As always the customer service is good but the on going air conditioning problem needs to be sorted out now. With the heat, it makes dining in some what uncomfortable. Still a good fast good joint.

Bathroom facilities are out of use indefinitely... The air conditioning is broken, there is a portable fan which is insufficient for the floor space and the average number of customers in the restaurant daily... Customer service is average... Two stars is being very generous..

It's a lovely place with great food at an adorable price. The customer service is always exceptional. Loved how they took the covid-19 threat serious by removing the availability of the dining area. I aprove.

The customer service is outrageously awful. I made a purchase and the cashier refused to give me what I wanted. Then proceed to behave as such I am in the wrong for wanting what I want. If you don't like what you do for a living don't take it out on others.

1. The out let in May Pen It's not welcoming to dine in any more, they need a new air conditioning system, normally you could dine and watch news, sports or even the weather, the television is now a fixture on the wall. 2. The meals don't taste like they normally do, sometimes it's as if I'm eating a cardboard, it's not juicy anymore, the meats are now dry and burnt and the vegetables are not fresh. Even the children are complaining. It's always clean I most say and they try to put through the orders as fast as possible

I don't know if it's because the representatives have been their for too long but they talk to you anyway no customer service. Apart from that great burgers!

Personally, I love that chicken and chicken sandwich from Popeyes.

The food is very salty. Parking is available but limited but can find more parking in surrounding areas. Yes drive-The spicy chicken sandwich is very good not alot of pepper so dont worry about your mouth burning. The coleslaw is good but seems like they put pickles in it or something it's not for everyone. Service is a bit slow and a small dining area is available. The upstairs section is not yet available for dining.

The meal that I purchased was good but I had a few issues. So basically the buns weren’t moist and soft, the meal didn’t have a full body and I didn’t receive as much tomato, cheese and mayonnaise. I’m hoping for better next time.

They are slow even seeing a bunch of people waiting there is no sort of even trying to be a little faster

The drive through has gotten far worse than two months ago, five cars in the line and am waiting over 30 minutes with two vehicles infront.. management is none existent here.

I use to love burgers but not so much anymore. But my daughter love there breakfast. Pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon and orange juice.

Wasn't a bad experience, but had 2 endure a fairly long wait despite wanting "fast food"

The food is good but the service is very slow.

Can be nice when the A/C is working. The burgers are hit and miss with the way they are seasoned at times, and I have never had the good fortune of encountering a clean bathroom at this May Pen branch. Honestly I only keep visiting because of the fries and Hershey Pies...

Chicken tenders were great not to mention the fries the flavour is a force to be reckoned with the drinks was also refreshing

Popeyes May Pen is fast food... I normally use the drive through and it move fast. The staff friendly and efficient. Jamaicans love nuff food 😋 and the chicken size big not the dots served at KFC. I love the service you place your order drive around and pay collect and go. No heap a long wait and stress. Real fast food.

Never have to wait long for cashier and it is kept clean and secure. Staff relatively professional and vendors and begging kept out . needs more seats. Entertainment provided through TV. Nice atmosphere

Ok I love me some spicy Popeyes chicken and the biscuits are by far my favorite. But Popeyes Millinium Mall, Mineral Heights is the pits! They kill the biscuits all together they miss the recipe...nasty! They then proceed to refry and serve the spicy chicken from the previous day. Oh my goodness ...sometimes we have to take a loss in business to preserve the quality of the product and give customer satisfaction. Honestly, this store is not doing this American franchise justice. I was most disappointed 😥. Now the lady that served me was very pleasant.
