The car in front of me was intentionally stalling just to be a Karen , she never ordered, so I parked and went inside just to get ignored. The cashier saw me and just stood there staring at me. I was about to order, and he walked off. RUDE much. I stood there for several minutes, debating with myself to leave or stay. I was about to just go, and another guy walks up and asks if I need anything. I wasn't rude. I ordered but felt way undervalued as a customer

It's usually my go to breakfast stop and I never have issues. But this morning I got so disgusted. Ordered the #22 sausage croissant. The sandwich was good but the hashbrown was soaked in grease that it got soggy and stuck in the little bag, when I put it upside down a lot of oil came out of the bag.

We ordered through door dash and got 3 flat sodaswhen we ordered 4 different drinks, we ordered different sauces like ranch, only ketchup, one order had no fries and one chicken sandwich was dry and old. Was definitely the staff that was working today (May/29/23) because we never had a problem before.

Whoever does the hiring does an excellent job. I usually go in the morning's and have always had a GREAT experience. They are super friendly and provide speedy service (my order never takes long and they always get it right).

The food was good. But really it was the service that made it good. The lady that attended me had blue eyes that just made me stare at her. Plus, she was very young and professional. She is a keeper!!!

Just got back from this location. Man they got it down, staff was on point. Guy running the front register drive thru calling orders. Food was as expected and beyond. I had a special request and burger was WOW. Keep it up guys.

Disgusting customer service by the manager himself. Over charged, didn’t even have any fried options because their oil was being changed, and wasn’t given any accommodations. Still charged for a combo. Wasn’t given a receipt, twice. Will be calling corporate and reporting managers behavior.

Food was good and fresh excellent. Manager was fantastic very friendly and helpful in placing my order. The best Jack in the box in town.

The food was ok not great but just ok. The salads had a mix of greens. My wife and I are old school. We like ICEBERG lettuce. Not mixed house plants. We didn't care for the loud music playing in the background. Way too loud! Very hard to hold a conversation. Service was excellent and we liked the new look!

Food is objectivity better than other fast-food chains in terms of selection and quality. On the other hand, bathrooms and general cleanliness is less than desirable. Most of the empty tables aren't thoroughly clean.

Love Jack, their menu items are great and cheap, can't blame some loss of quality on them, after all

expect the unexpected i waited 20 min at the register and not was not asked what i wanted to eat or not even i’ll be right with you before i went to the register i went to the bathroom the floor of the bathroom was filthy with toilet paper all over the floors and the toilet seats all wet and hair in the sink. this was the first red flag i knew i should’ve just left. terrible service never will be coming back.
