don’t
think
it’s
a
coincidence
that
the
last
two
times
I
have
been
in
and
disgusted
with
the
lack
of
care
and
service
from
the
team
that
it
had
been
Julie
as
the
manager
both
times
.
When
Caroline
is
the
manger
the
staff
aren’t
clustered
around
talking
gossip
in
groups
they
are
out
in
the
store
being
super
helpful
.
Asked
four
team
members
today
for
help
finding
a
product
and
they
were
so
quick
to
pass
me
off
to
a
counter
(
all
were
full
,
and
the
members
I
asked
for
help
weren’t
doing
anything
but
talking
to
other
members
in
little
groups
)
Experience
in
the
store
when
Julie
is
the
manager
the
staff
certainly
act
like
they
don’t
need
to
help
customers
,
is
it
a
free
for
all
?
Certainly
seems
like
it
.
I
would
definitely
recommend
a
review
of
this
store
because
I
walked
out
without
the
over
$1800
worth
of
products(
dress
form
,
overlocker
,
cricut
machine
and
fabric
supplies
)
I
was
there
to
buy
and
went
to
manukau
where
the
team
are
always
fabulous
.
The
team
at
Sylvia
park
needs
to
be
reminded
that
first
and
foremost
they
are
there
to
guide
,
support
and
help
customers
.
Stocking
shelves
,
talking
about
your
weeknd
should
be
second
.if
you
have
a
disability
then
definitely
don’t
use
Sylvia
park
,
they
don’t
care
and
will
pay
you
no
attention
even
when
you
are
visibly
upset
