Spacious modern atmosphere with great service & friendly staff! This location usually has a high traffic volume, yet the baristas never fail to greet you with a “Good Morning!” as you walk in. Their Order Pickup parking is a lifesaver when you’re short on time!

Had an absolutely disgusting experience there on March 27th 2022. Ordered an Acai through the drive-through only to have to wait for it in the parking lot (1st time ever having to wait for a tea). Got the tea and drove off, only to see when I got home that a freaking band aide was floating around in it. Went back to the store, returned and showed the staff what happened. Asked to speak to a manager or a managers phone number only to be told to google the store phone number and call it. They gave me a refund and asked if they could remake it but HECK NO, I don't want anything from that place ever again.

I’m a daily customer at this location. And the last 3-4 days my order has not been consistent. Some days the order taker knows my order (which I like)grande caramel frappe in a venti cup, extra caramel extra whip add shot. But man these past few days it’s been awful. I’m not one to complain but today it’s even watered down. Let’s be consistent ppl the drinks all need to taste the same. The measurements, instructions and recipes are meant for that reason.. Went to Starbucks(Same one) and my Frappuccino was great. Thank you so much it gets my day started to a good start and I know my mothers day will a great one now. Thank you JoAnn

Almost 25 minutes for a latte!!! I asked for a refund to cancel my order and the barista told me she couldn’t cancel my order. I asked her how much longer and she told me it’s because we’re working on mobile orders so I told her so what the people who order in person have to wait even though we ordered first. She said yes that’s how it works. Rolling her eyes. Thank GOD for Dutch Brothers right down the road!!!

Not enough help. Order was not correct, not the personal service expected from starbucks. …Went back the next day and the day following and the staff was great. Might have just hit them on an off day. Good people, good coffee.

I usually try to look for the best features of the places I visit. This time, I can see that the infrastructure of the building is nice as almost all cafes of this franchise. However it was not very pleasant to see house flies trapped inside the display case right next to where you order. I mentioned that to the clerk, and he replied that it did not matter because the food inside was fake. They took our order and next, they proceeded just to place the items on the counter, which made it very confusing because you never knew which one was your order. The food items were ok, but the employees attitude was indifferent.

As I walked in everyone greeted me with a good morning! The staff is excellent! Barista Rose is always so cheery and full of positive energy, she will make your day!

Very friendly staff!! Totally made my day after a hard day of work! So nice at the drive thru even tho they had a long line. Didn’t make me feel rushed. It’s totally my go to Starbucks!! :)

Pretty decent Starbucks all things considered. Customer service is okay, coffee is okay. It's a nice new place, I like the layout of this store compared to others. The drinks came out quick.

Staff are always super friendly and make the place a great environment. Whether you go through the drive-thru or inside, you'll be met with an unmatchable level of hospitality. The drinks are always good, though on the unlikely experience that there's something wrong with your drink, they'll gladly remake one for you in an instant, no hassle.

First. This place is like a subway station in NYC. There are people walking in and out always. Its interesting but not a place to go drink coffee.. that being said its perfect for a quick stop. Even if it takes 5 mins in the drivethru and when you order a drink that apparently takes 5 mins to make they ask if you are sure you want it. Keep that it mind. I highly recommend trying BLACK HONEY on Main St. In downtown mcallen. No lines and a warm smile! No attitude. You get treated like a person.

My mom went through the drive thru and bought two pastries. When she got home she noticed both of them were expired and had mold. She went back and they offered new pastries that will expire the following day. She requested her money back and didn’t want the bread anymore. They were going back forward with her and they refused to give her money back, until she said she will call the city for inspectors. It shouldn’t get to this point, especially when you are at fault.

I'm talking about Starbucks in target on shary they have amazing service and make my drinks right each time I never think damn 6 dollars on a coffee that I don't like (thoughts I have of dutchbros)
