This place is quite literally the cleanest and friendliest McDonald’s we’ve ever been too! Food came out quick and it’s a great place to stop and let the kiddos run around during a road trip!

Worst service ever. Bought 2 burgers and a medium French fry and their lil double cheeseburger deal that comes with a small fry for $3. They didn’t give me the small fry and when I asked for it they refused saying I didn’t pay for it. Like what? Seriously? U would’ve thought I was trying to rob them or something. Like it was a small fry not the whole dang menu. Seriously people. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Extremely fast and friendly service. Orders are always correct. Best fast food service around.

Great place to let the kids play. They have a newer playground. Food is standard McDonalds nothing better nothing worse.

This McDonald's gives fast service so even if there is a long line you n usually get through in at least 10 minutes or less. They. have always gotten my order right and the food fresh. Once in awhile you'll have to pull forward and wait but it usually doesn't take them long. Those one has curb side pickup for app orders as well. Always friendly.

Decently paced service the food is always good staff are friendly and it is recommended that you check your order before pulling out from the drive-thru and as a warning to anyone passing through generally this place becomes highly populated around lunch time

There is a young man that works here that is the highlight of my day everytime I go here! He is so sweet and always has on a colorful coat. I usually see him at the first window and he always calls me Hon. They always have my order right here. Always give me the sauces I ask for! They have a pretty good staff here!

A typical mcdonalds. Nothing fancy nothing special. Area kind of clean and play area is still intact. Could use a little more attention on the floors and restrooms. Wifi is not the best of service, but all total everything combined is decent overall.

The french fries were undercut, there was completely too much salt on them, and they were cold and Soggy. It was a bad experience for me in McDonald's in McAlester Oklahoma.! The young lady who waited on me had snot dripping out of your nose and she kept wiping it with her sleeve and sniffling! Quite frankly I was so shocked and appalled that I would not even let my service dog eat the french fries.[

Stopped at this McDonald's on a drive from Dallas to St. Louis and was stunned. The service in the drive-thru was amazing, and the food was like the food you see on commercials or magazine images. We thought it might be fluke, so we stopped at the same location on the way back to Dallas and had exactly the same experience. This is, for some reason, a magical McDonald's.

Friendly service, fresh cooked food quickly. Order was correctly prepared and hot.I got the Filet of fish combo and wife got a burger combo.

This McDonald’s lives up to the reviews! Our kids wanted a playground to stop at and were asking for McDonalds so when I found these reviews I had to check it out and it’s the best of McDonald’s. There was a sweet man cleaning the dining area the whole time we were there. Restrooms were also clean and well stocked. We ordered food and it came out quickly and hot! We used the screen to order so we didn’t interact with the staff but they seemed nice based on conversations we overheard. The play place is huge and has lots of great activities. I’m not personally a McDonald’s fan but if they were all this nice, I might be more persuaded!

The service was more friendly than I expected. Our service was fast, and the way the management was working with the crew was upbeat and positive. Nice big play area for the kids was great to see.

Very clean restaurant. But not happy that McDonald's no longer offers salads of any sort or the yogurt parfait. So it's difficult to get a comparatively healthy option. Prices have gone up to the point where it's no longer worth the tradeoff of lower quality to cheap price. App is wonky. Last iteration refused to allow more than one item. This means no rewards points for my typical order. Since I don't eat fries I don't get combos. Discount codes weren't communicating to the register so spent much more than expected

Staff here was amazingly friendly and attentive even on a very busy Friday morning. Very helpful making sure I had what I needed and held the door for me with my full hands.

Wife and I tried a new sandwich on the first of this month. Sandwich was very greasy and bad flavor. Was also missing the bacon it was supposed to have. We did not check it or eat any of it till we got home thirty miles away. Did not get a chance to call the store that day and was out of town the next day. Tried to call them today and was busy each time I called. Went in to talk to the manager about it and they said they would not do anything about it. They are NOT a corporate store. Check your food before you leave and go in emidiatly and get it taken care of. Note was told by manager today that if you even take a bite of the food they will not replace it. I've never had any issues with this place till now.

Very well organized chaos– employees all have obvious jobs, making no sense to why there's such a long wait time; clean and professional uniforms when worn in a correct fashion e.g. undergarments fully covered by uniform

We had two of the twenty piece nuggets and two spicy McChickens that came with two cheeseburgers and fries it also came with ten piece nuggets also add to Powerade drinks. And also we had another 4 another deal of fries and nuggets and a Big Mac with fries and a quarter pounder and everyone got different drinks than what me and my husband got and the two kids should the 20-piece nuggets and they also had a play area for the kids and also

This place has a manager that screams and pokes his finger at ems. I don't know if anything was ever done about that but I won't eat here again. How do you support the fire department with a discount and when the ems didn't even ask for one, one of the workers LOUDLY embarrassed the ems by stating its only for fire and police. Disgusting. Get better managers and if you're not going to give the discount, how about you tell your employees not to mention it to the ems workers so they don't get screamed at.

This is the nicest mcdonalds i’ve ever seen. It was very clean and well kept. All of the staff were polite and constantly cleaning. Food tasted great and came out fast. I will definitely go here again.

Every time we have stopped here the food has been delicious 😋. I wish the McDonald's in my town was as good as this one.

Paid for three mcdoubles but only got two, thanks for leaving one out of order, who has time to sit in drive thru on Friday night for a good bit of time, then be expected to drive back to get a item that should have been in the bag and use expensive gasoline for your mistake to get back to restaurant

I don't know what is going on with the buns for the big Mac and quarter pounder. They taste weird and the outer crust is harder like it's stale. They don't do the fillet of fish after 10 or 11 which in my opinion hasn't changed. The McChicken has gone down hill on taste and barely any chicken in the breading now. We miss the steak egg and cheese bagel and hope it returns to the menu

It's McDonald's it's Hits and miss. They usually can't mess up my drink or nuggets lol. Although sometimes they forget to give me sauce. It's a fast food chain. Not much else to say. I'm content with what I get, although pricing seems out the roof now a days.

We often visit this location. They are typically really quick and 9/10 everything is correct, only downer is last tome we had gone my girlfriend ended up with food poisoning or something of the sort. I cannot 100% blame the location as it may have been an ingredient issue from the warehouse or a bad dipping sauce. I can say I do recommend it for a quick curbside pick-up lunch.

Really like turning my quarter pounder into a bacon cheeseburger w/mustard extra pickles onion and tomatoes. Very yummy

Excellent drive through service. They were so fast that I even commented to the manager at how great the service was. The food was well prepared and served with a smile. Ah, how I remember the days when McDonalds drive through experiences were more like this. Nowadays, this is rare. They should travel and train other teams on how to get it done.

Although the service was fast and friendly. And the food was hot. My son's kids meal was missing the apple slices (his favorite part) and I ordered the spicy chicken delux and got a chicken patty and buns.. that's it. If I weren't passing through I would go back to have it corrected.

Order was wrong. Staff was to worried about a football game on the TV. Naturally I didn't expect much with it being mcdonald's but even my kids thought that it was awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees at this location intentionally humiliate first responders. I have seen the manager yell and scream, pointing his finger and shouting that only the fire dept gets discounts when someone accidentally gave a discount to a different local EMS service. This has happened on numerous occasions. I don’t eat there because when I go in uniform they humiliate me over discounts that nobody asks for and frankly nobody cares about. There was a time that the person at the register gave my partner a discount, and the manager came out yelling and made the employee ring him up again and pay back his discount. This happens nearly every time first responders go in that location.

One of the better McDonald's I've been in. Restrooms were clean service was fast and correct.

Food was great but the coffee was watered down and pretty bad.

Enjoy the app a lot and save a lot of money. After a while the food just tastes the same but I still come back to it.
