    I came back to purposefully change my review. The service and quality has seriously taken a dive in the last few months. The machines are always broken (ice cream, coffee etc) and they don't put signs out. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru queue to be told they couldn't make coffee and then we had to wait a very long time for the people in front to have their orders prepared so we could exit. If you go inside it is filthy. Bins overflowing and tables are left uncleaned.

    This one employee I think was named Tyson J Lee or something like that (14-15yrs) popped his pimple in my Big Mac and said it was the special Big Mac sauce. It tasted more moist than sauce. I like the thought though. Would recommend.

    I would give a rating of 0 if I could, I was promised vouchers that I never received which were apparently posted multiple times and the last batch I apparently picked up from the store, even though I haven't been there for months! I normally use the app so they can see that I've been going to Northbridge or Morley. They will give you cold food, the wrong drink (of lesser value than you paid), foreign objects in your drink, fries half full, soft drink not full, missing ingredients and items missing that you have paid for. The burgers are atrocious, never hot. Quarter Pounders that are dripping with oil cause they haven't cleaned the grease trap. I generally have a McChicken and surprised I've never got food poisioning, nearly always not enough lettuce or sauce or if I get a Filet-O-Fish, missing cheese and again, not enough sauce! Once there was a large group of high school thugs in the restaurant and a couple of them were vaping, the manager kept asking them to leave and they were just ignoring him and said they were using a Ventolin inhaler. The other customers, about five men were just sitting there like idiots watching the show. My male friend and I piped up and told them to get out as we saw them vaping, which they eventually did. Who expects a side order of unruly teenagers with their meal? Now the store refuses to deal with me and they are refusing to give me the compensation that they promised. The customer service is abysmal just like the food! Oh and NOT 24 hours! Apparently it's too complex to amend here! UPDATE!! 12 July 2023: Still wondering where my lunch went?? Friend ordered food and drinks from McDonald's Maylands, DoorDasher only turned up with the drinks, no food! DoorDash has organised a refund, hopefully it doesn't take 18 days to refund like my last McDelivery order! McDonalds Maylands landline has been busy since 1.33 pm and I have called 14 times! Did the DoorDasher take my food or Maccas never gave him the food!?!?!

    I would have enjoyed my meal if one of the employees hadn't written "SLAY" on my napkins, meaning they put their greasy hands all over them before using a biro to write out their odd message. I threw them in the bin and used my own clean napkins to wipe my face after the meal instead. Not funny, not professional.

    Big thanks to the two male staff for your cordial and helpful service 🍔🍟 dhanyavad bhai 🙏🏻 bohot accha 🙏🏻 the quarter pounder, fries and chicken nuggets were so delicious 😋 beef seems like the gold standard of Maccas everywhere in Perth haha .. there’s also a neat drive-through service if you need :)

    Went for lunch with our daughter 8yr old today1.45pm. Nov 5. 5 young kids 12-13 years of age entered McDonald's and started fighting and carrying on throwing ice around vapping. Manager didn't do anything. They didn't buy anything at all, just hooning at McDonald's I wonder if parents care these days. They left on there own accord when they were bored. I won't rush back to that store in Maylands

    The majority of problems happen while going through the drive-thru. They are intent on hurrying you up, repeatedly asking, “Anything else?”. They are so busy doing that, they talk over you and miss half of what you ordered. Even if that part of the process goes smoothly, you’ve won the lottery if they actually put the right items in the bag they hand you. Good thing there is a KFC right next door

    The service I received here was appalling. This is supposed to be a 24 hour MacDonald's. After spending 5 minutes in the restaurant deciding what to order I then stood at the counter for ten minutes while a number of staff walked past, made eye contact but neglect to acknowledge I was there at all. The manager then walks out and after a minute or two asks if I'm ok. I told him I'd like to place an order and he then tells me they were closed. The customer service needs some serious attention here.

    We don’t think we’ve ever had a single takeaway order right. Not one. I wrote to them ages ago just to point this out. The owner(?) apologised and told us vouchers were on the way. I wasn’t looking for these but in true Maylands McD’s fashion, they never arrived anyway. We sat in a couple of weeks ago where I inadvertently got to observe things first hand. It wasn’t difficult to understand why all the orders are always wrong. I assume the young lady in the grey shirt is the shift manager? She was young herself but carried no authority whatsoever and was routinely ignored or treated with contempt by her troops who spent most of the 20 minutes I waited at the counter bickering as to who’s job it was to do what and back-chatting each other whilst paying little attention to what they should be doing. No order nor professionalism nor teamwork, just Ill discipline and bad attitude. I was forced to enquire as to our small order after 20 minutes of watching this only to be met with them all looking at each other wondering who was dealing with it and what I was on about. Total chaos. There was next to no-one in the joint too but you’d’ve thought they were inundated what with the loss of control. We finally got an order of sorts, including a burger and chips were didn’t order. All we wanted was two simple Happy Meals and a coffee. Not too taxing but easy to see why everything always wrong. I see a lot of others have similar comments too. You’d think the management might do something. I don’t really care, it’s only McD’s after all but if this was my franchise, I’d be worried.
