Awful place, costumes are way over priced and look very cheap. I was going to buy a costume and half of it was missing, but I was still willing to buy it and they were only gonna give me 10% off. Then I had an additional 20% coupon and they wouldn’t let me use both. Like it was my fault half the costume was missing. Very rude as well. Never buying anything from here again. I can make costumes for half the price and it would look WAY better!

store was great, but customer service was horrible. Nobody greeted us or asked to help us find anything. When I needed help I couldn't find anyone. Walked to the register and found two cashiers just standing there talking. She began to ring me out and didn't even say anything to me and continued talking about how much she hated it there and how she didn't want to be there. I guess some hangers were catching her leg so she picked them up and chucked them at the wall like she was so annoyed. I've never had a bad experience at one of these stores, but this one has horrible employee's. If they hate working there so much then they shouldn't have applied to begin with. Please get better employee's that know how to smile and have people leave in a better mood.

Found my son costume reasonably priced and fast service.

We are Halloween freaks in this house, so a visit to Spirit is a necessity every year! This year the store was nice, very similar to previous layouts. The only thing I noticed missing were the immersive interactive displays. Staff were helpful, but stock in store was very touch and go. We passed up certain costumes because our size was not available. They will order online for you, but for us, that takes away the fun of picking out a costume. All in all we still enjoyed our visit, staff was pleasant and checkout was quick and easy. 🎃👻

My family and I always make a point to stop by. Love looking at all the new stuff Spirit has to offer each year. Also, we purchased 2 of my son's costumes from Spirit and both were awesome!

The store was great. The employees were friendly and helpful. The costumes were slightly disappointing, one size fits all apparently only if you have a certain body type. I felt like a lot of the more simplistic costumes were overpriced, but they were still cute. The mirrors in the dressing rooms were warped like they were funhouse mirrors, so it was difficult to tell how you actually looked in costumes. I tried on a few, but none fit properly and were hard to get on and off. Great store for the average person looking for a quick Halloween costume, but if you want something that fits well I wouldn't suggest it.

They do not accept returns! Costume is unopened and still sealed, but Spirit refuses to accept the return. Never going here again.

The employees were kinda rude amd didnt want to help anyone . But I mean it's a halloween store amd super o overpriced same stuff at walmart half the price . Bit when it comes to kids it's worth it . I spent 300 on 2 outfits a bat amd crowbar.

I went into this store to purchase halloween decor but because I had no mask on they approached me and told me I needed a mask to shop with them. When I asked for a disposable mask, which they should have available for patrons without one, for my children she told me I would have to purchase one. I should not have to purchase one if they require it. By state mandate I don't have to wear one due to health conditions but they told me to shop online. They were rude and refused to give me corporates phone number.

Honestly this is the best place to get a halloween costume. Everyone was really pleasant and helped me find a costume, makeup, and all the accessories that I needed to make my costume really stand out. Everything was reasonably priced and they have coupons online that you can use in store! Plus they have a really great cause, they donate money to children in hospitals so that they have an amazing Halloween. This place is great!!!!!
