From when I made a call to when I came in and when I collected my glasses and I must say I was served by different people, the service is so on point. I was served by 4 people in all but I still feel it was one person. Please keep it up guys, you really are excellent on customer care services. Will be visiting the shop just to feel important in as much as you told me to come after 24 months 😜

Thank You Spec Savers! Had a life changing experience at the Spec savers at the New Mall in Mbabane. Very professional service, appointments were arranged with ease and were exactly on time. I was handled with absolute care both by the receptionist Mr Nkululeko and the Optometrist Mr Thalente. The place was so clean and welcoming and I was immediately at ease knowing that my health is in great hands. Having stated the trouble with my eyes, it was resolved by the passionate optometrist who was ever smiling and explanatory throughout my session. I truly felt like a VIP. The service was amazing, You Have my 5 stars without a doubt!

The service the minute you enter the place is amazing . You get a very warm welcome and they are patient and helpful. The optometrist is professional and thorough. The plus for me was that he explained everything in detail in a simplified way.

The experience from the beginning was blissful, the warm welcome from the door by the receptionist to my consultation with Mr Thalente Lushaba who was so eager to help me get to the root of the problem. My eyes used to be my biggest downfall in my daily activities because of the complications I had but having gone for my check up and recieving my beautiful specs I can tackle any obstacle with ease especially driving in the blinding sun.
