This Cafe Coffee Day franchise is located in the Star City Mall, East Delhi near Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension Metro Station. The pretty standard selection that you can find at any Cafe Coffee Day, quality is about average too. Their Delivery packaging is not up to the Mark however, I have attached some pictures.

Good food. Loved the cold brew (mandarin) & off course their sandwiches. Vibe & staff okayish.

Ordered from swiggy. This is "the" best option if you're craving for sugar. Raspberry cocoa dome wasn't that great though. Overall highly recommended.

This outlet has a good ambience but needs urgent replacement of furniture and fitments. The staff seem indifferent to flies and such stuff, though not uncourteous. Perhaps demoralised.

Cafe coffee day to have the best cold coffee and variety of hot coffees at mayur vihar....

The delivery is too late. The hot coffee got cold and so it was almost a waste. Better avoid this place in evening

Nice, quaint cafe in Star City Mall. Amazing team of Dilshad, Pushpinder and Sonu who wear a smile as they serve. Honest and customer focused, as I experienced someone coming back for a lost purse. They verified credentials and gave the purse left behind to the delighted couple. Kudos, Team!

Terrible cafe. Orders are always late. Staff is poorly trained and lacks basic manners and customer service training. Zero consistency in orders. Also, extremely noisy- staff is constantly talking to one another or on the phone.

Wow Best for cold coffee. Must visit during evening.

They actually had the turmeric ginger cappuccino, which is many times not available in other outlets. Cheers to that.

The women in charge here is loud and has all the reasons but to be helpful. So I had ordered Iced Latte, her response is ma'am, customers says it's not good.. You should have taken something else.. I said, if you will make it nicely/properly , no one will make any complains. Yet what I received was Milky iced coffee 🙄 Eatable availability - chilli cheese toast.. Topped with raw garlic.. Too much for anyone yet the lady says, ki till date no one has complained ever.. My goodness, she only knew to speak... She needs to start LISTENING, for sure!

I am very regular at this CCD but my experience is really bad today. I order cup noodles and checked with the lady if she can make it for me. She serve cup noodles with overflowing water and when I asked what she has done. She replied rudely. Not at all helpful. Lady name Kajal. I urge the management to take some action on what is happening.Kindly train your staff well and how to respond.
