Great tour guides. No safety concerns. Tons of wild animals. Every person should experience this at least once in his or her lifetime.

The state of the Park's facilities and public areas are absolutely disgusting. It's unkept and run down. NO maintenance and NO basic gardening seems to be the new motto. The gravel roads in the Park will soon be impassable. I'm ashamed to think what foreigners' idea of SA must be after visiting.

Gate entry processed quickly once you have filled out the form. Take a pen to speed things up. If you are going for multiple days take some entry forms to complete in advance for subsequent days. Make sure to not take alcohol or firearms with you. Alcohol is easy to buy at the shops and restaurants once inside. Lots of good game sighted in a relatively short time. Useful to buy the thin Kruger info book from one of the shops. Has a great map of the park and an animal/bird identifier section.

My favourite gate to enter Kruger. The process is seamless. You wait near the first gate and once it’s opened, you cross the bridge and park your car and get into the reception. You will have a filled indemnity form with you. Pay for the conservation fee if you are a day visitor or pay at the camp if you are over night visitor. The staff is very friendly. After checking your car they will let you into Kruger National park. Gate timings vary every season. Please check sanparks website for latest information.

It's a pity that guests are not equipped better to enjoy the park by providing them with better signage and road marks. All visitors need to expect that their cellphones with GPS may stop working. The reception staff should alert people to this - plus, why not just provide visitors with a map? Facilities look a bit worn down. On a Saturday, some of the shops inside the Park were not even open. Some ' historic sites' have only vague labels, so be careful - avoid losing time by getting lost due to poor road signage.

Once again, what a great trip....no hassle at the gate. Everything went smoothly. The Kruger was so green, and so many animals were roaming around. The roads are really not that bad, and I can honestly say that it was worth every moment. A definite must to visit.

We went on the 6hr tour and it was definitely a hilight of our trip! Being in the midst of these wild animals in their habitat is truly something to behold.

I loved the park right from the entrance. We sighted plenty of game right from the very entrance. Taking the loop roads gives you better chances of sighting game.

We stayed outside the park and entered through Malelane gate on 4 occasions. Generally it was efficient and we never had to wait longer than about 10mins The guides that come in with safari vehicles should have a separate queue as an invariably they hold up the q as their paperwork is not in order. Even better have a separate facility for wild card holders and allow us to generate a permit for the specific day we visiting. It will make entry so much easier That being said the staff were great and a way better experience than Phabeni gate which was a nightmare

The reception staff was friendly and we did not wait long to get our passes to enter the Kruger National Park. Just make sure you have your ID or passport book and make sure all friends or family that have joined you to enter have signed the entry form at the back. Also make sure you have no alcohol when you enter as it will be removed from your vehicle. Also make sure you have no guns or drones as they will be taken as well. It is all rules of the park to make your visit safe.

The animals are lovely when you arrive and drive through the gate. It’s clean and the staff are efficient and friendly, but unlike Crocodile Bridge Gate there is no restaurant, no curio shop.. only toilets.. very disappointing if you have driven a long way. But, nevertheless we love the park and had a great time

Kruger Park is always a great experience however use of their old entry system at this gate causes unnecessary delays and long queues. Otherwise overall good.

It was close to our accommodation. We had a game ranger with us. We went on an afternoon safari. Beautiful scenery and the wild life was incredible to see.

What nice experience for night game drive with Kgomotso! She has vast knowledge of the wildlife! Security officials knocked of earlier without proper handing over at the gate and parcels were locked in their safe with no keys to be found!!

What is not to love about entering the Kruger Park? Friendly professional staff handled a busy morning with ease and confidence, ushering people and vehicles through the check in system quickly. A clean neat gate into paradise....

Lovely little camp, beautiful gardens beneath tall trees. Catering for needs of campers, eg two gas stoves with ovens, freezer, etc.

It's probably the nearest entrance into the Kruger from Nelspruit as well as the easiest to find traveling from nelspruit or on the N4 from Gauteng. Also have to mention that it's the safest gate to enter between Malelane Gate and the gates on Hazyview's side, as you don't have to travel through any townships to get there. Very humbling views , very nice place to take pictures of the Crocodile river and Kruger National Park .You can get out of your vehicle on the bridge , with views of the park land on one side and the world famous, and very exclusive Leopard Creek Golf Course And Estates. There's a lot of wild life to see from the bridge before you enter the gate into Park , large Tiger Fish, Crocodile & Hippos in the river, and other animals coming to drink water, like Elephants , Buffalo, Bucks and occasionally big cats etc. On the river bank a bunch of other restaurants and activities nearby. Also nearby you will pass the malelane golf and sports club your way into the Kruger , wich has a Tennis Court , Squash Court , Golf Course & Club House , Full Gymnasium, Rugby Field & Bar at the club house

A great entrance to use to get into Kruger National Park. Friendly and welcoming staff. Better to arrive early to get the best experience and choose less busy days.

A better alternative to Numbi Gate and much safer. See animals very close to the gate and take a drive to the watering hole just minutes away from the Berg & Dal camp. Make sure to book in before 5:30pm as the gate closes. Dont exit your vehicle and stay below 40km per hour for the best chances of seeing wildlife.

Easily reached from Nelspruit, usually a relatively quick procedure to enter the Kruger Park. Often some nice game viewing in the vicinity of the gate.

Very efficient in view of 20 mini busses, 8 bendy-busses and masses of school kids arriving at the same time. All went smoothly
