Awesome experience. The lady who crafted my old fashion banana split really took her time on the quality, placement, & presentation of all the combinations that make this dessert. All staff were welcoming & polite. Great location & delicious dessert! Braums ice cream a wizardry concoction I didn’t know I needed in my life.

Pretty good burger and very decent prices. Staff was friendly, helpful and fast. I had a super long drive that day and it was nice to stop and have a good burger.

Stopped and had the best customer experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. They let my kids ask lots of questions and never gave nice seemed put out even after 10 questions. Noticed other staff been ng very helpful to others as well.

Gave me a cold Hawaiian roll, handed me a oatmeal raise in cookie. & I was told to “have a great rest of your day” The audacity to tell me to have a good day after giving me a raisin cookie is wild.

My Mom's favorite at Braums. Hot fudge sundae made with black walnut ice cream. Mine too! Hint: Leave almonds off so you can taste Black Walnuts! 😉

Not our favorite but a decent place to eat. On this trip we ordered a bag of 5 burgers plain for the dogs, a bag of cheeseburgers for my husband and a junior cheeseburger meal customized for me. In the past we've had trouble being way overcharged for the cheese but it was correct. However they dumped all the sandwiches together in one big shopping style bag which made it difficult to sort out. I never got my correct burger as ot was way in the bottom Often the toppings are very skimpy. Fries were also just thrown im the big bag. Drinks on the small side.

Can't visit Oklahoma without a trip here. Fast food but surprisingly good quality. I love the Chicken Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. The shakes/malts are so yummy.

My husband comes to Oklahoma for work fairly often and usually stays right by this location. He frequently gets ice cream or frozen yogurt from here because of one employee. He mentioned how great this guy is not only as an employee but as a person which is why he always goes. We (our family) came along this time and we went everyday during our stay. It's our son's new favorite place and this employee is pretty awesome. He's an African American gentleman always has a smile and he really made us feel welcomed every time. That's super rare where we are from. I wanted to post this to say Thank you to this guy for making our stay that much better with his excellent customer service and smile. If he's not a manager he should be. At the very least he deserves a raise.

Braum’s is a must stop in OK. Best milkshakes around. The jalapeno burger 🍔 was spicy and delicious. I love the crinkle fries.

They haven't had my choice of Sherbert upon my last 3 visits..They claim the truck is coming with new stock but I haven't seen it..The staff is fine & the atmosphere is quality..🙂

Really interesting setup. Half fast food joint, half quickie mart. The frozen yogurt was alright, and thr prices were good!

Post ice storm, we were traveling and stopped here for a quick bite. The place was packed, which was understandable. I had ordered water to drink and was waiting on my order when another patron told me that the town was on a boil water notice. Nothing was mentioned by Braun’s. I was grateful that he told me!

The "kid" at the counter was clueless ! My order was a simple "#1 W/O onions". The manager had to help him. Then I noticed someone had to help him with EVERYTHING he did except wiping down the counter. Either he wasn't trained, under-trained, or dense !

Service was good, but food tasted and looked rushed and thrown together, fries were not fresh and other food was not hot

I have loved Braum"s since I was a kid. This location has really started slipping in cleanliness and speed. The employees are always very nice but look as though they are understaffed. If they had just a few more people per shift this store could be a top notch store.

We just stopped for some milk and a few things this morning. Deb working the register at the Market side was amazing. She was super friendly, extremely professional and so easy to talk to. She showed us all the things on sale this morning and finding good deals. She bagged all our stuff neatly, and even offered help carry it and went and put it in a basket. The whole staff seemed nice and facility was clean. All braums needs more employees like Deb! 5 stars across the board

Great prices on their products and the quality of their food and especially the dairy products. Most of all, they have cashiers, and I like the smiling faces from the people who are taking my money.
