Kind of a strange experience there. Got a nice arrangement for a trip to a cemetery/ gravestone. But felt a little overpriced, in my opinion. The fact that the shop is next to a cemetery might have clouded my perception; but whole process seemed in slow motion. Took a long time for a small arrangement. It is very hard to describe the feeling. If I had to, I would order there again; but only if I had too. But try it for yourself, you may get a less 'something's off' feeling than I experienced. I lived in Mayfield Heights for most of my life and recently moved to Texas. On many occasions I’ve needed to send Flowers and Miklus has always been my go to florist. Many times I’ve never seen the flowers that were sent, but I’ve consistently heard the best compliments about them. Miklus is always a pleasure to do business with and deserves my highest praise!

This place is a scam that takes advantage of their proximity to the hospital. There are no price tags on anything. By the time you choose and check out you learn that orchids that cost $10 anywhere else cost $70 here. The lady running the place asks whether you want a receipt and only if you say yes (or later when you check your CC statement) you learn that you just paid 7X what any reasonable establishment would charge. This is obviously done by design. Like I said a scam to take advantage of your emotions if you’re buying for the sick. Skip this place and go to Mark’s across the street from the hospital.

We used Miklus for our bridal shower & wedding flowers and could not of been happier with their service. The flowers were gorgeous and everyone complimented us on how they looked. Multiple people asked to take the centerpieces from the wedding home. Miklus was not only affordable, but they were also so accommodating. Jim was a pleasure to work with and was able to capture my vision for my wedding flowers while still staying within my budget. The quality and service of Miklus florist is top notch, I would definitely recommend them!

They quickly created this beautiful flower bouquet with minimal guidance from me. I don’t know anything about flowers— I simply gave them my price range and my grandma’s favorite color (purple). The arrangement is BEAUTIFUL! Both my grandma and I are so happy with how they turned out.

This is the best place in town to buy flowers and to have decorate your party. I discovered them when a friend sent us a Miklus bouquet to our house for a dinner party. It was so full and beautiful with a very unique arrangement. So I tried them and I received great complements. We use Miklus all the time now and have recommended them often. Their deliveries are always on-time and their prices are very reasonable. I even visited the little shop and greenhouse on SOM Ceneter Road when I passed it on the way to Hillcrest Hospital one Saturday. The employees were friendly and they gave me a tour of the greenhouse. Miklus you do a fabulous job and I love dealing with a family business.
