I mean, it's Arby's. Their food has been pretty consistent since I first ate there in the 1980s. Very decent roast beef sandwiches.

I work here and it's a very nice Fast Food Restaurant thy Lobby is always Super Clean I Love it!!!

No complaints as what I ordered is what I got. 2 classic roast beef sandwiches that are on sale 2 for $5.

The guy taking our order was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options. Food took a little longer than expected but it was a busy travel day.

Very Dirty place and when ordering we asked for no lettuce an no onions due to a onion allergy they gave me sandwiches with everything took them back in to get them made correctly to get told they can not custom make sandwiches anymore??? I have a Arbys in my home town that can make custom sandwiches! So unsure why this location can not. My family ate and I had to go to another location so much for a peaceful trip.

We always like going. I personally love the Greek gyro. The bathrooms are always usually pretty clean. I'm not sure what happened to the "curly" fries, though. They used to be curly & they're the whole reason for going. Now they're the crunchy crescent shapes and nowhere near as good because of that. I miss the curly fries. I also miss the sweet potato fries. Alot! I wish they would bring those back as a permanent menu item.

My biggest problem with Arby's is deciding what to get. There are such a huge number of items that are tasty. I tried the gyro this time, and it didn't disappoint. The thin shredded meat made the flavor of the sauce to come alive. Bathroom and dining area was meticulously cleaned.

I utilized the drive thru at this location, service at the speaker was just fine...but at the window the young lady mumbled at a near whisper level that she needed us to pull forward. Pull forward? Not sure why, there were 2 sandwiches (easy ones, no special instructions) an order of fries and a sweet tea...food was excellent though.

Had a Giro The bread was not the Greek kind, bread fell apart, no sour cream. The meat was tasty, but not enough. No sour cream in the whole restaurant.

Best fast food chain in town by far! Always hot, fresh, and if you ever have a concern the manager is fast to listen and fix. Highly recommend!

Where to begin??? Cold fries, hair in my sandwich or the 20 minutes waiting for my order? The manager Michelle had an attitude when I addressed my food concerns. Bathroom and lobby was a mess and it was before the lunch rush! Oh and I got food poisoning from this place! So no, it wasn't a pleasant experience

The manager, Michelle (?), had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I don't expect much from fast food, but hot and "fresh" doesn't seem like an out of this world request. The manager (?) was rude when I brought this to their attention and didn't see anything wrong with my complaints. Will never stop here when traveling through again. Will never recommend it either.

Friendly staff, fast service, and the place is usually clean. Only complaint about this location isn't the restaurants fault--be warned, it I'd really hard to get in and out of the driveway because of the traffic and location. Recommend this location, the hot honey BBQ wings are so great!

I was really disappointed because Arby's no longer has the ham melt! It was my favorite thing to order.

Came to arby’s to order my usual. 5 piece tender meal with two extra tenders, fries, drink, and Mac n cheese. They charge extra for the two additional tenders, always have. No big deal. This time the girl taking the drive through orders tells me this isn’t an option. I can order an additional 3 tender meal if I like but that’s it. I ask when they changed to this, and she tells me it’s been this way for years. Longer than the time she’s worked there. She then gets very short and tries to cut me off before I can finish ordering. Manger at the window says the girl is new and was confused. Manger doesn’t make any attempt to resolve the situation. Very displeased. Always liked this arby’s. But their customer service was definitely not up to par. I eat here multiple times a month. Not anymore.

For it being Arby's , I expected better. I love Arby's but the new sandwich was not very appetizing. It was the Ham Brisket Bacon Sandwich. They should of never put Brisket in the name because I only saw one thin slice of it and very little bacon. Not sure if the other meat was thinly sliced ham or turkey. No kind of mayo or mustard but came with a very runny beef looking broth. It just made everything soggy and it was really salty. Will not recommend ordering it. Was very disappointed in the meal but ate it because i am diabetic and needed to eat.

The food was ok. Employees don't seem to be very happy...been here 3 times since moving to McAlester 3 weeks ago...got the same vibe from everyone I have interacted with.

Always fresh and good food. Different than most fast food places; no burgers. It's a welcome change.

In from out of town on vacation and the customer service was terrible. Snobby person taking my order and after SHE forgot my sons drink she had an attitude. Same thing with the other girl speaking with my brother in law in front of me and the other blonde girl and it took us 15 minutes to get our food

It was good food but my beef and cheddar looked like they had just thrown the meat at the bun. It was more off than on the bun.

Went through the drive through. Arby's has the best foods, but they've gotten pretty pricey. Understandably due to the way of the world recently. Still has the best food! Worth the expense sometimes.

The meat was very salty and rubbery. I was drinking water for the rest of the day. I understand why inflation caused the prices to go up on everything, but they quit selling the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which was the only 😕 sandwich I liked. Instead I settled for the roast beef with pepper jack cheese. The meat was skimpy and not warm enough to even melt the cheese. It used to be worth eating unhealthy food if it at least tasted wonderful, but this is unhealthy food that tastes bad and is overpriced. I don't see myself going back.

At $11+ per meal I expected the Wagyu burger to at least be better than the deluxe quarter pounder from McDonald's but it was probably the equivalent.

Had a large order. Lady at drive through was friendly. They had us pull forward I assume for fries. Fries were hot hot and fresh but sandwiches were room temp. Slightly better experience than I'm used to at other Arby's.
