This is a beautiful green serene park filled with lush green grass and many trees and noisy peacocks.If you are in the area its a great place if you want to relax especially if you have kids as there is an extensive fenced playground with lots of playthings.Also a cafe area and a large pen with over a dozen peacocks and peahens.They fly in and out of the enclosure and constantly call out to each other.If you lucky like me a peacock will do its dance and show off its display of feathers.Also a great icecream shop next to a petrol station on one of the corners of the park.

Park is big with the peacocks walking freely in the back parts of it. For sure a recommendation for a relaxing walk

Visited it on December when it was cold enough for a small walk. A very cozy and friendly park to have a walk and marvel at the Christmas lighting and decoration.

Their cafes need to be upgraded since they cater for a wide range of people and it is a touristy spot. A nice view of the city park.

The park was decorated for Christmas! There were also peacocks during the day freely roaming around.

There are free roaming peacocks here! Go check them out and bring some dry cat food to share with them. They won't be shy once you give them a treat. There's also a place to rent bikes (1€ per day!) and a cafeteria.

Could be a lot better. First of all the number of peacocks are stupidly low compared to other years. The playground was underwellming at best have small and plastic toys. The there are rumours that they kill dogs and other stray animals which is disgusting at best. Compared to previous years the overall experience is poor...

Beautiful park in the heart of the Karditsa.There is also a small zoo inside it and a big playground.

A little forest in the middle of the city!! Free roaming peacocks, birds and thriving nature, well maintained and taken care of place! A huge, fantastic, spacious playground for all ages with dozens of activities. A great park that hosts various events and exhibitions throughout the year. A renovated cafe with lots of space inside and outside. A must visit
