It is one of the best outlet to spend time near Akshardham metro station. Just below the metro station. Service was too good . There is long queue or waiting for your food. You ll get your food within 5 minutes after your order. As everyone knows snacks is delicious of maximum KFC.

Visited this place in last September. Nice Place to visit. I like the concept - brands availablilty in metro station. Even ambience is good. Sodexo meal cards are accepted here. Food, beverage are nice. However didn't like the desert here. Had cravings for choco lava. But was disappointed. Jitna acha food, beverage tha, utna disappointing choco lava cake tha. On sharing feedback learnt from one of the staff - this is how it is across the chain. Its a standard. I really feel in such case, KFC should either try to improvise on deserts or stop dealing in it. Dropping one star coz of choco lava cake.

This is the best KFC food I've ever tasted. Everything is super hot and tasty. I liked the ambience, service speed, bunch of foreigners, and ample space. I went with my friends here. The washroom was locked so we couldn't use it there. That's the only downside when I visited. Is should have been opened. It's just outside the Akshardham metro station and easily visible once you exit the metro. It's inside the mall only so the locality is also good. The staff is also cooperative and we'll behaved here. You can order for yourself from the self checkout portal or you can ask the executive to order for you. The chicken cooked very well, French fried tasty really good, I took two combos and two Hot and crispy chicken which are good. The chicken roll was also yummy. You should visit this place at any cost and you won't regret. I would recommend this place for quick bite.

35 minutes after opening the soap dispenser is empty. I've been waiting nearly 10 minutes to be refiled so I can do the most basic thing as a hand washing before eating is. Definitely not acceptable in any European KFC. All they had to do is to take care of one single sink. They don't even have their own toilet. Due the reason it's not much visited place, you have to wait for the basic things as such fries or coke to be prepared to you in several minutes. Food seems OK, prices are higher than Indian standard, but it's understandable.

Got bad chicken to eat... Blood was inside while eating... Bad behavior when made a complaint... Finally made a lot of noise from our end to listen and get the refund

Service is good. Staff is very friendly. Food is nice. Quantity and everything. Chicken was not oily that is the only thing I liked.

I am really shocked with the behavior of the staff, i never experienced the same from any other outlet of kfc in Delhi. I will request you to change tour staff at least who can handle customers' needs in proper way. Not recommend this outlet anymore!!

The service was decent, and the staff was friendly, but the hygienic issues were hard to overlook. While the food was outstanding, it’s crucial to feel confident about the cleanliness of the place where it’s prepared.
