right now and in recovery after being well looked after from him and his fantastic Nurse. Thank you so much we are happy to be transferring over our family to a clinic that ticks all the boxes in providing the Very Best Service and care to their Patients.

Dr Vivek is a great doctor. Extremely glad to have him looking after me. I initially contacted him for a lump, he was able to attend and prioritise me and my needs then proceeding to have my lump removed straight away. Very thorough follow up and making sure that my healing was fine and ruling out post-operation infection risks. The clinic is great because they still operate at the hours which are stated online. You are able to make bookings to see Dr. Vivek in a timely manner, but in the past he has also allowed me to make walk-in appointments. Great communication skills from Dr. Vivek and all his staff - affordable as well. Very pleasant to deal with, extremely helpful and able to complete minor procedures as well without the need to see specialists. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Dr. Patel & Dynamic Family Doctors enough! Had a painful mouth problem and Dr. Patel was able to operate there and then - had a smooth minor op, surgery and follow up. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Have transferred my family there as a result!
