I would have given this place probably a 4 or 5 stars. However, I value sanitation especially if your establishment is all about food services. Indeed, Coffee Project has been a go to place for those who loves drinking coffee to chill and for those people who loves taking photos (e.g. selfie, groupie, etc.). But there's one thing that's really consistent of their place: poor service and dining experience. You might be wondering why I said that. Well, I've been to few of their locations and how they serve the food and accomodate their clients are the same. They served the food so slow and imagine that they've got tons of tables that's uncleaned. Take note, they're not fine dining, hence it's expected that it will be a lot quicker to serve. Then, from the moment we reached the entrance until we entered there are tons of leftover cups, saucers etc still seating on the tables. Hence, it was too tough finding a seat. I just want to highlight that it's pandemic, therefore there isn't much of people going out. I even observed how long it will take them to clean it up as there are flies already. But my gosh, it's almost an hour. And there isn't any customers going in, so we expect that they'll start cleaning up. Too bad I don't have the evidence because I got fed up with their service. They tend to chitchat more than keeping up with their customer experience. Guess, once is enough for this place. Well, I just hope you'll improve next time as this is something that we, customers are more concerned especially during this pandemic.

830am 12/19/2020 Poor customer service, barista is surly. We were unsure if the shop was open because Welcome sign indicated closed from outside. No one even went to the door to welcome us inside. Once inside, there was no friendliness from the male barista. So disappointing.

Good decorations, good drinks, sweets are good even though i don't like sweets. Service could use a little bit of work. Overall 9/10 coffee shop.

Highlight of this place is its ambience. Very relaxing and classy. Offers a variety of food, from all-day breakfast, pasta & pizza, and cakes & sandwiches. Food is pricey but tastes good. Haven’t tried their coffee and other drinks yet. Highly recommendable, but not budget-friendly 😄

Place is nice, rustic, and in great location. Ordered continental breakfast and french toast, nothing special. Beef tapa's meat was hard to chew. Salted caramel chocolate cake was excellent. Staff needs more training, cannot differentiate omelette from a scrambled egg. When serving food items, food was left on the tray, not handed to guest and was eager to leave. Called staff to request to clear table, I was thinking he was to get a tray, but never came back. All these on a not-so-busy hour. This establishment needs to work on their customer service, the staff makes the experience.

Had the chicken parm. Chicken was dry but the sauce was ok. I didn't get any of their drinks. Last time I had one of their frap, it wasn't any good. I just don't like the tacky hanging flowers. So distracting. Adding to post: We ordered their cheesecake and their milk choco raspberry cake...omg, they were awful and dry. I returned them but didn't ask for a refund. They replaced with red velvet and another chocolate cake. The red velvet was ok but not great. The chocolate was again, hard and dry. Who bakes their cakes?!? 😭

A very decent place to go to for a quick coffee, snacks or a meal. The ambience of the cafe is very chill and low key. They serve decent drinks and food and the service is also quite good. No complaints.

great coffee shop in the heart of Antipolo, the interior, service and foods are way beyond my expectation, you will definitely get what you paid for, we had our dinner after visiting all homes which is just walk away.

Today we had Tirmisu and blueberry cheesecake both very good. Would recommend! Vietnamese latte was good. Atmosphere and service excellent as usual.

Good cozy place.. lots of food and drinks to choose from... nice staff.. but sometimes consistency of food they serve changes and sometimes pastry and breads are old.
