BEWARE!
THEY
ARE
LIARS
AND
CHEATERS!
My
Samsung
Galaxy
S20
FE
battery
got
swollen
and
the
phone
stopped
working.
I
called
Samsung
customer
service
and
they
told
me
to
take
the
phone
to
a
Samsung
service
center
and
they
will
repair,
replace
or
refund
the
phone.
I
took
the
phone
to
this
place.
They
opened
the
phone
and
informed
me
that
since
someone
had
replaced
the
screen
months
earlier,
that
person
had
glued
in
an
important
wire
and
now
they
can't
fix
it.
They
said
the
motherboard
is
fried.
I
went
back
to
the
"screen
man"
and
he
said
it's
impossible.
He
opened
the
phone
and
showed
me
that
everything
is
okay.
He
even
was
able
to
turn
on
the
phone
by
fixing
a
wire
that
was
out
of
place
because
of
the
swollen
battery.
I
went
back
to
this
"service"
center
and
told
them
what
happened,
they
took
the
phone
back
and
said
they'll
check
again.
But
their
policy
prohibits
them
from
replacing
the
battery
if
a
third
party
changed
the
screen.
I
called
back
Samsung
customer
service
and
they
were
able
to
offer
lots
of
apologies.
I
ordered
a
battery
from
eBay
and
replaced
the
battery
and
now
it's
working
fine.
Shame
on
this
"service"
center!
Shame
on
Samsung
customer
"service"!
They
won't
replace
a
faulty
battery
unless
I
pay
them
for
a
new
screen,
just
because
I
used
a
third
party.
I
will
never
get
another
Samsung
phone.
DO
NOT
TRUST
THESE
CHEATERS/LIARS!
