Food is good and the very helpful and great service.

For today; I'm sitting here right now, I ordered a bottled mineral water. I'm waiting for my company to finish their errand so I can take them out to dinner someplace else. I'm glad I'm not eating here. I saw one of the cooks in the kitchen with his shirt lifted up to his chest and he was touching his tummy. I would give zero stars if I could. That's unsanitary! I don't think I'll be back to this branch.

Today's experience was quite bad. The first meal came cold, and one of the meals came 15 minutes later than the rest! Then the manager sent the waitress to apologize. There was also a very loud table with people just drinking . We couldn't hear our own conversation.

Ocean Basket Mbabane eSwatini. This is the only restaurant we go to in Mbabane, the rest are pretty dreadful! The manager and waitrons who work there are always super friendly and accommodating and the food is always delicious. Well done Ocean Basket Mbabane!!

OMG I had the best experience at Ocean Basket Mbabane. first time in Swaziland, airline looses my luggage and I did not know my way around the city. Ocean Basket was one of the few familiar places that had familiar food and wifi. I could communicate with my host and family back home and enjoy my favourite meal. The staff was so helpful, I got directions to the bank, taxi rank and shops around the mall. Thank you so much Ocean Basket Mbabane

Moderate sushi for the area. Nice patio to sit on. Sometimes slow service, but not painfully so.

Compared to Ocean basket in Zimbabwe, I’m disappointed. The service and the drinks were good but the food 👎🏽.

Very disappointed. Just ordered take away, had the Salmon favourites, there was too much vinegar in the rice so everything was sour. The sushi portions keep getting smaller to the point of being ridiculous, while the prices increase. We also ordered fish and chips and the fish is burnt and the portion of chips is also less. Definitely not meeting the normal Ocean Basket standard. Unless this changes I won’t be ordering here again.

We were on holiday and thought we'd receive the ob standard we usually get in SA.we were disappointed order can incorrectly. No sauces wre available only tomatoe sauce ..haloumi was served with no sauce aswell ,chips were raw.i complained to the waiter .he called the manager who simply said I will fix try and rectify and walked away. He did nothing though. Really annoying and disappointing experience .
