    The lady worked at fitting room at about 10am this morning (Sunday, 23rd of October) was so rude. Her behaviour was absolutely shocking. Neither greeting nor smiling, seems she is sick of this job or she has not got paid for working for Zara. I am a fan of Zara for years, every time shopping at Zara seen beautiful clothes and happy staff but not today. Today's shopping experience was terrible. The lady was so rude, said to us, Wait, Wait... Then, we waited till she asked us how many dresses we have in hand. Then, she said to mum, you cannot go with her, only I can go to the fitting room... She didn't use sorry... Could you... But all rude short words or sentences like talking to dogs... OMG, could Zara this branch manager please give her basis customer service training? I am really sorry for my today's shopping experience.

    Unfortunate Experience at Zara: Price Discrepancy and Customer Service Issue ========================== I recently visited Zara and had a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my thoughts. I came across a dress labeled at $55.9, but upon reaching the checkout counter, the staff including the assistant shop manager Radha refused to honor the price, stating it was a "human error" and that the correct price was $79.90. While I understand that mistakes happen, I was taken aback by the lack of accountability and customer service displayed by the staff. Instead of finding a solution or offering an alternative, they simply dismissed the issue and expected me to pay the higher price. The misleading pricing and staff’s lack of understanding of CGA not only left me feeling frustrated but also highlighted a concerning lack of transparency in their pricing system. As a long-time customer of Zara, I have always appreciated their fashion offerings, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I believe that customer loyalty is built on fair and respectful treatment, and unfortunately, that's not what I encountered during my recent visit. I hope that Zara takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and pricing accuracy. It's disheartening to see a brand fall short in terms of basic customer satisfaction. I truly hope my feedback helps drive positive change within the company.

    The store is one of the biggest clothing store in Sylvia Park. Plenty of varieties and clothing to choose from. Plenty of options for people of all age groups. You'll find some cloths which are not really expensive. Good quality as well. Most of them are expensive after all its zara

    Unbelievably busy on a Saturday morning. Plus 40ish minutes for the changing rooms - didn't bother. Plus 40 minutes queue to pay, until customer directed me to no queue in the children's dept. Okay, mass produced clothes. Big variety.

    The staff in fitting room is literally very RUDE! After a long wait to get in fitting room, one the staff member very impolite and told me if you don’t fit the cloth you can’t go inside, no eye contact, very strong attitude, which makes me very uncomfortable. I have never met those situation before. Not in any other Zara or H&M, very rude, need more training for sure, if can’t do the training she can’t handle the job because make customer so uncomfortable.

    Went to the checkout at Kids section, waited a good 20min, then been told that check out Only Open to kids items! Customer behind me was furious, as she has been "referred" by the check out at Males clothing because it was also closed! ! Very disappointed with the customer service. Such a busy store and only 3 checkout counters available? Even during peak time??

    The lady working in the fitting room yesterday afternoon really needs customer service training. She was totally unfriendly, said nothing to me except putting a barrier in front of me as changing rooms were busy. 3 people came out, she left the barrier closed and continued hanging up clothes. There were 3 rooms available and she took a few more minutes to let me in? She also says that I can't bring in shoes to try on which I find very strange? I was struggling to hold everything as it was so she could have taken the shoes off my hands 5 minutes earlier. I then get in and there are like 10 changing rooms available. Disappointing experience.

    Sarah is the most disgusting person I have ever seen deal with a customer. She is in the WRONG LINE OF WORK! She needs a job with no people contact. What a disgusting person on a power trip. Girl you’re a manager at a retail store. She would not let a girl put clothes aside to try on THEN THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY because she was taking ‘too long’ to choose which clothes shes making her try on so she can put the rest back so she cant try them on!! After what I witnessed today will not be coming back. What a vile person you are ‘Sarah’.

    Appalling customer service by one of the staff! Very rude, unprofessional, and mean. The worst CS I have ever encountered. Good thing the manager and his assistant were nice enough to acknowledge and apologise. I will never go back to this store. That staff needs retraining and needs to be in a disciplinary meeting! I came last Sunday, 22 Oct 2023 around 230pm to 3pm. The staff was at the dressing room.

    If clients cannot bring drinks into the store, that's no problem. Please spend some money to put a sign at the door. If you think the VM doesn't look good, ask a security guard to stand at the door and let me know, so I won't come in. Instead of asking your robot employees to give cold warnings from behind, as if we have made some huge mistake.

    Terrible customer service as per usual. The lady in the fitting room talked back at me just for waiting for a friend outside the fitting room. It was not even crowded. She could have approached me with a politer manner and I wouldn’t have said anything.

    They have lots very good quality jeans that is on sale only 19 dollars, I wish they can have those nice woolly cardigans on sale as well, saw several nice cardigans but are all over 80 dollars.

    Man! Weirdly - I went to Zara recently and man-oh man it is the cleanest store Ive ever seen! If I was to drop my fries on the floor…I would eat it! Like that’s how clean it was 😍 I’m gonna visit again - not even gonna shop, but I’m gonna hang about. Customer service, 5 stars!

    Extremely poor customer service. Only 01 staff member at the checkout and 30mins waiting time is not acceptable specially during this festive season. Surprisingly other staff members were not even called to clear the queue.

    No customer service at all. I have been going for years and I have yet to see one staff member smile or take any effort at all to help a customer. They are always short staffed so I won't even bother to go in the weekends. The wait is horrendous and just not worth it. Zara must be losing a lot of money as my friends all say the same thinig. If I have to buy I buy online now and maybe that is what they want. Maybe that is Zara's strategy to make people buy online as the experience in the store is the worst.

    Zara New Zealand employees are by far the most incompetent and slack people you will ever come across. I have not received my refund amount after returning my items to the store. They lie to their loyal customers saying we will investigate (within the one and only store in the whole of NZ) and give you an update within the nest 24-48 hrs and no communications from for several weeks. Awful, Awful, Awful customer service!!

    Great shop to bring your wife for some retail therapy. A bit boring hanging around the fitting room when your wife is trying on the 10 items allowed in the fitting room. A seat for us men would be a nice touch

    LOVE the men’s and women’s selection. Would love to see more maternity clothing. I saw nothing, from a company like Zara I expect them to have at least a couple items. And also let down by baby wear, literally one piece of item in the whole store that was baby sizing (under 12 months) but Women’s/men’s great

    Didnt pay much attention to customer service, but to be honest it was basic. I wont be going in store again. I will stick to buying online as it is truly a waste of time coming to a store that has such limited childrens wear. Great collection of clothing for adults yes. Maybe think about getting another store too. Its dofficult for people to travel. Terrible experience and typing this review is even more of a headache.

    Went in today to buy a pair of shoes. The sticker on the price said $99. Went to the register and they tried to charge me $140. They then wouldn’t sell them to me for the price marked down.

    I didn’t know actually there is no way I could officially communicate with Zara, what a shame! I actually had a terrible experience yesterday when I went there to pick up my click an collect order. I went in the shop and saw this staff at the counter so went straight to her to ask and also I was given the intruction to do that by email like this “ INSTRUCTIONS You can request it from any employee by showing your ZARA QR or the code included on your electronic receipt “ However, she seemed busy and looked like she wanted to finish what she was doing first. ok…I waited right in front of her, the longer I stood up waiting the more I was feeling like she was deliberately just ignoring me. Well.. I was constantly looking around if there any other staff in the meantime because we all know no one wants to talk to mean people. Anyway, she finally finished what she was doing so I thought she was going to serve me but she just went to the next counter and called other customer first. I was like “ excused me I’ve been waiting here first” then she went “ what are you waiting for!! ” can you believe it? how rude! she was even worse then I was expecting and that was with the most annoying face I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I didn’t expect this to come.. I talked to myself ‘ok calm down get the order first’ then I said to her “ I’m here to get my order!” and she just talked to her colleagues bulla bulla about it and I was just left there not knowing what’s going on. A few minutes later, someone else with a friendly face came out and gave it to me.Well… that was not enough to make up for what’s happened to me. I didn’t leave I waited for that rude staff to be available again for a moment. But no way! I couldn’t get her myself so I looked for a help through manager, then I got to talk to her finally. She was like still dishonest with me saying she didn’t know I was there bulla bulla she kept lying about it. She persisted in denying but I know she knows and god knows that is not true. She knew that I was there, I was right there maybe she was annoyed I was kind of pressuring her standing right there? hey I just came here to get my order and I followed the instruction, I don’t know what situation you were in and your business, there is no reason for you to be so rude and mean. I just needed to collect my order, please be kind don’t be mean to your customer. Having said that I was treated well by Krupa,the manager. In the whole situation, she was kind, professional and willing to listen emphasizing. Not only she was to me, but also to her worker,such a motherly manager. She would also advocate her worker without hurting my feelings too. That’s a great skill, her mean worker should learn from her. don’t be mean, be kind.

    Fabulous colourful clothes, a bit different from most of the mass market stuff out there, and great prices. A real shame that their weekend staff are really undertrained and they have nowhere near enough people on. I haven't visited mid-week but guess it might be better? By 9.15am on a Sunday there were queues of 10 - 15 minutes for the check-out, and if you expect to try anything on you can also expect long queues - looked like a wait of at least 30 -40 minutes around lunchtime on the Saturday I visited. If you are looking for a good selection of interesting clothes at reasonable prices, don't mind crowds and are feeling strong, this place has some great options, but I wish they'd train their people properly and invest in a few more staff on the weekends. Having multiple tills but only two open is super frustrating for customers, especially when the employees struggle with basics like refunds, which holds things up even more. Really put me off going back.
