We came through today around 2:52 and as we were ordering, a lady named Rachel kept interrupting us, asking if that was all. She told us our total as we kept saying "one second, we're not done ordering." Then as we continued with our order over the intercom, we were ignored. It feels great to be cut off as we are ordering, because the customer is "annoying" or "taking too much time". We were not rude and only ordered one meal with 3 drinks. Cut us off one more time as we are ordering and it'll be brought to corporate attention. We should be treated like customers. Not an annoyance. Our receipt said Rachel. But I'm worried it may be someone else. Our CHK was 571 And CHK 580

This Sonic has been here for years on Main street. Very consistent with the way the food tastes. Always friendly car hops. Good place for a quick bite !!

They are super fast for breakfast here. If you order a breakfast burrito you can use the drive through and not worry that it will hold up the line, it's out in seconds.

Person on the speaker seemed impatient and was rushing me through ordering. Food was ok not the best but had to eat something. Their drinks are better than the food I got.

The 2 for 5 is very worth it! A chili frito wrap and a burger is more than enough to fill an average person up during lunch. The wait time can sometimes be a little long (7-10 minutes) but it is understandable due to how many people have the typical lunch time.

Manger is rude my app would not send my order and told her she said well can't give to FREE said okay but I never even ask you for it free did i... Happy to pay for it told her but not now. Guess you assume I wanted it free (keep in mind we're talking about a glass of tea.) When I did not but I take my money some where else.

Passing through town and grabbed a bite to eat at one of my favorite go to places. Sonic. I always use my sonic app to order ahead. The food was hot and fresh. My drink was made correctly.

Waited over 40 minutes for my order that was placed in the app. Was missing half my order. Didn’t have meat on my burger. Told our server and she brought some of it out. Noticed we still didn’t receive it all. Pressed the red button to let them know and nobody ever answered me, waiting about another 5-10 minutes before we could get the attention of another server going back inside we still were missing food. Wont be going back for a while

My son and i parked in a stall, my son placed his order, but when i started he couldn't hear me, so he made 3 trips out to the stall to get my order. When we got the order, it was supposed to be 2 tots, a med and a large. and my son's 1fry. All we got was 1 tot and 2 fries all medium. I flagged him down and told him my husband's order was supposed to have a LARGE tots. He ran in and came out with a small bag, when i looked in, it was a tot, but it was a small. If Sonic still did tips, my hop would have started @$5 but ended up with $2.

Can't just go and work your tail off you will feel unappreciated the food sits in warmers unless it's onion rings or fry foods service in winter months smoother for sure they try why does it take so long to get your food when it's all on warmers

We had wanted to get drinks at this Sonic but their restrooms were not for the public. We thought we were customers, not the public. So we gave Sinclair down the road our drink business. They actually work to keep their restrooms clean.

I get to sonic they take my order and tell me they are out of large lids cause waiting on truck then they bring out my order go to charge my card and can't cause their Internet is down which they fail to let me know she comes back out and makes me give all the food back that I'd already touched by the way including the drink my son was already drinking she made me take it away from my son which resulted in a melt down this sonic needs to get their act together i will be contacting corporate offices about this! This all happened today 10/03/2023 at approximately 8:30 am

I ordered two drink and a small popcorn chicken w/ a side of ranch. What I got was my drinks and hard popcorn chicken with almost no meat at all no ranch. Worst sonic experience. These ppl at this location, not all but most have no accountability for wasting my time and my money. Never going back here. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. EVER!!!!!!!!

When I pulled in to a stall, the screen was off, I pressed the button to see if it still worked it did I tried to order a number 2 sub hickory no cheese after not being able to hear me they proceed to come outside and ask what I said they went back in and told me my total over the speaker. Not asking if my order was complete. Then I press the button again and the manager come over and completed my order had to go back on get my change it wasn't a. Good feeling we sat there twenty minutes or longer and the patties were crispy as heck definitely worth the drive to Krebs sonic

I asked for no pickle on my burger & there was pickle. I ordered a route 44 strawberry vanilla Dr. Pepper & it was drowned in vanilla & strawberry syrup. My friend ordered a Lg. cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough & it was a Lg. Vanilla soft serve with cookie dough chunks on top only. This was the sonic in Mcalester

We ordered 2 Ft longs, 2 fries and 2 drinks. On Foot longs we ask for one with cheese one without but, all we got no onions and 1 fry and tator tots The only thing they got right were the drinks. Very disappointed. Is this a pattern with Sonic now?

I ordered popcorn chicken on my way home and I could only eat about a third of it it was so hard. The week before about a third of it was hard.

Unlike the past serivce we had in Durant, ok, it was a nice change to get nice friendly and smiling service. We just got drinks and a bag of ice but the staff acted like it was a great day being a sonic employee not its a drag that i have to work instead of staying home smoking my dope(thats how the employees in durant are).

Great customer service. The ladies that run the food out are so sweet. Good food. I commend all the workers, I know it can be overwhelming but they really do a great job here!

My experience there is a hit n miss. Guess it depends if I'm parking or going thru drive whether I get any kinda customer service worthy of talking about. Though, there is a polite young man who always makes my visit pleasant when I park. All I ever get from there is slushies. Large either cherry slush add peach Xtra peach. However, that drink seems to be a hard order to fill everytime I go thru the drive.. Don't understand why but ya anyway. Not impressed mostly. It's just the closest place near my house for a cool drink. oh well.

The waitress dumped our food, then rubbed her armed all over the lids of our cups. She told us they were remaking our whole order, I said we didn't need it and just remake what she spilled. She said the manager told me we are remaking the whole order, it's already started. So we wait. Then she comes out and tells me that they are not remaking it. I said thanks for wasting 20 more minutes of my time. I asked to talk to the manager and he explained his side. I told him I didn't even want it remade, just what she spilled. He yelled he was sorry, then I told him how about a refund of half for wasting all my time. The refuns receipt came out 10 more minutes later, their math was a little off as it wasn't quite half. Surely they have a calculator in their. +45 minutes for all that. Thanks.

Worst Sonic. Worst food and service. After the long wait to even have your order taken, you get your food and the patty is dry. Very disappointing experience overall. It'd be faster to drive to Krebs, better food as well.

Just left sonic on main Street, we were the 3rd car there, it's 3pm happy hour, push the button and they answer back saying they won't be taking orders for a while!!! We are a slushie loving family of 5, everytime we have ordered slushies they are skimpy on the fruit and the flavoring. After being told they would be awhile on taking orders we will Always drive to Krebs sonic where we KNOW the drinks and slushies are always amazing! Worst sonic EVER! 😒 Been disappointed way more than happy. #lessonlearned

Convenient with great food/variety yet almost all of their great offers (half price burgers on Tues evenings) can ONLY be accessed now from going thru their app. I dislike this because not everyone has a smart phone nor able to download app/or through it :/

I would give a negative star for customer service!!! The management and squeaky voice at the drive through are very rude and completely unwilling to own mistakes.

Ordered the new pickle burger. The hamburger appeared not fresh. Fried pickles were flabby and soggy not crisp. Sad half piece of soggy wilted lettuce. Not goinging to order that again.

Never answer their phone and never get the correct things that I ordered. There’s always something miss made or missing an item. I usually don’t care but it is literally every time I go to this location.

I got charged for a tender meal when I only got 5 tenders. I went up to the door with the meal to get it taken off of my charge, and one of the employees refused to take it off. She just kept repeating in an extremely rude tone “you already got charged for it”.

I would rate the Sonic in McAlester Oklahoma with a negative stars!!!! I ordered 6 double cheeseburger with mayo and all vegetables and also large onion Rings. Drove 15 miles home to find out I got meat, bread and cheese ONLY!!!! Absolutely the WORST SONIC ON OKLAHOMA!!!! As well as the Manger and Owner Jeremy!!!! I am a private pay caregiver & stopped by Mon. 5/2 at 2:49 pm with my 96 yr.old client . We ordered 2 pretzels,1 sm. blue raspberry slush, & 1 med. strawberry limeade,.The service was speedy and carhop was polite. However, our pretzels were doughy. Definitely not cooked all the way through. I called the Main Street McAlester Sonic & stated my concern. First of all he said how did you get pretzels? They told me we were out. I said, "We ordered & received 2 pretzels with our drinks." I have the receipt. He kept saying it couldn't be because they told him they were out of Pretzels. Then I said, " Is your manager there? They said that they were management. Surely if he was the manager he would be aware of what inventory of food they did or did not have. 2ndly the customer is always right! Rule #1 of customer service & public relations. They supposedly wrote my name & ph.# down? I would get 2 free pretzels. After the call ended I thought I should have just asked for a refund. Not sure if the next order of soft pretzels would be cooked thoroughly? Have not cashed on on free pretzels yet. I just wanted to make sure my 96 yr. old client complaints were heard & taken seriously. She had raised 7 children while she worked as an R.N., & took care of her sick husband.
