I stayed here one night while on a tour with Gate 1 Travel early last week. 9 of 22 people in our group contracted Norovirus from eating in the dining room either for dinner or breakfast the next day. Several more people in the Gate 1 group that arrived one day later also became violently ill. Some of the people who were sick were in their seventies and had to visit local doctors for IV fluids. All of us who were sick ended up having to miss excursions, i.e. jeep safaris we flew halfway around the world to enjoy in favour of being close to a toilet. For myself I was horribly sick for a total of 7 days and only got better the day we flew home. This brief hotel stay completely ruined the tour and my once in a lifetime journey to Africa.

Great views. Food was disappointing. The fish they served had a fishy taste. My husband's steak was over cooked, bad cut.

It's OK but not sure if value for money. The buffet is a meal to be missed. Tough meat, pork cuts labeled gammon, and soggy vegetables. Breakfast functional. Room very much dormitory like. No cupboards just shelves and lighting in the bathroom is appalling.

Wonderful hotel with superb views. We had a room that faced the valley. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The homemade biscuits stole the show! Make sure to play a game of billiards at the bar. Overall great experience in Swaziland.

This was an okay hotel. The public areas and grounds were beautiful. The rooms are outdated and a bit stale. Unfortunately my bedding had an unsightly stain. The buffet was fine, meat was tough.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared to previous stay, this was a disappointment. We were given a room which showed no sign that clients were expected. Bathtub drain not working resulting in one standing in dirty water. When we complained, we were moved to the next room & it turns out all at reception knew that Room 51 was not okay. No towels were supplied to us in Room 52. So Housekeeping & reception service is bad. The Dining service was the only saving grace. Bon Hotels you have a lot of training to do.

Great Hotel with an awesome mountain view. The staff are friendly and they have a great restuarant. They are a few minutes from the Mbabane city centre which is convenient for business travel. They have a Bar on the premises as well as a little shop for your essentials.

Very good hotel with welcoming staff ,the scenery of the hotel is situated in a mountain area where you could view natural forests and its gardens are appealing to one spending more time especially in the dining zone whilst sipping the fresh breeze from fresh trees, it is also a well secured area with adequate parking spaces and its a tourist area.

During our trip through South Africa back in April ‘23, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly, excellent rooms, both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Super hotel with old-world charm and great views of the Ezulweni valley. The food is generally good but not quite up to the standard of the Royal Swazi Spa, which unfortunately closed in 2021. I ordered the beer-baked hake twice - first time not good, second time perfect but the great service and lovely hotel grounds make up for erratic food.

Although the establishment was recently innovated some of the rooms still have archaic interiors. The TV was also smaller than my 24" computer monitor!

The rooms still need some attention. The food is amazing! The service is outstanding. Great location to explore Eswatini. We lived our stay at the establishment.

Mark and his team go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The bottom rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the valley. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety, great presentation and well prepared. One can easily feel that it is a family run business with care and attention to detail and the family are very forthcoming with ideas of hidden gems and things to do on your trip.
