We asked to sit at the front, but as there was just 2 of us she asked us to sit at the back.. We decided to go elsewhere. When we passed by after eating no one was using those empty tables.

The owner is a lovely lady, but some of the waitresses, I found one to be quite rude. My food was cold, the chicken was overcooked. Cheap and cheerful, but not to be repeated.The music on TVs really not what the customers I could see would enjoy

Very affordable restaurant with a good range on the menu, however, are often short of items on it. Great cocktails and range of drinks. The benches are a bit uncomfortable if you are under 6 feet tall as your feet don't reach the floor. Good covid security.

Wow just had amazing traditional roast beef Sunday roast at pronto in st Lawrence gap Yorkshire puddings done to perfection oozed with gravy everything was perfect food service and prices the manager came out to check all ok also Well done pronto we will be back

Pronto by name, but not by nature. That said, Food when it arrived was plentiful and tasty. Good value cocktails. This is a perfect location to eat well without the expense of many other local places.

I was surprisingly happy with the food and service at Pronto. After reading many reviews (some of them not too positive), we decided to give it a try, and happy we did. The waiters came to see us with a smile, had a good chat with us and recommended a few options. We ordered a large pizza, chicken wings and sweet potato fries. We received our order quite rapidly, all cooked to perfection, and very tasty.

One visit and I'm afraid it wasn't good. The service was slow, we were ignored for about 15 minutes after being seated. My food was fine (Alfredo pasta). However, my husband ordered a burger which was good but served with the worst fries I have ever seen. We won't return.

Last time I went here was just before Covid I stayed on the Gap, and had a number of meals here . The food is just amazing. Very competitively priced .The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Looking at taking a trip over to the Gap during my week here on the West Coast just for the food and the great atmosphere. .

They didn't put any alcohol in my Pina colada, although I ordered it alcohol. Their beer is bad too - either Heineken or local, good luck with that. Food was nice, but pricey.

Renamed KandyBar. Went here a couple weeks ago with my family, we had just settled into the hotel lower down the street and wanted a late lunch...this was around 230pm. Place wasn't crowded, and most looked as if they were served already. Made our orders and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, the drinks came after about 20mins. Food was nowhere to be seen. A group lower down began to ask loudly for their orders, and that it's almost an hour they were there. About this time, my daughter was getting restless...and hungrier. Still no food...this is about 35-40 minutes later and at that point I went to tell them to forget the food, give me the bill for the drinks. Of course, their response was that they were about to plate it. I told them put it in takeaway boxes because we were ready to leave. I got a half-hearted apology about there being only one cook available. I told them that they should have said that at the beginning when we made our orders. Fries were horribly burnt! Worst ever. Wings were sub-par. The shrimp alfredo was the only saviour; it was really quite well done. Definitely soured the start of our vacation, thank goodness for the amazing beaches that made us forget it all ever happened. Over the next couple weeks, we never returned and it's hardly likely we ever will in the future to this "restaurant".

Had decent food and would recommend. However, the menus are tattered. They’d no flying fish. Not enough staff as there were only 3 people working: chef and two others. Had to pay for 2 beers separately as was on official business. The young lady at the till firstly refused to take payment of two beers by card. Asking for cash, I explained she’d told me they take card payment as that was the first question I asked. Unwillingly she took the payment by card.

Coffee was terrible. Very watery. Food was slow. Had the "English Style" fish and chips. Chips were soft, definitely not fresh, fish was blah, fish wrap a 6 out of 10. Wanted to love this place but would not return.

Lovely food and lovely staff. We ate at this restaurant many times during our stay in Barbados. My personal favourite is their pizza which is absolutely delicious and fresh. They also do a lovely beef burger. The staff here are all very polite and welcoming.very covid safe too. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I went with my mom, brother, his wife and kids a few times. Waitress is friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Pina coladas and burgers were a hit. We also ordered pizza for take out the first night we arrived and it was delicious.

Food was horrible . The French fries looked liked they were sitting in oil for hours and the chickens wings were very small and not as fried . Given paper menus then told they did not do many of the items on there. Went on 'new' qr menu but couldn't see the difference. We saw other people leave when told this. We ordered food. It was not pronto, it took about an hour. It was ok. Wouldn't rush back.

I’ll preface this by saying I rarely give places bad reviews and also I have travelled enough to understand that I must expect different experiences with different cultures. We went to breakfast this morning and started with three coffees. Ten minutes later they arrived and I asked for actual sugar because they only gave us Splenda. She said no problem and then proceeded to take orders from other tables while I waited for my sugar. Finally I had to approach the bar and ask for sugar. Fine, no problem. I ordered the English breakfast and specifically asked for my eggs to be very easy and runny because last time we were there the eggs came hard. My food finally arrived and the eggs were hard. Again, fine, I can deal with it. The tipping point was when I went to butter my toast, there was a black curly hair in the butter. I took it back to the server at the bar, showed him the hair, he took the butter without apology, went into the kitchen and came back out and said he’ll bring the replacement butter. Well he never did and even when he came with the bill, he didn’t speak a word of it. With all this being said, the breakfast was good. I feel bad writing this review but this needed to be said and perhaps the owner will take this heart.

Superb little eatery, fantastic lovely staff, fun atmosphere, and honestly the best wraps and jerk chicken pizza I've ever eaten! Beware the jerk chicken pizza though, it's got a kick! Going back tonight for more wraps.

Gentleman who took our order for takeout seemed very unimpressed at having to deal with us. Restaurant was not busy and it took around 40 minutes for 3 pizzas. Sometimes things are on “island time” so it is what it is. We weren’t in a huge rush. Let’s talk about the pizza. We were ordering for 5 adults and 3 kids. We ordered the “that’s amore”, “jackpot” and the “meat feast”. Just straight up the pizza is very lacklustre. If you’re coming from a country that has a “pizza culture” this will really not be what you are used to. The dough was flat and somewhat hard and not especially flavourful. The ingredients looked like they had spent the day on the beach. Pizza overall was quite salty and lacking any kind of fresh flavour. I can handle lacklustre pizza though. They say the only bad pizza is no pizza and I believe that. There are some things I can’t handle though…. This pizza was like an atomic bomb detonated on my gut flora. I’d say I was up 5 times throughout that night alternating between horrible stomache pain and trips to the washroom. The next day I didn’t feel much better. In fact I would say it took me 3 or 4 days before I felt fully recovered. I gave it two stars instead of one because I only had the pizza and it’s always possible we caught them on a bad day or something and there seem to be plenty of people who have favourable reviews. I cant speak to the rest of the menu but I can not recommend the pizza… Proceed with caution!

Had a few breakfasts here in our 2 weeks on the island. Food was freshly cooked and on the last visit we waited nearly 1 hour to be fed which we thought was excessive. That said the food was great but service stopped us from returning on last day. May have been an off day, who knows. Give them a try!

A decent place offering good food. Nothing amazing but reasonable prices and decent pizza. 3.5 stars would of been fair. Worth a visit if near by. Rum punch was hard work the next day.

This place was visited by my friends and I not once but twice. It had great food and was proved by the line ups to get in. From a delicious roast beef dinner with oven browned potatoes complete with Yorkshire roll. To my friends personal pizza choices. Not a large restaurant so get there early to get a seat. Very close to Dover beach.

Enjoyed several meals here. Will visit on next trip. And the ice cream is the business.

Awesome garlic mash

First visited about 2 weeks ago - the customer experience, value for money and the exceptional culinary experience all made a great impression for a second return. We used the online order system last night - seamless and quite user friendly. Our order was due for pick up in 30 mins - received a call 20 minutes later whilst enroute advising that our ready was ready for collection. The Chilly Steak sandwich with mushrooms is a definite favourite - not to mention the Pina Coladas 😉 See you guys again soon ......
