Dom is one of the most knowledgeable managers in the business and his customer engagement is a delight My daughter and I had some complicated account needs following my husbands death and we both tried other ATT AGENTS to straighten things out. Dom went straight to the right departments and completed our changes straight away. This is the kind of worker everyone is trying to hire. If I were ATT I d start moving him up the ladder and do everything you can to keep him.

Totally disappointed! I went 3 times in the same day for the same problem. At no time did they tell me to use my warranty because my phone was broken. It took me going to the Solon branch the next day, for them to point me in the right direction. FYI telling someone "I don't know what to tell you" is not an acceptable answer. Especially when I was in your office 3 times in the same day. And you charged me $5 for something that was never going to fix the problem. That will be your last. Never coming back!!

I would like to take the time to thank Sam who was a HUGE help at this store, after the first store I went to gave me the run around extraordinaire!! Sam you are AWESOME, and it was such a pleasure to have someone that didn't mind doing their job. He was very warm spirited, knowledgeable, and and didn't have you waiting long at all. This will be the location for me, everyone there was very warm, kind, and willing to help no matter what their title was, unlike the first store.
