Shopping for my 9 year old and the reps hovered over the dressing room that I stood on the outside of like we were going to steal from them treated us like criminals even though we didn’t even get done trying on our clothes ask for a manager and she said it was her store policy to watch us to make sure that their merchandise did not walk out of the room? It was completely ridiculous to be treated as a criminal when the fact that we didn’t get a chance to buy anything. Alicia and Madera, and one other check were completely terrible when it comes to customer service. Will not be back was told we could go to Tjaxx. Everything we were paying for.

I do like Ross stores. And I'd rate this one higher if it had a better selection of men's clothing. I've been in twice and couldn't find one item worth buying in the clothing part of the store. I ended up getting some things from the housewares section, but I was disappointed at the low stock here. Especially for XL and 2XL sizes.

Name brand clothes you can't find at local retail shops you can find right here! I always stroll around in here whenever I come through! Great prices, awesome staff.

It was not packed so ever it was the first time I'd been in one of these stores and when I have to look into clothing there was nothing in my size they had all the other sizes except and jeans pants t-shirts socks sweats and shoes I did manage to find one outfit for me that was very cheap I really like it a lot but they do not have a big selection of stuff their prices are amazing the customer service is amazing it's just a great place to shop I really really recommended.

I love that mcalester has a ross now, I just thought they would have more selection of name brand items like Nike, Adidas etc... or maybe I'm just missing the days they're putting them out. I still come often.

This is a new store so it was very clean and organized. Went school clothes shopping for the teenagers, not much of a selection on bigger sizes but I'm guessing its due to the tax free weekend we just had? Got a cute shirt for our cat too 😄

I love this place! Great prices on everything and sometimes they have a big selection of clothes, all are very nice and well priced. The pet stuff is nice too.

This is o e of the cleanest Ross stores I have ever been at. Cashier was friendly too.
