    I GOT INSIDE TO GET HELPED AT 7:30PM AND THE GUY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND INSTEAD HE PUT THE TV FROM THE STORE AT VOLUME 99 AND THEN I TOLD HIM WHY YOU DO THAT ?? THATS VERY VERY RUDE THIS GUY DEFINITELY CANNOT HAVE THIS JOB CUZ HE DONT KNOW WHAT MEANS WORK AND ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN WHEN I TOOK PICTURE OF HIM HE WAS LAUGHING LIKE AN IGNORANT WHAT A SHAME PENDEJO DEFINITELY I DONT SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO GO THERE CUZ U DONT KNOW WHAT THIS ELEMENT WILL DO TO OTHERS

    BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATERS! My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE battery got swollen and the phone stopped working. I called Samsung customer service and they told me to take the phone to a Samsung service center and they will repair, replace or refund the phone. I took the phone to this place. They opened the phone and informed me that since someone had replaced the screen months earlier, that person had glued in an important wire and now they can't fix it. They said the motherboard is fried. I went back to the "screen man" and he said it's impossible. He opened the phone and showed me that everything is okay. He even was able to turn on the phone by fixing a wire that was out of place because of the swollen battery. I went back to this "service" center and told them what happened, they took the phone back and said they'll check again. But their policy prohibits them from replacing the battery if a third party changed the screen. I called back Samsung customer service and they were able to offer lots of apologies. I ordered a battery from eBay and replaced the battery and now it's working fine. Shame on this "service" center! Shame on Samsung customer "service"! They won't replace a faulty battery unless I pay them for a new screen, just because I used a third party. I will never get another Samsung phone. DO NOT TRUST THESE CHEATERS/LIARS!

    It is a beautiful place, nice modern clean setup. They can take care of all of your Samsung service needs. The only con I have is that you need an appointment to get repairs, so if you show up without an appointment, it can be a waste of time. Even if there's no line or it is almost empty, you will have to schedule an appointment for the same day if available or come back at the available appointment time. IF YOU NEED REPAIRS, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU GO, MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL!

    Just a small issue with the stylist on my phone. I was greeted professionally. I explained the issue with the stylist. They took the phone in the back, extracted the stylist for me in all of 10 minutes. They made me a mist happy guy now having the stylist to use with my phone. I'll come back for any of my Samsung needs. I very highly recommend them.

    We went here to unlock my mom's phone and our issues were resolved the same day. Nelson was quick, and provided amazing customer service. He went above and beyond. I would definitely come here again if I have issues.

    What an amazing place. My phones screen suddenly stopped working while all the other functions seemed fine. I couldn't get it to reboot. Dennis suggested I bring it in. Phil was my service technician. I suspected the phone would not recover so I brought another phone with me. Phil used his magic to retrieve all the photos and messages and transfer them to my new phone. I can't say enough about them. Thank You everyone. Next new phone will be bought there. Guaranteed.

    Tatayana is excellent worker. I was unsure about what was going on with my device. Not only did she explain the issue she was very hands on about how to fix it if it were to occur again. She definitely needs the light shinned on her! She was great .store was very clean

    Went to replace my S23 ultra screen today. Didn't have an appointment, and only had to wait 30 min as a walk-in client. Staff was very friendly and professional. Took around 3 hours to have a new screen repaired.

    I was a fan untill I bought the phone recently and had the most pathetic experience I ever had with any organization where people bluntly lies to avoid price match policy. I clearly provide them the proof of a lower price, spoke with more than 10 people and had 4 service tickets with same result, nothing, so bye bye samsung you lost a loyal customer and if your policy remain like that than i am sure you are going to loose lot more.

    Vilma was amazing. I had been on phone with Samsung and Att for months, literally. No one could solve the problem I was having with my phone. Finally found a Samsung care center. Best customer service ever! Vilma had me understanding everything. Because of her and great training I will stay Samsung.

    Wasted my time dont bother going to this worthless place. Not only do they not answer their phones, they can't repair my phone because it's "too old" so I wasted time driving out to this place because they literally don't answer their phones. What's the point in having a phone number when you don't even use? Can't repair s10 also claimed they cleaned out my charging port but the phone still can't hold the charging wire with the phone protector like it used to and did before hand. I'd advise anyone to not go here because the people employed have no idea nor can't do what they are supposed to do. If I could give a negative star review I absolutely would but sadly 1 is the lowest I can go. Absolutely horrible.

    Came to Samsung Care Center to get a screen replacement, but was told by Dennis, a store associate, that he could transfer my data without the repair being necessary. This gentleman saved my data and was able to transfer everything!! Bless you brotha!!! 🙏

    My phone installed some updates and.... stopped working. (Whoever wrote those updates, did not do their job wright, but this is a different story). I am glad that I took my phone to this store. First they told me that I will have to wait for 30-40 minutes, since I did not have an appointment, but then they texted me in 15 minutes that they were ready for me. All people who worked there acted professionally and friendly. Phil was the person who helped me most. He answered all my questions, and made sure that all problems with my phone were fixed. Thank you guys, I will recommend your business to anybody who might need help with a Samsung device

    Phillip is excellent! He helped me find the correct cable for my GPS and phone. The dealership just gave me the runaround, that is I should buy an apple phone . Even other electronic stores sold me products which did not work and I had to return. Phillip even came with me to my car to make sure I knew how to use it after he installed it. Thank you so very much Phillip.

    I have been to this location yesterday for problem with my phone. I didn't have an appointment, but waited less than 20 minutes and they addressed the problem very quickly. Service on my phone took only 5 hours, so I could pick up the phone on the same day. I am happy with their service. Thank you Samsung!

    I went in to get my Fold 4 inner screen crack repaired from this service center and the encounter that I had was really bad. Firstly, the local Samsung Service Center refused to honor the manufacturer's warranty, claiming that the device was in an out-of-warranty condition even though there were no major physical damages to the device. They came up with a pathetic excuse stating that they found a gap (damage) on the hinge, which they used as a reason to determine that the device was out-of-warranty. However, this was never the case, as there was no actual gap or damage on the hinge of my Fold 4. Secondly, they provided misleading information and pass the buck to the support team(1-800), filing a ticket could escalate the case to override of their decision. However, when I spoke to a representative over the phone after filing a ticket, they confirmed that they don't have the authority to override the decision that local service center had made. Overall, the local Samsung Center not only failed to honor the warranty without valid reasons but also provided misleading information, leading to a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    I always have a great experience when I visit this location. Phil has helped me the last few times and he is great, patient and answers all my questions. I'm a veteran so it's nice that Phil takes the time to help me out. Great service and I highly recommended to come here.

    I had recently visited this service centre for my samsung flip 4 and I had a great customer service experience. I had been trying to fix my phone's screen and had two horrible days of being sent from one authorized service centre to another by samsung customer support. However at this centre, Nelson provided an excellent service . He was extremely professional and empathetic. He coordinated with customer service and his team and found an effective solution to my phone's issue. I felt he went above and beyond while helping me. Five stars to him .

    Chanel, very kind, well spoken treated me like I was her only customer. I would love to have her wait on me all the time. Very perfessioal, she didn't allow anyone break her chain of thought and remained polite to the other customer

    Team of Dennis and Xavier were absolutely outstanding. They had great patience, listened to my issues and got my phone repaired quickly and satisfactorily. I would rate 10 stars if possible. If you ever need a Samsung phone repair, I would suggest taking it here.

    Tatyana was great. She had to redo my software on my phone which did take a while but she kept me updated the entire time. She showed me how to back up I didn't lose my data. She was great highly recommend.

    Great place. Fast service for fixing my cell phone screen. Super nice people. Hopefully it doesn't happen again but when I break my phone the Samsung Service Center will be my only stop.

    The person there was super friendly and and nice. I told him what was going on with my phone and he went in the back and came out with it fixed. It literally took him 2 to 3mins to fix it. Super awesome. Definitely will recommend them again.
