Quick breakfast with the family. The atmosphere was busy, but they were able to seat us immediately. Our service was great. Our food arrived pretty fast and everyone was pleased. One suggestion if you're ordering the pancakes 🥞 they're huge. One pancake is more than enough.

Scramblers is always a favorite. The service is amazingly top-notch, the prices are reasonable, and the food is great. Yesterday my breakfast partner had some potatoes that were soggy and not fresh. When he brought it to the waitresses attention, she was apologetic and immediately brought it to the cook's attention. He had new, fresh and tasty potatoes out in no time! Bravo Scramblers!

Service was quick and friendly! I got the egg white,spinach and turkey sausage oh yeah tomatoes too! It was so delicious

In a big city like Cleveland it is really hard to stand out. Scramblers, to my surprise, stood out. It is at this scramblers that I received the worst service I have ever received in Cleveland Ohio. We were greeted at the front by a very nice server who I quite frankly wish was our server. We were sat with another server who, to put it simply, should not be a server. At first we chalked up her lack of eye contact, dismissiveness, and quietness as being a bit awkward. Not a problem, doesn’t mean you can’t serve. However being brought a dirty coffee cup then acting like replacing it was an inconvenience when she gave it to us in the first place, bringing out the wrong food and having to be reminded, completely forgetting an item all together and not checking back on us until the meal was nearly complete changed our perspective. It is not awkwardness, it is a complete lack of caring. I was brought bacon and over easy eggs when I ordered sausage and scrambled eggs. I assumed it was an error in the kitchen, but after the five minutes it took her to come back to the table I told her I received the wrong items. She grabbed it, without apologizing which she didn’t do for bringing us a filthy coffee cup either, brought it back to the kitchen and immediately brought out the correct sides. Meaning even though she only had 3 tables, two of which were already eating, she could not bother to actually check if the food she was bringing to her guests were correct. When she came back with the right sides she immediately left the table and headed back into the kitchen. I assumed she was going to grab my hash browns. She instead did not return until we were done with our meals. I asked for my hash browns. She gave a slight nod and walked back into the kitchen. I received my hash browns five minutes after that when food was already done so I asked her for a box. No apology, no sense of urgency, and quite frankly a server who did not care at all. The food was solid, but I’d rather go to Denny’s next time because I can get the same items with much better service.

I was craving breakfast food while at a friend's place, and Scramblers thoroughly scratched that itch! It's got a nice hometown vibe and delicious food to send me back to the town that I grew up. Unfortunately, service was a bit slow.

Our waitress a couple saturdays ago when they first opened was great! Fun, friendly and fast. Will comer here again for sure.

My sister was served old Avocados on her avocado toast. My food was underwhelming. The sausage was inedible with a rubbery texture. You’re better off getting McDonald’s breakfast or anywhere else. Wish I something good to say about this place :/

Five months ago we ordered breakfast. It was delivered to the table in less than 5 minutes. Food was cold and sent it back. Delivered to the table again barely warm. We didn't bother complain again. Wasn't worth what we paid. I'm sure the food had been sitting around for awhile. It certainly wasn't fresh. Fast forward to Dec 27. Decided to go back and try again. I figured possibly the previous visit was a bad day for the restaurant. We walk in and there is a couple ahead of us. We waited at least 10 min and no one offered to seat anyone standing in line. Not even an acknowledgement customers were waiting. I asked the couple ahead of us how long had they been waiting and they said at least 5 min. We left and went somewhere else. Other people walked out as well. No way to run a business. It's obvious it's a management issue. We will never go back!!

I hadn't been here in a while but remembered hiw good it was then. Well, it was still great this time. The portions were huge! I had the breakfast three meat pizza and my husband had pancakes. We could not finish our meals. The staff was nice, the manager checked on guests to make sure everyone was taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant for travelers or families going out to eat. You'll be full to power through the day.

Food was very good, service was pretty good but we had to ask for our check 3 times.

Hubby and I went here to grab brunch while running errands. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is on point. If you haven't tried Marie Scramblers, be sure to do so and sign up for their breakfast club!

One of my worse experiences here! Food incorrectly made. Asked for sub regular eggs still got egg whites. Asked for onions in potatoes, just sprinkled on top. Asked for bananas on kids French toast, none. Kids fruit missing orange and cantaloupe. Not happy and now won't be eating. Thanks for nothing! And not to mention the number to them doesn't even work!

Great food, great service, large portions, reasonable price. One of the widest varieties for breakfast around. Wouldn't change a thing.

I had a great time here with my parents! All of our food was good quality and tasted great. My food was delayed by a little bit of time, but they had great service and gave a discount. I would go again.

My son was getting a minor surgery at Hillcrest (right around the corner) so my other son and I had breakfast here. It was good food in a nice clean restaurant.

Food was undercooked and felt very rushed. My eggs were so undercooked they were almost wet still (scrambled) bacom was cold and gooey. First and last time here. Extremely overpriced. Almost 20$ for a standard breakfast plate. And absolutely not worth it.

My sisters and I stopped by for a late breakfast. All was good except for the worst blueberry muffin on the planet. Not sure they wanted to get rid of some gluten free ones or just an old one. Either way I paid an upcharge for it over toast. Little things make a difference.

Stopped in for breakfast on Labor Day. Very extensive breakfast menu with some unusual entrees. Enjoyed my waffle and thick sliced bacon. The wife had Crab Cake Benedict and enjoyed them.

My first time going and I was impressed fast service the food was phenomenal the waitresses was phenomenal the service excellent our food was out fast to us and I enjoyed every bit this is my new favorite breakfast spot for sure

Placed breakfast take-out for my lady and me this morning; drive from Chesterland to scramblers and back, just to get home and realize that not all of the food is in the bag. This leaves me with two options; 1) deal with it and not get everything that was paid for, or make another 10-mile Round-trip back to the restaurant to get what was paid for. Either way, this always ends as a “lose-lose” for the customer. Customer loses time, money and gets to reheat food upon return returning home. Scramblers, moves on like nothing happened. Customer service and care is sincerely a thing of the past.

Had a needless credit card issue. My friend thought the food was good. Since I paid the bill, I though $20 for an omlett, toast, and orange juice was too high.

My wife and I arrived at 7:55 am and were greeted by a not so friendly hostess and were seated. I asked for 2 waters with lemon which she got for us. She said the waitress would be over shortly. After waiting about 10 minutes I got up to walk out. As I was leaving a waitress says to me she was on her way over. I told her it took too long. There were at least 6 employees on site. My wife and I saw 3 tables with customers and observed this particular waitress clean 2 tables before attempting to approach us. We have been to this location numerous times and never had such an experience. We won't be going back ever. We were out 8:10 am.

Food was okay. We had a coffee cup with leftover lipstick on it, the table was sticky, the menus were dirty and we asked a question about a daily changing item and were informed incorrectly. It’s an uncomfortable atmosphere it wasn’t welcoming. Maybe this was all because we went on a Sunday and they were a little busier than during the week. Unfortunately this all gave us the ick so it’ll be a while before we try a different location again.

I love this place!! The staff is always so welcoming. The food is always amazing. My kids love it here! Scramblers give me a free meal every year for my birthday. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

Great portion sizes. I had the pancakes and they were as big as my head, my husband had the waffles that were also really big. The prices are really reasonable as well. The place was really clean. I would for sure go again. Only downside is that my pancakes did not come with sides, but his waffles did. The sides weren't expensive though.

The food and atmosphere are always pleasant. The staff was very energetic and accommodating.

Great food for a great price. Our waitress, Cathy, knocked it out of the park. She was super friendly and conversational (in a good way!) On point with knowing what we needed before we needed it. Perfection!

One of the better breakfast experiences in Ohio so far. Everything was cooked to our liking. Friend ordered pancakes and loved them. Said they were light and tasty. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfect, not soft or runny but not tough and brown. Will definitely return.

Service and Food was great and the price was fair for breakfast in the area!
