They are not reliable time wise, I booked for my aunt and was told the shuttle will leave Swaziland at 2pm and arrive in Jhb around 6pm but arrived at past 8pm, we waited at Sandton and there was no communication from these people at least letting us know the bus will be late….nothing Apparently they left late because they still had to fuel the bus, sanitise it, I feel these things needs to be done before the clients arrive and when time comes, pick everyone and leave on time The bus we were told again will leave Jhb at 1:15pm, we were in sandton waiting and they picked the people around past 2pm and again there was no communication yet they had my number I will never use them again, first impression last

I'd recommend. There were no delays, my luggage was secure and it was safe.

The shuttle service was okay, no problems the drive was from Sandton gautrain station to Gables mall Swaziland , the drivers were friendly, the shuttle was clean with free wifi and snacks of choice, though the snacks are on request days before the trip.

Easiest way to get from OR Tambo to Swaziland. Shuttle sticks to times, and you get a snack with meals. It's a little pricey, but a great alternative if you don't want to drive.
