Update to my previous post! Chili’s sent me an apology for our previous visit there. They included a $20 gift certificate for my next visit. There were five of us and we visited on a Saturday evening at about 5pm. We all ordered a variety of drinks and food. Our server (Lindsay) was GREAT! Our food was served exactly the way we asked as well as our drinks! Lindsay was excellent and was taking care of our every additional request! She was fantastic and so was our meal!! (Normally we experience great food and service! But this location has gone down the toilet. Our food took forever to receive, my wives food was wrong again and we had to send it back to be corrected. AGAIN! When it came back we just took it home, to find it had uncooked bacon on it!! The server was paying more attention to the drunks around the bar, rather the other customers. These drunk were being rude and obnoxious, with women and children around. The bartender even had to apologize to me for their actions! Perhaps she shouldn’t have over served them! Perhaps they were tipping well, but all customers needed to be treated equally. Even though we had less than expected service, we still tipped 18%. Time to eat somewhere else until things are corrected!!)

We didn't have to wait long. The food was quick, warm and good.

Always a good place for all things sports bar themed food and drinks! Great staff and very good food. Not anything major to complain about. Maybe once or twice having my ribs over cooked, but nothing crazy.

I’ve ate here a couple times and it seams to take a long time to get waited on each time. The food is good and what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The Booth’s I’ve had seamed a bit dirty as well. Not a bad place to eat if you have time.

Saturday evening march 5th 2022 we went in to eat. It wasn’t to busy waited a couple a minutes for a clean table. I watched the host drop the towel on the floor after wiping down other tables. She picked it up put behind her then told us she was going to clean a table for us. She took the same towel she picked up off the floor and started cleaning tables with it. After watching this we decided not to stay just to eat off a dirty table. I think this chilis needs a visit from the heath department. The staff needs a lesson in how to probably clean and sanitize.

We came in 5/30 afternoon. Service was on point. Really impressed. We were just on way back home to Dallas and we were very pleased. Best we have had anywhere in some time. The mushroom burger was perfect medium and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich.

I placed a to go order, and it was ready right on time! When they brought my order out, they forgot one of the dishes, but I called the restaurant, and they apologized and said that they actually had it right there and that they were bringing it right out. They felt bad, so they added a free order of chips and dip. Customer service is everything to me, so I really appreciated everything they did!

Love the food. We eat there all the time. Love the employees. Very nice. Don't know her name but the little older lady that seats people has got to be the sweetest lady. She needs a raise. Thanks Jackie Young

I was in the mood for some fajitas. Before ordering from a Mexican restaurant I called Chili's and spoke to Chris. I had some special requests that could not be addressed online. Chris told me that when he saw my order come through he would make the necessary adjustments. When I thanked him before hanging up he actually said, " no problem that is what I am here for.". It has been a long time since I have encountered so intent on providing great customer service. After the food was delivered, it was hot, great tasting, and just as I had requested. Chris was a rock star and I hope he is recognized for his cheerful and helpful demeanor. Thank you for the pleasant meal.

It was awful, I have been there many times. It used to be so good. Our waitress was a doll. But even she was frustrated trying to help so many people. It took over an hour just to get our food, order was wrong, cold, dried out, even took almost half that to get drinks didn't appear to be short staffed on the floor maybe the kitchen. People there before us had their food, but lots of others that came in waited as long or longer then we did. Will not go back.

I really enjoy this restaurant it's the perfect size and is never TOO crowded It always has a relaxed Atmosphere and is never chaotic. Every now and then they will have to start a waiting list for reservations but never ever lasts no more than 15 minutes.

This was a mistake for dinner. We had very good service from the employees. The food was another story. My wife ate most of her meal and when I asked her how her food tasted she said “ it fills the hole”. I ate about one third of my meal. The food was bland and getting it out of the serving platters was a real challenge. The experience was definitely not what I expected from Chili’s.

Ordered a to go! All my food was perfect. Steak was juicy. Salad fresh, no onions just like I requested. It was ready in like 15 min and the to go person was really kind. I love the improvements chilis has made.

Went in on a Sunday, it was very busy. Alot of confusion getting seated. But once we were in the service was great and food was good.

Called in an order for pick up. The lady on the phone was super nice and again when I went in to pay the service was great! No issues at all with the service I received. The food is a different story. My steak was a little chewy and the mashed potatoes I think may have been reheated or scorched, they had a funky taste. My husband's steak fajitas were like they had take a leftover steak and chopped it up. Fajita meat should be thinly sliced. Nothing at all like the food use to be at this location. This Chili's quality of food has declined in the last year or so. Unfortunately we are taking Chili's off our list of possible places to eat in McAlester. What is really sad is most of the places to eat in McAlester have been removed from our list. Good food on a consistent basis... is that so hard?

Our waitress was great and patient with us. We stayed for a quite a while and she continued to check on us the whole time. The food was excellent and it was a great dinner!

This is not really fair to rate them during this time due to water issues but I will update once I go back after it clears up. Host and waitress was both amazing super friendly. I ordered a chili and it was really salty for some reason. Won’t be trying that again though lol.

I knew going in this last Saturday may have longer then normal wait times! We called ahead at 5 pm to see if we could reserve a table for 6 adults and 3 kids. We got our table at 6 as requested. The host sat us down and said our waitress would he over. She came and took our drink order. We sat and waited 45 minutes for drinks to come out and they missed two drinks. One being for my 5 year old granddaughter who asked for chocolate milk. We tell the waitress and she said ok. I'll go get that. 30 minutes pass. Still no drink or milk. Then she comes over and says we are out of milk. So 1 hour and 15 minutes after being seated, my granddaughter had a melt down cause they should have told us that an hour ago! We ordered when they brought our drinks so we figured we would get our food not long after but man I was wrong. 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food and the food wasn't very good. My steak wasn't well done and my asparagus was tough. My two son in laws quesadillas were hard as a rock and my 1 year old grandson had fallen asleep. I know that places are short staffed but 2 hours to get a meal that was sub par is ridiculous! If zero stars was an option, I'd put that! I have never had bad service at any restaurant in Dallas so I thought being a smaller town would be different! Please do better!

It was slow on getting our food out, we happen to hit happy hour (not knowing it) I had went to the restroom and they put us In the bar area. Nothing like loud mouth drinking men that hafta yell insted of talk normally. The mashed potatoes I ordered and they were nasty.

I always have a good experience every time I go to Chili’s. Whether it’s for a quick bite to eat or to catch a game or a few drinks. It’s come along way since a couple years ago. So if your looking for good experience with family or friends you can’t go wrong with chili’s of Mcalester.

I had a good experience when I came here, we sat by the bar section and we had Chris as our server. The food and drinks were outstanding, the service was up to par. We will definitely be coming back.

This chilis is usualy busy and food is good as well. Understaffed sometimes but they take care of you beat they can. Food is always hot and fresh and drinks are not watered down and are great. Next time your there and are getting a burger, ask for some of their honey chipotle sauce and put it on your burger…it’s great addition, also that sauce on the chicken crispers dipped into ranch is great as well.

Things are getting back to normal at this Chilli's. Plenty of friendly servers and good kitchen staff. Our order came right out. Brisket quesadilis were delicious!

got here and waited 1 hour 15 minutes still no food, several other customers complained as well to the point several different tables paid for their drinks as well as us and left. very very poor service and poor staff attitude. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.
